Took 4 ever and the whole pkng lot is fkd.. Get my 2 bigMacs and they r barely WARM & mine had a dam hole in the bottom bun. Can u say sloppy fkn messs. Worst MD I've ever been to

The staff at McDonald's sucks... The food is amazing... But greasy...

Their ice cream machine never works, and their always hiring new people. Pretty fast, must be a training ground.

Service is fast given the high traffic that goes through here.

Lousy service ... they take to serve you even just a few chiken nuggets and they always forget the fork and napkin and even the ketchup ... and if you ask they give it to you in a bad mood !!!!

My son is autistic and is really shy to talk and eat but that cashier was so nice she kept my son wanting to order more food. :) smiles and kindness always works.

Easily the most dirty, rancid fast food establishment I have ever visited.

It never fails. Bad service, only cash, and one speaker at the drive thru doesn't work, or they dont acknowledge us.

A lot of employees , can't seem to keep up with the orders . Always messy , need more cleaning and by the location there's always something going on . I avoid it early in the morning for the same reason . There's always someone at the drive thru asking for money

I can't scan McDonald's I'll never eat at McDonald's ever again all of him are the same. Terrible the only good thing they have is coffee

Visited 11/26 Placed my family's order and waited almost 30 minutes, they employees were frazzled by the little rush of orders and about 15 orders were served to people who order after me, and when I asked at counter the employee said he was waiting on a burger. Our food was cold and I was told they could replace the fries. We won't bother returning.

Good McFlurries, actually get a whole cup vs other McDonalds that short you ice cream

Respect to the men working the graveyard shift at the drive thru. Always happy to be served by him. There is that human touch in the conversation :D
Other than the world famous fries but that kind of customer service is what makes this review a 5 star instead of a 4.

Close to the 215 on and off Ramp and which makes it easier to get to when on the Go! Staff is always friendly,food is great! The interior can use a pretty good cleaning to say the least though!

It's pretty full all the time and it's so damn slow in the morning you can't call it fast food. But at least the service is friendly and polite

The play area smelled like dirty feet and socks could barely gag my mcnuggets down.

Paid extra for extra vanilla in iced coffee. Not only did I not get extra, I didnt even get the normal amount. It was warm and hardly any cream/milk. This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks. Sorry but wont be coming here anymore.

They always forget something in the order, and this time didn't get my cream and sugar for my coffee

Always get the wrong order for drive-thru. Showed right thing in the screen got the wrong meal not only once. Remember ask them for the receipt or you'll have to eat the things you dont want.

Slowest service I have ever experienced at McDonalds. And that's saying something.

I'd give them no stars but here it goes. So I ordered a mcgriddle bacon, cheese, egg and got the sausage egg and cheese instead. No biggy I can eat that, but to my discovery: 20 minutes after eating it I wund up with the worst case of food poisoning I've never had. I had the shakes, cold sweats, nausea (and for someone like me who never vomits), I actually vomited uncontrollably, vertigo, dizziness, extreme warmth in my abdominal area. I even had a small seizure just before I passed out.
Don't eat breakfast here, they cross-contaminated my food and you don't want to go through what I had to endure.

Every McDonald's I go to is FILTHY!! With the exception of the McDonald's on 129 & 96th in Surrey . The bathrooms are extremely gross to the point where I don't even go in them. I don't know how parents would let their children in there. The tables and the floors where you sit down to eat or sticky the floors are dirty there's leftover on most of the tables period if you look behind the counter all the shake machine , coffee maker, the counters and the floors are disgusting !!!! And in some cases the South doesn't even know how to speak English and then get annoyed and rude because you don't understand them. All in all McDonald's of turned into a real disgusting rude and aggravating restaurant. Although we do go through the drive-through because I still like there double cheeseburgers with extra cheese LOL. BTW if you want nice fresh fries order them without salt (y)

The workers here along with manager thinks it a game that they font have ice and dont care to let others know when ordering . And when asked why didnt they let us know they thought it was funny as I sat in the drive through watching them.
Never will I eat here again.
I did eat here daily. Now not again or I may hurt somebody over my food and drinks.

Dord given was accurate but fries was cold and stail and burger was cold and dry

I've had nothing but problems with this McDonalds. Multiple times my order has completely forgotten and I've waited over 20 min for food that shouldn't take 5 to make. God help you if you go through the drive through at night I've been for over 10 min and still haven't even made it to the pay window and I'm not even sure why its taking so long. Go somewhere else the food will be better and you won't have to wait half as long for it.

The sitting position is very comfortable and very personal!

I waited way too long 4 coffee & cookies. If the cookies were not yet baked, I should have been told by the clerk so I could decide if I wanted to wait. The black woman in charge called the orders out of sequence, got my number wrong and then had a bad attitude when I told her I waited too long.

It's good food but way too damn packed to where it's a pain and the ass to just get to make ur order way too slow and not enough workers or line to asset customers.

It was good and I didn't wait a long time for my order which I appreciate

I had such an amazing experience at this Mcdonald :D Najai was simply FANTASTIC. I came to mcdonald wanting to pick up some fries, donuts and some toys. Najai took the time to help me find toys and the staff here are super friendly. Would definitely come back to this Mcdonald again !!

God always supplies someone in need to order food for.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Every time I go here it s an issue. Something is cold, I m missing an item, I m in the drive thru for an hour. And after getting this partially RAW BIRGER I WILL NEVER EVER EAT HERE AGAIN!

Wait times are sometimes bad and I have to check the bag every time to make sure I get the right sauce/order

Extremely bad attitude from employees for no apparent reason. Took 20 mins to make deluxe breakfast at 6 am. Parking lot completely riddled with litter. Ghetto af.

Worst customer service ever.

I ordered green tea (black, plain) 3 days in a row and everytime I get green tea with a milk.

Today I decided to go back to to tell them this is the third time happening with me, the guy who was there was so rude he didnt even apologized and start telling me next time you need to speak louder, plus he barely can speaks English and start yelling which is not acceptable at all.

Understaffed on cashiers, unfriendly staff and not all menu items (breakfast items, for instance) are listed on the self-order kiosks.

Fries were actually great. Came out piping hot. But the service wasn t so great!!!
