McDonald's Danmark Review

Great place to eat but I had ordered an extra steak but did not get it

They are EXTREMELY BAD to check their order forms - now it is THIRD time in 14 days for us to get home WITHOUT French fries we paid 27, - for, missing cheeseburgers or missing DIPS which we also pay for. CHECK YOUR DELIVERIES

Tasty crispy chicken burgers and many more .. no long queues. Self service booking. Close to the frederiksberg centre. They are always available

It's really hard to work in this place because it's always full of people but workers are really nice .

Disappointing service. Didn't get all that I ordered and had to ask twice to get my remaining item. Good looking restaurant though very clean and trendy.

One of the slightly nicer McDonald's what most of them are not exactly. Price ok, but it does not saturate very much! And so good location ...

Its was fresh. Not entire floor is open for seating due to great COVID

Drink coffee there every day and they are ALWAYS very friendly

Nice food and not so long wait, but the restaurant is not that clean.

Too much teenage noise. Super stressful. Uncomfortable that the kids are allowed to fight and knock each other on the floor without intervention. The staff seemed like it didn't matter.

As someone else has written. It's mcdonalds so you know what you're getting. If you don't like it. So don't go in there.

Always the same is probably the only good thing to say.

It is ok to order food through their pc stations. But it goes slower than talking to a normal human being. Clean locale though and got the food quickly after having to work through the menus on the software, which took a while and caused some frustration. I guess Mac Donalds don't want elderly as costumers anymore.

I do have to mention though that this is happening all across Macintosh Donalds and is not unique for this restaurant.

Great decor in the newly opened shop / barist restaurant and even service as well as the well-stocked truffle burger were also top, so you can only say: Well done McD in Frb;)!

Quick operation. However, lacked cleanup on the tables.

One of the cleanest McDonald's and very well decorated with a nice atmosphere, and rarely that many people, which might be due to a lot of personnel being at work always, or just a swift cashier set-up. Nevertheless, always a pleasure visiting this specific McDonald's.

Only two weeks old when I visited but I've never seen a McDonald's with macaroons and donuts!

It's really nice that you got a new look with brand new interiors and new service machines that take on odds, sp is really disappointing when I come in on Friday night (which has to be called a busy evening in the restaurant bracket), and order food via the machine that gives me number 70, to find that the next customer in the queue is number 37 and I can look forward to a wait of between 20-30 min. Then I will be disappointed with your poor service. Had I known about the wait before I arrived, I had never ordered food from here. Now I've been standing here for what looks like 20 min. And had time to formulate this message. I have seen 3 employees struggling to keep up with the orders, but it is difficult when there are a lot of customers.
Well, my conclusion is probably just that I could NEVER dream of coming back and I was wrong about your "professional" approach to customer needs.

There is a good service if you do not come after lunch. It is packed with people at lunchtime and the staff forgets the customers and the service ..
If you arrive at other times, there is a good atmosphere and space to enjoy the food and the new renovated restaurant

Classic McDonald's restaurant, not so big but has a good and fast service.

There was a kid running on the tables, so the milkshakes must be really good

Awesome place for quick bites and the new Cafe options are worth their price.

The new largely automated system is good in theory, but means that it's no longer a fast food restaurant and the burgers arrive cold!

Even was very busy, was super.
