The worst visit we have ever had.
We went to see the cathedral, parked and put on the time controller how long it would take to see the area. When we arrived we had spent a few minutes, because the zone controller left us an illegal "multita" by the way. They have been trying to collect the fine for 4 years, with certified letters etc, they have spent more on bureaucracy, than really the value of the fine. My favourite city in the world. Friendly, accessible, fun. Come for the Sampedros (last week of June) Fiesta and enjoy magnificent firework displays and endless tapa and drink for 2.20 euro a time. Not to mention parades and music, cafes and people. Then there is one of the best paseos along by the river, over-arched by a cool, green canopy of plane tree boughs. The stupendous 12thC Cathedral and the Castle above. There are so many things to see but try not to miss the new Museo de la Evolucion Humana, it is superb experience and ties in with the World Heritage Site of Atapuerca. There are many good Hotels though I now stay in the friendly Hostal Acuarela (Hostal = small Hotel) just of the Plaza de Espana. I have been visiting for more than 15 years and still find new things and new joys...

Should notify the change of schedules in the month of August, specifically in the Registry service.

Everyone who comes to Burgos is scared of the environment that there is, of the people (it is seen that we are no longer cold) they go down in Rosa de Lima, they pass through the new hospital, Cantabria Nueva Avenue, the Museum of Evolution, gardens , facades, concerts ...

The City of Burgos is the main building of the Plaza Mayor, while the others are usually homes that have shops, restaurants or bars on the ground floor.

This square is a wide open space with red brick floor and surrounded by a group of buildings that have an arched arch in their bases, following the typical structure of the old Castilian squares.

3 world heritage sites (Cathedral, Camino de Santiago and Atapuerca sites) in a medieval environment and care for visitors. Cozy for anyone looking for beauty, tanquility and good gastronomy. It is worth at least 3 days to visit everything calmly: Cartuja, Las Huelgas Monastery, Castle, museum + sites + park, Cathedral ... etc. Visiting Burgos is highly recommended!

If the Burgos city council had to be valued only by the people who work there, there are not enough stars. They are great people, although the old part of the town hall is not adapted they have managed to solve the problem and it is an accessible place.
I wish our leaders were as good as the workers because the city would be adapted for people with disabilities years ago.

Attention is a shame.

bad experience ..... I had a blow with a fence in the area of the bullring .... there was a concert ... they put fences without signaling ... It is a beautiful historical building located in the main square of the city. Its facade is admirable and is usually decorated at Christmas parties and at city festivals. Inside is the city hall and the entire City Hall, but what is admirable to see is the outside. I leave you some images of the facade.
