It's really nice that you got a new look with brand new interiors and new service machines that take on odds, sp is really disappointing when I come in on Friday night (which has to be called a busy evening in the restaurant bracket), and order food via the machine that gives me number 70, to find that the next customer in the queue is number 37 and I can look forward to a wait of between 20-30 min. Then I will be disappointed with your poor service. Had I known about the wait before I arrived, I had never ordered food from here. Now I've been standing here for what looks like 20 min. And had time to formulate this message. I have seen 3 employees struggling to keep up with the orders, but it is difficult when there are a lot of customers.
Well, my conclusion is probably just that I could NEVER dream of coming back and I was wrong about your "professional" approach to customer needs.
