The food is, as you might expect, from an old, big franchise like McDonald's. You come here not for the great culinary experiences, but for the familiar. We got hot and freshly cooked food that was enjoyed in the restaurant. Today's employee must be Thomas who was sweet and accommodating!

The machine would not give us our receipt for the order. We did get the food though.

Relatively fast service despite many customers. Minimal limp with getting tables wiped off, but generally a clean restaurant (also on the toilets).

One of the nicer McDonald's. The staff are trying to save away by setting up order-yourself vending machines.

I went there in the early morning, was really dirty

There was a little smell, at the tables, and the burgers were also a little flat, but quick service.

Very unhygienic, customers spilling over the counter, and dirty floors ..

Goes a bit slow and is not a particularly big McDonald's in terms of location. Otherwise super nice staff.

If there was just a little personality before Macdonalds, then they have killed it completely now. and pulled all personality out of the store by setting up machines.

Good service but no proper vegetarian options. i.e. veggie burgers

Came to choose German as the language for fun in the ordering machine which resulted in a much longer stance, but otherwise it tasted like it used to

Very inconsistent. Sometimes there's only a few orders on the screen and we still have to wait 15-20 min for our two meals. And when you do gett he meals and take them with you home, the double tasty have been missing that extra slice of meat, twice...

Still building odds but when it is over, 5 stars will come

Excellent eatery.

A little too little toilets though.

It is neither healthy nor good food but it tastes good and 4 stars because of the new Copenhagen bar milkshake.

It got better after it was renovated, but waited 10 minutes for a cheese burger how is it possible and when I got it it was just smashed together the top bun was squeezed in half of everything else. But or was it very good

It's a McDonald's. Always open and have egg mc muffin. Why stop serving these at 10??

It was a very smart way to dispatch and I would say the atmosphere among the staff is good and of course the food is fine.

Nice MacDonalds, a little busy in the evening, but that's okay - it's sensible night food! Have been there several times and they have some sympathetic staff and are speeding! Good stars from here

Their new system works well if you come when it's not busy and you have to have menus, etc. When you need 2 fast cheeseburgers, it works miserably.

Okay clean and decent McDonald s with a fast order screen. So you walk in and order on the screen and they call your number when it s ready. Many drunk people at night but okay.
If you have allergies you have to walk up to the cashier and order.

Very slow and really chaotic operation. The product lived up to what was expected.

I do not like McDonalds and are therefore rarely used when the hunger is too big

McDonald's always wants to be McDonald's but their food is always fresh and you can be sure to get the same good burger every time you visit them.

It forgot to throw a bottom on the burger ... It's too bad

Expensive conversion due to self service, hmmmm! Yes it looks children friendly but the food has become even worse.

A McDo as we know them well. Clean. And the dannois have vege burger and sweet potato fries

A burger on the road is always good .. Not healthy, in any way but tastes very good :)

Like all McDonald's in Copenhagen, and so not quite anyway, the extra star is given because they have straw with kinks in which they have elsewhere.

For coffee at 5 am ... it seems to me x

Super fine become a greasy restaurant clean the food tastes good and it goes much faster when the machines come up.
