It was dirty a McDonald's prices are too high for a sandwich

Very slow took 20 minutes for a coffee and 2 McChickens

They never give the orders well they tend to always lack something

Worse McDonald's I've ever been too. Don't waste ur time, go to the one in colton or any other one besides this one. The morning girl with black hair is the worst, please fire her.

The food was not the freshest. Everything seemed like it was sitting there for a while. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Next time I'll just ask for fresh food.

Fast service when online ordering the food was fresh except the fries and the coffees were delicious

I am hoping that the food pricing will fluctuate and that there will be at least more reasonable combo deals!...!

Loved it the first time I went for a smoothie.
The second time I went, they didn't want to take my order because they were 30 minutes from closing.

It took 15 minutes and 3 trips to our car, to receive 2 fraps and a soda. These employees need to be retrained to pay attention and ask questions. McDonald's service and quality has been going down the tubes for quite some time, and I hear about it quite often from family, friends and co-workers. It's very unfortunate because this company is iconic. Management and owners, get it together...quality before quantity.

I ordered a diet Dr Pepper and received a Coke. This happens frequently, they don't pay attention.

Horrible service. seriously the worst McDonald's in the inland empire. Stupid place is 24 hrs but they block the drive through so they can sleep. don't go here, don't support this place.

Bums always at drive thru asking for money. Soda machines are not clean and sloppy customer service

This place is absolutely horrible. Not only are the tables and drink area covered in trash but I'm sitting here watching the manager Arely answer and immediately hang up the phone so she doesn't have to deal with the costumers calling. Also she is allowing two people to walk around (20 minutes) and harass customers for money or to buy them food inside the store.

They doubled their price of their coffee and they don't have the same deal on the egg sausage McMuffin that's it with me for them sorry

There was no waiting time. Outstanding service, hot fresh food, very clean, and pleasant customers. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to eat right away.

They were out of ketchup packets, I bought 6 orders of fries and the girl gives me a little box with like 2 pumps of ketchup...really? She was too busy on her cell phone to care. Frappe machine wasn't working. Kids working there are rude. Ugh...

Ridiculously slow drive thru. Well over 20 mins at 11pm

Ice Cream Machine down in San Bernardino... Lol it's 91 degrees in the shade.

We placed seven orders and got shorted one item. Four were going to our G kids and the with us. The receipt went with them and the store order went with us. We stopped to see about the item and they refused to complete the order even after they remembered it and the order slip I had in hand. I paid for a replacement and left. When I went back with the receipt I was told they remembered the first order and an extra item was put in with my second purchase. So what was so hard about completing my order in the first place. I'm sure they drop more fry s than the cost of slipping a double order of a second purchase I didn't want to make.

If you like cold amburgesa and cold cheese, I'm not going to come again.

We went at 9 pm on a Saturday night and they did not have many menu items and then we asked for 2 special order cheeseburgers they got it wrong. They didn't have apple pies no filets and no salads. It's suppose to be a 24 hr Mcdonalds and for being a 24 hr restaurant they should have all their menu items.

It took them excatly 32 minutes (I timed it after I ordered) to give me two sausage mcmuffins and a small frap. I got home and both mcmuffins had no cheese. And you deserve $15 an hour?

The place was nice and clean the customer services was amazing and I got my order fast.....

I downloaded the mobile app and decided to give it a try. Surprisingly great! App is easy to use, you can always find some kind of special deal. When I arrived all I had to do was tell them that I had ordered from their app and suddenly everyone knew my name. Food brought out outside to my by friendly staff, was fresh and hot when I got it home. Well done!

This has to be the slowest McDonald's I've been to all year. It's taken them 15 minutes to serve the 2 cars in front of me in the drive-thru

The food and service were good although the floor by the soda machine was sticky and you could smell the bathroom

McDonald's is just McDonald's great system improving on the food getting better what more can you ask for

Good for a quick, cheap bite to eat, but the french fries are burned or overcooked most of the time.

First off the staff is more concerned with talking to each other then helping customers my last visit I ordered a chicken salad they asked me to park for 7min wait time for chicken which I was fine with until 18min passed and I was still waiting I pulled back in the drive thru and asked where my food they looked lost and picked up a bag and said oh this is who the salad was for which was another slap in the face but the worst part was when I got home and went to eat my salad the lettuce was hot and wilted because they left it on the hot counter

I was just there they gave me half was filled large order fries through the drive through went inside and told them , the manger Victor started yelling and at me and arguing saying that I was lier and I told him I didn't have time to fight that I want what I was paying for, while I was waiting for them to give me new fires beacuse he threw away the others ones, I was seeing how he was screaming and his employees and mistraring them that is not right. This is the worst manager

Fastest place and employees getting orders to customers as fast as they can especially when a whole competition teams come after their performances employees try there best to get orders done

This is McDonald's in San Bernardino at the corner of Del Rosa and Highland this evening. The person behind the counter did not know what he was doing. He didn't pay attention at all when we made our order. First they were out of large drink cups. Then they were out of syrup for the iced coffee. Then they told me the ice cream machine was not working. Then they screwed up the sandwich order and failed to give me my coffee. When I question the manager about this and told her how incompetent the counter person was she told me did not everybody is competent that she knew he was incompetent and I would have to deal with it. When I went back to the counter and ask for my coffee they could not go back to the order and find out which coffee I ordered I had to reorder it again they took five more minutes to make it because they claim to be out of the caramel syrup for my iced caramel coffee. Overall this was the worst service I had ever received in any McDonald's. The service was bad the restaurant was dirty and the manager was rude.

This place is rude and slow. The worse bunch of unpleasant, unprofessional workers.

The drive thru is not a friendly as dinning in I found out today..Thanks for friendly dinning.

Its the worst I was waiting for my food for about half an hour or maybe a little morepeople who ordered after me got their food first until I decided to get my money back because apparently they forgot about my order and the female kid that was taking orders definitely didn't know was she was doing
Never coming back to this place ...oh ....by the way I didn't even get an apology coming from the manager for the time they made me waste waiting for my food.. don't recommend.

They said order was complete then went home 6 pieces tenders missing

Never care to leave a rating but this McDonalds after hours, is the worst. Sad thing this is my home city. Stuck in the drive threw because no one responded to me pulling me up after more then a few minutes!

It's always busy there and sometimes I don't act like they know what they doing

The food here was good, the fries could be better cooked. They tasted some what old but hey when your hungry anything is good. The staff was loud, even heard some employees cursing at each other while playing around (my kids called it out because they heard it too) which isn't cool at all. The place was clean inside but alot of homeless people coming in and out. The employee who took our order was also rude, he acted as if it was an issue that we were even there ordering food. There were a few people that were polite, but we didn't have an encounter with everyone there so I can't speak for them all but most of them could use some advice on how to speak and even look at customers! I give this spot 3 stars because the food was still good but customer service sucks!

Its located near a grocery store so most people dont go inside and opt for the drive thru instead.

Usually has good service, in a good enough area but expect a lot of people here all throughout the day though. Has kiosk order available and it's 24hr drive thru.
