Used to love the french fries. Something has changed and no longer the same. Hamburgers well. McDonald's is no longer the same not a tasty hamburger soggy french fries. I'm sure not very healthy, I'm out!!!!!
Tasty burgers . Good service but lines can be very long even with two lines . Not the best location .
Not understanding why Every-time I come to this location they are out of something, Soda, Ice, Frappes , the only reason I come here is because if the conviene of being near by , I now travel 5 miles out of my way to ensure quality and availability, I don't blame the employees nor management as I see they do the best they can with what they are given, The franchisee should put more time and effort into his investment, and customers that provide him with his paycheck for if it wasn't for the Guest he or she would not have revenue coming in . Just my opinion as a paying guest and local, It is hard to support my local restaurants when there is always an issue or lack of giving a damn .
Eh it's like whatever here the guy didn't even get order right cause he over there taking and laughing to his co-workers how annoying and they didn't even called my number
So I just went through drive thru and as soon as I get my drinks they tell me to drive up to the front of the building to wait for the rest of my order, but before I drive away I tell the guy in the window to please give me ketchup with my order and I go wait. So then 10 minutes later I get my food and ofcourse no ketchup. Then I get home and my 2 Mc Chicken sandwiches have literally 2-3 pieces of shredded lettuce in them. What were they doing the whole time with our food? This location doesn't seem to care about their customers. This sort of thing always happens to our orders. This is not the first time. I just felt like I needed to speak about it now that it has happened multiple times. Management please get your employees in order. Your customers are what makes your business thrive.
I had lost my id and my debit card the manger found and held it until I came and got it

If I could give it a 0 stars I would.I went on the drive thru It took almost half an hour from the time I ordered to the time I got my food. Worse McDonald's I've been to and when I asked for ketchup the lady gave me 4 packets for an order of 2 medium meals and 2 chicken nuggets happy meals like really?? This is just a bad place to go to should've gone to George's across the street instead better product anyways.
Good MC donalds, for the most part they are friendly besides a few employess that pop up, but usually super fast.

Dirty restaurant, seems understaffed. Ordered extra onions on a mcdouble and somehow ended up with no onions at all. Food was ok, staff looks weary and disinterested.

Need to work on their time, arrived at the ordering screen and no one was on the other side. Pulled back out of DT to Google another 24hr McDonalds, then a car pulls in and waits for ever and finally gets greeted while a cop car and another car get behind him lol. I go back to the DT and waited about 5 more min to be greeted and order. It took 25 minutes till it's my turn to get my order from the screen. I was in the Drive Through for 30 minutes!!! Lmao!!

Staff were friendly and facilities were clean. The sausage burrito we got was pretty bad though.
They are a little slow to give people their food orders. I would rate them low, as far as them acknowledging customers.
I bought a double cheeseburger and a large fry I took a bite of the double cheeseburger and have a handful of fries and realized the food was cold I went to return the food and the manager rashonda said you ate half of the food so I can only give you half of a refund I vow to never visit another McDonald's in my life
Worst Mc Donald's ever from bad to slow plus they give you attitude really bad customer service. Always missing something from my order, the wait is long in the drive tru, rather go to another close by Mc Donald's.

Not very clean or friendly. I bought a homeless man food and his total was just over $10, I used my bank card and they didn't check my id. I use it directly after for a $6 meal for my son with the same cashier, I never even got out of line and then they ask for my id, I had to wait for a manager to come over and had to swipe my card 3 times, come to find out I was charged twice. The cashier knew I was buying for a homeless man because they made a comment about it as well which disgusted me because he wasn't asking anyone for money, just food because he was starving.
Chicken nuggets were great. Still wish they would bring back the sweet chili sauce for them though.

They take a very long time to give you the food.... oh and when you get your food most of the time is wrong I went in today September 30th 2020 at 7:08pm I ordered three large hot coffees ended getting 3 large cold coffees with no sugar told the lady told me to park in the front so I did took a long while to give me my order and still didn t have sugar inside ... hate Coming to this Location but it s the only one close to my job.

Don't go to this McDonald's they gotten my order wrong twice and there really slow and the inside of the place is always dirty .

Drive thru guy was incompetent. I asked if they had the recess mcflurry and the drive thru guy said yes. I ordered one and when he gave it, he said it was snickerdoodle and he said its recess. When i tasted it, it was not recess and had to go inside to get a refund.
Is average now with the mobile app seen more people just coming and go waw thats fast food for you
