Didn't like much but it's ok for short stay.
Due to COVID-19 situation very less people are visiting and staff are also very. I liked the atrium thought, it's welcoming.

Great location to catch the bart or cal train. The interior is lovely and bright. A full breakfast is included as well as a complimentary happy hour..which you are sure to leave happy happy.

Front desk personnel need attitude adjustments. They are argumentative, nonfriendly working individuals that quite obviously have no accountability or absolutely hate their place of employment. Disgusting and unfriendly is an understatement. Buyer beware.....

We booked and PAID for a room 5 months in advance in hopes of getting a good night's rest before driving home from SFO. We had flown for over 15 hours, and our arrival in SFO was past 10pm. We checked in online the day before and specified that we would arrive after 10 pm.

When we arrived for our stay sometime past 11 pm at night, the first thing we are told is to "have a seat" without any indication of what was going on. When the host at the desk could finally help us, he informed us that some guests overstayed and that there were no rooms for us. They called a taxi and sent us to the Mariott far into the SF area. The Mariott took care of us and offered an Elite Status breakfast voucher (The Embassy Suites did not tell them to do that; I think they wanted to avoid us complaining about something not the fault of the Mariott hotel).

The Mariott was nice, but THIS DOES NOT MAKE THINGS RIGHT on the end of Embassy Suites. By prioritizing guests who overstayed, the Embassy Suites showed that they do not value us as customers. Keep in mind that we paid for the room in advance and notified them the day before, so the Embassy Suites had no reason to hope that we were not coming that night. The hotel might have made some money by overbooking, but at the expense of a hefty taxi fare, loss of loyalty (I was a long time Hilton Honors member), and image on review sites. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The free breakfast is great! There's a hot bar where you can get omelettes/eggs cooked to order all sorts of fruits muffins and carbs. Can be good if you're vegatarian but hard to eat anything but fruit if your vegan. There's also a free happy hour from 5-7 daily with drinks and light snacks! Good for a quick getaway even if you don't live far. Beware weekends the pool is taken over by children but they have to leave by 10. Also the pool was extremely cold too cold for me to even get in!

Awesome room, good free breakfast, quiet (even being near the airport), amazing atrium, and friendly staff. Will be using Embassy Suites from now on, when possible.

This hotel is in a nice location by the waterfront. It's close to the freeway but far away from tons of people and traffic. It's fairly quiet and has a nice decor on the outside and inside. This hotel has free breakfast and snacks/cocktails in the evening, the staff is pretty good from a professionalism standpoint, and the rooms are nice and clean. Parking at this location is atrocious.

Room was clean. Second floor view was ok. The wifi was a bit of a pain as it would say you have 24 hrs but make me sign in multiple times and not work everywhere in the hotel. Breakfast was good, restaurant was good for the quality of the hotel. I would appreciate stairs that don't make me go.outside but that's not a deal breaker.

Liked it overall. Good pool and bath tub. Some rooms are bay facing. Though elevators had issues when I visited and the sad part is they didn't fix it for a while.

Rude employees talking about their personal lives. Dim and Dingy rooms with no room service everything was closed and a cold environment. The room was depressing due to dimmer lights. I would not recommend this place.

I normally like to stay at embassy suites when I travel and have always had a great experience so I was very disappointed this time, room was very pricey, addt'l $35 dollar parking fee upon check in, room had not been cleaned, lady at the front desk was rude, no happy hour drinks, breakfast was a bag with a few items including stale bread, no coffee or juice. Very disappointed, to say the least, do not recommend this hotel.

Very clean. Dog friendly now with new owner. Still providing free breakfast. Amazing service.

I had a suite and it was clean and the good for breakfast was delicious. My only complaint would be that they were stingy about how many people were eating breakfast. We had to pay for one more person because I have a family of five, but hotels are about rooms not about how many people there are.

Excellent stay. I love the breakfast and omelet station every day. The happy hour is great as well and both are complimentary. I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Rooms were nice with fantastic views of the Bay.

Nice rooms, GREAT restaurant. Try the French onion soup. $5.50 for a tiny bottle of Fiji is a little crazy, though.

Not child friendly. There are railings that go up to your waste all the way up to the 9th floor that you have to walk around to get to your room. Very freaky. The food was ok for breakfast. There was one guy that was Asian that was working at the front desk that is very rude. There are 3 computers in the biz center and only one a works. They had the gall to charge me $310.00 for the room. I could have stayed at the Hyatt. I like embassy usually but this one was not as good. One plus is it s right on the bay near the airport

This is an above average Embassy. The views and atmosphere are really nice. It's pricey, but more or less in keeping with hotels in the surrounding area.

A great hotel in a great location in you're in the area. Close to the airport and not far from San Jose or San Francisco. A large, unique lobby with good views on just about all sides of the hotel. Free shuttle service into Burlingame.

The room is good, but the the building looks old, I didn t like the breakfast buffet

i went to only stay 1 day i parked my car knowing its safe but when i woke up the next day my car was robbed my sons and my daughters suitcases were gone i was really mad because i had to drive back to Colorado that day wouldn't recommend staying here i couldn't even have a good breakfast never staying here ever again

They we're going through construction. The staff could have had interim maps, and let us know what services were available. Otherwise, the hotel met our needs and we won't stay there again.

The 2 suites rooms are great for having small meetings with coworkers but keeping personal and professional apart. The complimentary cocktail hour means a nice social moment before going out on the town or to dinner.

Nice place, fun little happy hour with complimentary beer, wine, well cocktails and snacks. The views are pretty sweet as is the property the hotel sits on. The restaurant on premise was very tasty and better than you d expect.

A big NO!! Rooms and room maintenance was very badd!!. Breakfast was very good. And the location is perfect.

Had a quick lunch at the bar, Tap and Tavern. Good food in a comfortable setting; great view.

Only rated 1 star just so I can leave a review. I booked a suite for myself and my 4 children they put me on the 8th floor. When I checked in at 4pm my room wasn't ready I waited 40 mins. The woman who checked me in was nice she didn't charge me parking because of the inconvenience. At 10:45pm kids were running around being very loud. This place is GHETTO not at all what I expected from embassy suites. The beds are small. People above me and next to me were playing loud music. Alot of young kids staying at this location. Alot of cigarette smoke. People were walking around drinking alcohol.Checking out the Asian girl was rude and so was the manager.

Great place to have a family vacation and lovely view of the Bay area and Airport..

Location is awesome. I would visit this Embassy Suites every time visit SF Bay Area.

Probably not listed when you make the reservation but the lobby is under construction and go in there and there's jackhammers going they have temporary desk setup they were gracious enough to send us to another Embassy Suites in Burlingame but still they should have mentioned that we made the reservation

Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Went for a work trip and it was definitely the way to go. They had happy hour from 5-8PM was simply amazing.

Great hotel and services. been there with ny family and enjoyed our stay there a lot.

When I normally rate a place is because of bad service but this is not the case here. Their excellent service starts with the door greeter with a smile and respect. Front desk customer service was quick and pleasant both when check in and at check out. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Room was an extremely clean and very comfortable bed. Great value for price paid. Now, this is where credit goes from top to bottom. Way to go Embassy Suites

Daily breakfast was great! Rooms were clean, excellent service from the hotel staff.

Venue was nice, but probably too small. The food was decent, but mislabeled. Staff was great!

Hilton is my choice of hotels whenever I travel anywhere, so I'm very disappointed to give this place a 2 stars. This is the very 1st Embassy suites that I've been to, and won't return. Yes they had the free social hours of drinks and snacks, but the snacks were definitely just to coat the stomach for drinks. Nothing like the one in Irvine, or Denver. Old and pretty small televisions in the suites, and very uncomfortable bed won't be returning back to this specific location.

2 rooms are bigger, clean and very nice sea view. They have happy hours between 17:00-19:30 :))

The room looks clean and is spacious. Everything else is cheap and way outdated. I m also worried about the security of the place. The backdoor was open without requiring a key and no one was there. The view of the bay was good.

This Hotel is in a great location but needs help. I called for the Manager but hung up after a long wait. We usually stay at Embassy suites because our kids really enjoy it. During our stay the elevators either didn't work or were slow. So we used the stay well instead. Someone has urinated in the stairwell! I told the front desk and they didn't seem to care. During breakfast there were not enough tables so many guests had to eat standing up! I told the front desk and they didn't seem to care. During happy hour, the soda machine dispensed flat sodas and the ice machine did not work. I didn't bother to tell the front desk. The bathrooms at the other end of the lobby had no hand soap and the toilets would not flush. I think the manager should spend some time tightening up operations at this hotel.

Tub has chipped glaze in the bottom of it. The rooms are kept very uncomfortably cold

And of course I did not get even a word of apology from the staff. They said they will provide a heater and hung up on me. The temperature outside the room is warm so clearly they've given me a room where the heating doesn't work. All this treatment for a diamond member. I can only imagine the plight of others.

Clean accommodations paired with spectacular service equals a place I d stay again and again! Convenient to SFO. Terrific and delicious made-to-order breakfast! The staff was very accommodating and the room was always cleaned. I definitely recommend this great property.

I was very disappointed with my stay... My debit card was charged over 700. For two nights?? After weeks of calling the very rude woman in accounting and the fill in GM while the real one was on vacation I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company... Very sad as I'm a big fan if this company and all the Hilton factions but as of now I will be staying at the Sheraton or sone other non Hilton property until they extend a credit and an apology to me. :(

Great location right on the bay. Just across the water front the airport which is very convenient if you're just staying for a night or two and moving on to someplace else. Nice walking path behind to take a stroll but the hotel rooms themselves are looking a little worn and dated. They're not serving food except for breakfast but there is a 24-hour diner about a block and a half away which actually has decent food and drinks.

We stayed for 4 nights. The first 3 were good. The last night there was a wedding and people were screaming both in the foyer and outside our room in the grass. When we called the front desk they put us on hold and never picked up. The 2nd time we called they did nothing. I feel this wedding should have been in a room where the doors could be closed to keep the noise down. For the amount of money they charge for a room we shouldn't have had to deal with the noise levels at 11pm.

The view is amazing. Rooms are really nice and calm. Staff is great too. Loved it

The rooms are spacious with a decent hotel. Even though it is near the airport, there is not much noise. The bathrooms are very old and unusable. Year 2018 but still have a shower curtain. Furnace and microwave in rooms can be an advantage. However, the heating system does not work. The heating function is not active. Great minus for a place like Sanfransisco which is 10 degrees almost every night of the year. The closest places were burlingame but I think the service could be more frequent. The rest are acceptable.

This place was wonderful. Clean, quiet and modern. Its great.

I was sent there cause my flight got cancelled and Justin at the front desk was extremely helpful in getting me the room quickly and 2 stars are for him alone. The view from the room is beautiful, but this also depends on the room you get. The issue is that these guys don't give any water bottles in the room. I stayed in 3 Hilton's on my trip to US and all of them do give water. While the rooms are huge, the decor and the appliances are a bit dated.

Very close to the airport, large rooms available.Have a big lake in front.No place far away from the center.Breakfast is not good.

Thus Embassy is amazing. Lots of scenic areas inside and out.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views. The problem is the hotel staffs lack of care about guests. One of the days young children were allowed to run and jump in the hot tub. Bad enough on its own, but people were in it at the time and getting hit and kicked by these kids. Then the last night we were there we got ignored about the very obnoxious group that was slamming everything starting at 8pm and still going at 2am. We got told we would be refunded for the stay, which we didn't request, and it was less than half of the last night that was. Will I stay again? Only if the hotel promises to have my room away from groups, and to take action on misbehaving guests. Otherwise it's not worth the money.

The staffs are unfriendly and inflexible. There is no hospitality to be found anywhere in this hotel. The hotel hosts many business functions, and the customer service is clearly not catered towards individuals and families. Try other hotels nearby.

Great hotel in San Francisco in the Burlingame area . Customer service was A1, It was 10 of us on business from NYC and Mr. Rushi was great , helped us in everyway, would definitely visit this hotel again.

The rooms were spacious and the view is very nice the front end staff were knowledgeable and they were able to give me good recommendations the rooms were clean

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. The room was very nice, the pool and jacuzzi were fine, and the continental breakfast had really good omelets.
