Overall I am satisfied with my purchase and the experience with the dealership. They made the process easy. It was a fairly smooth experience buying a vehicle online. I have owned many vehicles but never bought one this way. In the end there were some hiccups but I pointed them out and McCluskey worked things out with me. Had it gone 100% smoothly I would rate 5 stars. Definitely was a much better experience than I imagined it would be and no "used car salesman" hounding me around the lot!

Multiple cars I wanted wernt available despite being viewable on the site. My salesman was super nice however not much information was really presented.

Went and got a a Chevy Cruz Saturday. Ben was helpful and awesome.

Craig was very personable and made my visit the best yet. The service on my vehicle actually took less than what was initially quoted so that was a plus. During my wait, I had the pleasure of speaking with a gentleman named Duane. He was nice and informative as well. Overall my experience was great.

I love McCluskey! They are very nice and will always try and help get you what you want! If anyone ever goes in though, I recommend Crystal Edinburg. She is super sweet and will definitely help you out. She is very good at what she does. You ll love her just like my mom and I do!

Been going to McCluskey's for 20 years since owning my Chevrolet s for purchasing servicing and body work. I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is so courteous from the person answering the call to set up an appointment to welcoming you to their place of service, rendering the service , and exiting to make make payment I have confidence if there is a problem with my car there is a problem not someone trying to get more money by creating a problem.Mr Keith McCluskey continues to go out of his way to make you feel comfortable while waiting. Has coffee or drinks , snacks, play area for kids and various types of comfort areas to go to while waiting. The manager of the service area always makes sure if there is a concern handles it explains and all is well.
Body shop is the same way. Send people all the time because you are so well cared for. You are stressed when going but the Manager puts you at ease takes care of your needs and sends you off very satisfied with the work which was done.

Austin Tarantino was great doing business with. I told him what I wanted and he had the deal done quickly. It was a seamless process from start to finish.

Scott was very professional. He helped me very and insured me everything would work out. It did and I love the car. The car did come with a dint on the drivers side quarter panel and a few scratches that Scott insured me wasnt there before. He is checking to see if they will help me get them fixed. So I have a a good experience with this dealership.

So me and my fiance were looking for a car. Decided to come to Chevy because we heard good things. My fiance got approved for a 2020 Chevy Trax, we were happy. They then needed a 1000 deposit. I put 500 of my own money up for half of the deposit so she can get it that day. Then the next week they took the other 500 out of my acct. Two weeks later they are telling her to turn the vehicle in because she didn't get approved. She had also traded in her Chevy Cruze to get the Chevy Trax, which they gave back but didn't give us our deposit because they had to supposedly maintenance the vehicle. Which should not have been done since they knew they were going to be giving the vehicle back. So basically they took 1000 dollars from me and I was not on the lease or anything. Also they keep trying to charge my finances account even after turning the vehicle in. So I'm very dissatisfied with Gina and the sales manager there.

Refill (Tony Fishback) was the greatest salesman I've worked with. Very friendly and up front. The cars are new and very nice. There detailing is on point. The entire company of employees were very welcoming. Free Starbucks coffee woot woot!!!

We had the best experience and Ben Schneider was the best salesman weve ever had. He worked really harder to get us a car. We'd definitely recommend asking for him. We will definitely be back for our next car.

Great service, Excellent conversation with Todd nice delivery process, except not sending Both KEYFOBS with 2019 Dodge Charger which left me with only partial access to cars options. I need both KEYFOBS one red, one black only black one came with car. Otherwise this was the Best, Most easy car buying experience I have had in my life!!! Highly recommended for buying a car without the hassle or headache I have had in the 12 cars I have purchased (New cars) in my life! Will do it again if I live long enough. Eric Rodzankas

Jake Mccluskey in service department is the best. I went in for oil change and recall and showed him a door ding. He hooked me up with a dent repair guy and repair under 200.00.and done in one afternoon. When a body shop wanted over 500.00 and needed car for 2 days with additional car rental expense on to of 500.00. I definitely recommend McCluskey Chevrolet and Jake

Best service I ever had at a auto repair shop. Chris Simpson, the manager of the night shift, took great care of me. I explained to Chris I had a engine light that suddenly switched on and I had to move 1100 miles the next day from Batavia Ohio to Texas. Chris took care of me as a WALK IN and got my car fixed in time for the trip. I can't thank him enough for the hard work he put in when he and his team was already busy with many other customers. Thanks Chris! You are true real professional!

I had a good experience with McCluskey. The people are nice and they will do whatever it takes to get you a car. I didn t get a bow around my car but they did deliver the car to my house. I just want to think all the people that help me get the car.

Bought a new truck there last week. Also switched my auto and home owners while I was there. It was a pretty good sales experience and I saved a nice chunk switching insurance. I'd recommend this place and buy here again. Only gripe is that while they took my trade, they have already listed is for sale with a VERY inaccurate description. Someone is going to buy that car and be very surprised.

They made it happen! I want to personally thank Richard for going above and beyond. The whole place is first class.

Alberto was great.... but do plan to be here for awhile, we were there for many hours, next place though and again Alberto was a great salesperson.

I bought my first vehicle from McCluskey Chevrolet this summer. I had one issue after the purchase (partially my fault) but once I brought it to the attention of management it was rectified very quickly and very much to my satisfaction. I try to keep my vehicles for a long time, but I would go back to McCluskey once that time comes again.

My Strange for McCluskey Chevrolet was not a pleasant one. First of all I did not get to drive my car for 72 hours like you say on your commercials to see if I really wanted the car... second thing I did not get $1,000 for my car like your commercial says again. And the last thing Polly had 25 miles from my car came off the truck brand spanking new I had complications with it within 3 months as far as the chip in the gear shift going out I've only had the car for 3 months I think you sold me a lemon. And right now I think to myself I wish I had about the car.... and my question to you so she want to know how I feel about the car what can you do for me besides give me a dag on $200 car detail you got to come better than that I'm talking about taking some money off of my car bring my car payment down because the car for real is not worth what you asking for. And in your commercials your falsifying what you do

i bought my car here... you will want to buy your next car here. staff is excellent... they don't play games... you know the games most car dealers play. yeah those. i had a fantastic salesman.... the lobby is inviting... and they were quick. great in house insurance people and the finance manager was a lot of help and professional. all around... if are buying a car.... buy here

I had an awesome experience! It started out rough but the team their quickly fixed that. Like 30 seconds fast seriously!! I have leased a car there for three years. I have been there several times now to get my car serviced. I have never had a complaint. They give quality service, in fact they are exceptional, very personal and professional. The mechanic servicing the car even sends live video feed to my phone explaining the service done, pointing out each feature. Jeremy Huber has the best customer service I ve experienced in a really long time. He was really great throughout the whole process of getting my car fixed and helping me out with getting my rental. I like the fact that you have at your finger tips the history of my vehicle maintenance.

I bought a 2016 Chevy Malibu in April and wasn t satisfied with the staff at the Galbraith location. Heard phenomenal things about Kings Auto Mall Chevy location so I came there, met Jeff Schrieber he quickly got me in a 2019 Chevy Malibu got me everything I wanted. Made sure that I got a fair price for my 2016 Chevy Malibu. Jeff got me all the information along with the M-bucks program and all the great details of the car. I want to thank the whole team at Kings Auto Mall, you all rock!!!!!

Called me ran credit and finance info, approved me for an auto after I drove an 1 and 1/2 to them picked out the vehicle I had wanted with credit app, and 4 hrs later told me the could not get me financed. The next day I bought a vehicle that cost more with less down and less in finance charge. This place is a joke! Only thing they did for me was add 4 credit inquires to my credit report.

The dealership is very nice the employees are very helpful and the service was quick and efficient

Everything went pretty smooth. I traded my 2018 Traverse High Country for a Chevy Trax. The only thing that soured my wife and I is that we were getting money back and wasnt told until the end of the deal that our check would be mailed. My thoughts on that is this....you have my vehicle but you want me to wait on the remainder to be mailed. We have bought and paid cash for 2 new vehicles from here but will go elsewhere next time. The salesman wasnt the friendliest person in the world until the deal was final.

Left keys on Sunday in drop box for Monday evening appt. My car was actually ready by 8:30 Monday morning. Pleasant surprise. When I picked it up, the bill was more than I expected, as I only asked for an oil change. The cashier has been explained that they also did a tire rotation to keep me within the drivetrain warranty. This was fine once explained, however it would have been nice had someone told me that in advance.

Chris was my advisor today and helped me out a lot. Very thorough and explained everything in detail to help me understand all of it. He was extremely respectful and nice. I will most likely be requesting him in the future for any services! Great employee!

We have had many bad experiences with car dealers in the past but Bill Stouffer at McCluskey Chevrolet has changed that. He has helped resolve issues with prior dealers and helped us get great deals in a fair honest and straightforward approach. My dad even came from Indiana to by from Bill. We won t buy from anyone else!

I was initially exhausted because this went back and forth for so long. It was draining, as it is now. There were serious family illnesses and then with covid-19 upon us. I have talked with numerous individuals along with a referral attorney and they advised that there is no doubt I pursue this. I have also filed with the Attorney General and sent a certified return receipt letter to Keith McCluskey, which has been received and signed for. The BBB is working on this and in addition, In talking with a local television station that helps consumers, they not only strongly encouraged me to pursue this, but also provided guidance, along with GM Corporate. Showing my mechanic and others along with another dealership the emails, estimates, and service videos, they were shocked.

The real question is, why did YOU call and say it was ready to pick up it was all finished and ready to go !! and then the next morning you call and say the pistons, cylinders and possibly more were damaged? YOU drive it and THEN all of these serious issues have to be done? Something this serious would definitely be found on the initial diagnostics and your multipoint safety inspection you completed - the service video you provided said nothing else was wrong. It was a well taken care of vehicle only needed the harness repair.
And then upon picking the car up to be moved/towed, the service tech states an engine rebuild is necessary? Even other employees of yours were dumbfounded.

It is without question, this happened while in your possession. You keep saying how many thousands of satisfied customers you have,,, you have an equal amount of thousands if not more, that are DISsatisfied.

We were quickly approached on the lot. Questioned about what we were looking for and what brought us in. We were listened to about our concerns and never felt pressured at all. The whole experience was good and easy.

I was amazed to learn that buying a QUALITY used vehicle could be SO easy and painless.....My Product Specialist was John Phillips..John has a polite, upbeat approach to learning your automotive needs. John then offers you an amazing selection.. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER !!!

Bobbie Cross was great! He was able to work what I consider a miracle on what seemed to be an impossible situation with our trade-in and budget on a 2019 Trax. He was also able to get us in and out in 2.5 hours and was understanding of our limited time with the babysitter! Also kudos to every employee we worked with. Everyone was very friendly, knowlegeable and helpful to get us what we needed. I will always go back to McClusky (all the way from Louisville!).
