McCluskey provides an experience above and beyond any dealership I've ever been to. I specifically want to mention the attentiveness of one sales person who helped change my mind about Car Salesmen and their effect on the car buying experience. Tony B. made a noticable effort to listen while I was talking. It was obvious when I was communicating he wasn't mentally planning his next 'sales pitch' he was actively listening to what I was saying. I could tell because his actions aligned with what I was asking for. This made the process enjoyable and quick. I spoke, he listened and delivered, then I bought. Thank you Tony, I will be back the next time!
Own a Chevy bolt. Everytime we come here their electric car chargers are blocked. They said in a reply to my review that it was customer cars blocking but that is a lie. They advertise having solar chargers and all 4 are blocked 2-3 cars deep by brand new cars for sale. They obviously don't car about electric vehicle customers
no very happy with sales manager and customer service .and the guy that help me purchase my lease car..customer service.department could have cared less about my problem.i had on a friday. i know .i called late on a Friday around closing. time.but you could have been a little more sympathetic .. about my issue. i will not buy another car there .but will use their service department..the.staff in that department are very nice.
Great staff, nice place to do business. I believe that I was well informed and all of my questions were answered. I love the SUV that I'm buying. Only negative was that it took way to long to close the deal. We were there over six hours. Drinks and snacks were wonderful!
It was honestly the best experience! I dealt with Lauren, she is just great! It was quick, she was able to put me in a vehicle that I wanted, and even delivered it to me. The only dealership I will ever work with again.

We needed to buy a vehicle a little earlier than we expected. I was fairly nervous of buying a vehicle when I needed to instead of just wanting to. All I can say is everyone at McCluskey made the experience amazing. I can not say enough good things about Chris Hacker. She is absolutely wonderful and I would trust no one else to help me through the process of purchasing a vehicle. If I could I would give Chris and the entire McCluskey team 6 stars!!!
Great place to do business. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful finding the vehicle that I wanted. The whole process was very quick and easy once I had found the vehicle I wanted.The car lot was around 110 miles from where I live but it was worth the drive. Will be back again.

Craig was my salesman and he was very helpful in determining a car and answering all my questions. He also made me feel welcomed and was willing to help work with me on certain things. Also the McCluskey building is very cool to look at and makes the process go smoother with refreshments and snacks being offered
The sales person was awesome. Dealing with customer service after the sale was a nightmare. I called numerous times to get assistance with the lease and was transferred and told someone would call back. Never got a return call. Finally spoke with a John Perrin and he was very rude and unhelpful. Still no resolution

My only complaint has to do with the passenger side air bag recall. When I called two weeks before my appointment it was to schedule the air bag replacement because the part was not in stock. The part had to be ordered. The only reason for the appointment was to fix the airbag. It didn t get ordered. As I understand it the part is now on order. It was a wasted trip....

Ok, loved the service when buying our cars but now starting to feel this place sucks! Don't get to talk to anyone when I call about my car being repaired and it's taken a month so far and it's still not fixed! What kind of customer service is this?
Had my oil changed. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. I didn't wait too long at all and enjoyed a cup of coffee in a pleasant waiting area!!
I was in the market for a new vehicle unexpectedly after my vehicle was totaled from a rear end accident. I went to two dealerships prior to McCluskey and Mike was able to get me into a vehicle I liked at a good price.

The dealership is great and easy to work with. My suggestion is to call and work with them directly. I booked tires online and when I brought the car in the tires that the web said they had in stock were not. They worked with me and got me taken care of and out the door that day.
Out of state buyers beware...stay clear if you want a fair deal. Bait and switch..unkept promises...all around bad guys UPDATE...called Karen Shepherd. What a joke. Had no clue...didnt even have my file. Then claimed the transmission in my VW had failed next day after I drove 6hrs to them the day prior. They just make up what ever excuse they need at time...all full of B.S. that's why McCrooksky auto. #2 update....wow so many lies. Told first needed my trade, then it's a high mileage junker, then the transmission failed day after, now it's been wholesaled....again wow. Karen has no clue...these guys are a joke. Do yourself a favor and find a new dealership that wants to earn your business and not try to buy it! Also to respond to the reply of the accessories at a discount...I was promised DEALER COST by my salemans that turned into a drawn out battle to make more money off of me....17.5% discount is not dealer cost....wow what business can operate on 17.5% margin. No wonder they have to CHEAT you on your car deal!!!! What a sad example of an American business Mary Barra will certainly be disappointed!
My Salesman Jerod was helpful but customer service was very poor . I ordered a new C8 August 2019 and finally received it on Sept 4 , 2020. No one ever contacted me during that whole year to update me or check how I felt about the whole process.
Bought wife a new car. Hannah was awesome sales person. Whole staff was helpful and no high pressure or other tactics some dealers try. Very honest and great group.
Process started off a little slow, which wasn t a problem, I was just in a rush to get into a vehicle. But, then Scott Peelers got in touch with me and I set my expectations with him and he exceeded them. Even got me in a car that I didn t expect to be able to get. I have an open bankruptcy and many dealerships aren t as knowledgeable and/or capable as Scott was alone. Will be doing business with him and McCluskey from now on whenever I am looking to get another car.
I was concerned about buying a used vehicle from Ohio - without seeing it in person (I live in NJ) - but McCluskey Chevrolet made the process very simple and more importantly made sure the vehicle was exactly what I expected (no surprises), Will Resor (salesman) was super fabulous - excellent customer service! Service dept is very good. Has great amenities. Prices are probably the going rate. The notifications and video inspection of my car was very impressive. Have not purchased a car from them so can't comment on that. These folks set the standard for service.
This is the second car I ve bought from McCluskey. My experience was great!!! There wasn t any pressure to buy something I didn t want. I really like that you are able to try out a car before purchasing it. That s awesome!! My salesman Will was really nice and took his time to get to know me and what I wanted. He was really great showing me different SUVs from different price ranges, colors, & features. Will worked hard to find the color that I wanted. He was able to do that for me. When it came to the loan part again he was really trying hard. But the interest rate was high and so was the payments. I was able to get a lower interest rate and payment through the Credit Union. They financed my Ford Escape that I bought there before so I went with them again. Thank you Will for your help & time. I really appreciate that & it means a lot to me. It s really nice having a brand new car that we like & enjoy.

Everything was fine except for one thing. My wife asked to take a look at the brakes and was charged extra 100$ for that. They could have warn her that it s gonna cost extra, but no one did. So, we paid 161$ for standard oil change .
I bought a used car from McCluskey in July 2020 and my experience has been nothing but positive. A warranty paperwork issue came up recently and the staff of McCluskey rectified the problem quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this dealership based on my experiences.

First off, I want to say what a great experience I had purchasing my first car from here. Everyone was nice and got a great deal on insurance! But my father had co-signed for me and when I brought the car home, he wasn't happy with the payments and how much the vihivle originally cost. So I had to return the vehicle. My $300 down payment was taken out of my bank on 11/16. The day I returned the car(11/18) I was told that I would be reinbursed within 3-5 business days. It has now been over a week....no one will return my calls or emails or texts. This was the biggest downfall.
bought my 2017 Equinox in for service. Karen in service dept. was very helpful in explaining the repair process. She went out of her way to make sure I was informed through the whole process. While waiting I was offered to trade up to a 2020 at ~my current monthly payments. I was not expecting to trade but Mccluskey Chevrolet made the process very easy. Muccluskey Chevrolet also made it possible for me to purchase the 2017 when other Chevrolet dealers in the area would not work with me. I would highly recommend Mccluskey to anyone looking for a dealership willing to work them.
Friendly customer service. I had an appointment, and the car went right in. Comfortable waiting area with free coffee, soda, snacks and donuts. My husband could look at cars while I waited in comfort. Tne free car wash with service is a nice touch.
From the time we got there it was absolutely the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Our sales guy, Tony was awesome and then everybody else we came in contact with was also super. Brought in for an oil change. Last visit vehicle came out with grease all over the floor mats and this must recent visit vehicle came out with 2 chips out of the paint. I was told "we didn't do it and you don't have to bring your vehicle here"
DO NOT GO HERE! I just received the worst service after trying to make a deal on a 2014 Ford Escape Titanium SUV. This was on the lot for sale and then when I say its priced too high, I give an offer, then they say the inspectors missed something during initial inspection and it may no longer be for sale. Its priced for $13,500 and its a 2014. No way!
There are more than one Ford Titanium in Cincinnati.
The waiting room is comfortable but you don't want to waste your time here. Offered $2000 down and all i asked for was a lower price. They could have said no to my $12,500 offer, but they choose to play games. If the car is NOT for sale why is it outside on your lot.
I bring all my vehicles, regardless of make or model, to the service department at McCluskey Chevrolet. I always get a straight answer, even when the answer is that no service is recommended -- talk about peace of mind for vehicles you depend on. Their extended hours make it very convenient to get in or out any time -- day or night. If there's ever an issue after receiving service or repairs, McCluskey goes out of their way to make things right.
There is no other place in the world I'd rather go for anything automobile related. Sales, service, & Insurance all under one roof! The automall location is amazing facility! The place is buzzing constantly with laughter, chit chat, and deals being made. The customer/staff relationships are genuine. The difference in friends just talking, and a car deal taking place is almost indistinguishable. You can tell, these guys just "get it", they truly care. Zero pressure. If you buy, you buy, if you don't then, you'll be back to do so very soon! If you've ever stepped foot into another dealership, you won't do it ever again once you meet these guys!
They made sure I felt like a person and not a credit score. They gave me a chance to get into a reliable car that these other dealers rhymes with Bissian took advantage of me and my family. I appreciate honest dealers that help the people especially in these times of the pandemic. I will spread the word to anyone that is looking for a nice new car to go here. Got my 2015 Sonic serviced this week. As always, the service department did a great job. They serviced my car, gave me future services that need to be performed, along with prices, so I can prepare for these. All of this done in a world class facility. I ate candy and drank soda, while surfing the Internet. When the car was done, they got me. It was raining that day. I had my family with me. The service department would not let me go into the rain to get my car. They went and got it for me while we remained dry, inside. This place really understands the customer and what it means to run a world class operation. Well done.
Service was fine other than I did not receive the free car wash that is supposed to come with oil change service, mcluskey advertises this , so if it's what you say you are going to do, you better do it, I suspect it didn't get done because I have a dually truck and it will not fit through the automatic wash, in the past they have hand washed it
Ken Burns from the Online Sales Dept. made my purchase of my 2019 Chevy Colorado Crewcab 4+4 Z71 as smooth as could be. He worked diligently for me to get me what I had asked for considering my credit score. Would definitely recommend people to Ken for they're next vehicle purchase. Once again Jeremy Huber took care of my truck like it was his own, He is always thoughtful, courteous and explains what needs to be repaired and how. My transmission was repaired and I am back on the road. what a great service team.

Brought 2014 Traverse in to get the Coolant Temperature Sensor replaced as check engine light was coming on with that error code. Was told $99 diagnostic fee but would be part of repairs if fixed, which is standard. They billed me 1.8 hours ($225 total) to replace it but it only took 30 minutes, so I mentioned that to them. They said they would not adjust the labor as that was a "flat" labor time and their mechanic was just efficient. So a $30 part and 30 minutes of labor cost $300. I called another Cincinnati Chevy dealership to get a quote after the fact and they quoted me $200 to do exact same thing McCluskey just charged me $300 for. So AVOID this dealership for any of your service needs. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE.
This place is the worst place to buy a vehicle from the screwed my friend and I over on our vehicle purchases I wouldn t recommend these people to even my worst enemy.
EDITED AGAIN TO ADD: I am changing this to a 5 star review due to the follow up from McCluskey, started below. They owned this mistake and have followed up with me and the buyer. They were careful to check and be absolutely sure there were no financial implications. Turns out it was just a mixup of contact information on some paperwork. McCluskey Chevrolet stepped up, corrected the mistake and made sure that me and the buyer were taken care of. I really appreciate their diligent follow up. GREAT customer service after the fact to fix this error.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I did not purchase a car from you, but on Saturday night, September 26, 2020 I started receiving texts and emails asking me to set up my OnStar account and congratulating me on the purchase of my 2020 Impala. To be clear, again, I did NOT buy a car from you and I live in North Carolina.
I have opened a fraud/theft identity case with OnStar that is still under investigation. I also called your dealership on Monday, September 28 once I received this survey request and knew who to call. I talked to the salesperson that sold this car on September 26, and he verified that my email and my phone number were associated with the account, but assured me that nothing else matched up and no loan information was in my name. He also allegedly removed my contact information from the account and was going to reach out to the actual owner to straighten it out.
However, all week long I have received notifications about theft alarms from OnStar and yesterday I received a text message and an email from Capital One Auto Finance about setting up online access to my new auto loan. Because of all this going on this week, I have signed up for an Identity Theft Monitoring service that is now costing me a monthly fee and I am checking my credit daily to make sure I have not been defrauded.
This is unacceptable and needs to be fixed NOW. Best I can tell so far, no one opened a loan in my name, but you sold a car to someone with the same last name as me and then used all my contact information for the paperwork, so even if everything else is legit, she cannot set up any of her accounts because all of the information is going to a stranger who lives states away. I know have her VIN number, the date she bought the car, the make and model, the OnStar account number, etc.
I have tried calling your dealership and also resolving this through an OnStar investigation. If I don't get some sort of information back that this is completely resolved by October 9, I'll seek legal representation if I have to.
This was a horrible experience. I waited over 1 hours for an oil change which made me late for work. I approached the desk to ask what was taking so long. I was presented with I was incorrect at how long it had been because I don't know when I got there evidently. I bought this car from McCluskey thinking this was a reputable company. I bought the extra warranty thinking it was a good purchase to find out I am forced to use McCluskey and drive 25 to 30 minutes to Kings automall just to get my oil change because where I bought the car and any other site can't do an oil change. I didn't even get the car wash because it would take another half an hour. This is unavailable. This large of a company which started off as a family business doesn't treat their customers as family. Very disappointed to be treated so ride and disrespectful. They could of been honest in the beginning.
Their service department is horrible they broke ball bearings on my car and never fixed the things that was wrong with my car. I will never go back to this dealership again and I don't recommend anyone goi g there!!!
Not a bad place to get your vehicle serviced. Pool table, massage chair, free coffee, snacks and WiFi all help pass the time. Not to mention the hundreds of cars to look at. As far as shopping for a new or used car I never felt pressured and they leave you to yourself to browse the lot until your ready to talk. Got the best price I could find by a long shot on my 2014 Chevy Cruze back in 2016.
They always do a fantastic job. Facility is beyond great. Service is always done in a good time frame and they know what needs to be done. We have purchased two vehicles from them in the last few years and they have been well taken care of by the team. I would not go anywhere else.
Started out great. Called got a price, verified it because my truck had more oil, was told the truck special was 59.99. Low and behold bill turns out to be $75. Reason for the increase... My truck holds more oil. Highly disappointed
This past weekend (after visiting a competitor) I knew what I wanted. I can't tell you why we didn't just buy it from the beginning, but McCluskey had what we wanted. And I didn't want to deal with just anyone. I don't like being bombarded when I walk on site, and I wasn't. I just found the one person I was introduced to over a year ago. At that time I promised him as soon as I made a decision, I would come back and see him. And I did, Blake Davenport.
We were introduced to Blake via through one of McClusky's amazing service team. He knew I wouldn't tolerate just anyone and they needed to be able to put up with me. Blake was just our man.
This last Saturday, we showed up, asked/told them we only wanted to work with Blake. One hour later, the car SOLD and new car PURCHASED. Boom! It just took a year and a lot of patience. After that, it was smooth sailing through the rest of the purchase. Two hours later, I drive off the lot in my new vehicle.
Thank you Blake and the rest of the team at McCluskey. Now I need someone to fix "My Chevrolet" app!
First off, I appreciate how personal & professional most folks here are. Service advisors, sales, checkout clerks, & tech support all great. I bought my 2018 Volt here. After the sale, service was fine and usually fast. Facilities and amenities are great. Prices seem decent. I appreciate their lifetime powertrain warranty.
All that said, I was unhappy with my last visit. The work took double the time and I was talked into getting a transmission service my car didn t need. I should have been firm and stood up for myself. My service advisor didn t follow up with me and had someone else send me on my way. From now on I m going to avoid him and stick to the normal duty maintenance schedule. I m hopeful this was just a one-off experience and will update accordingly. Thanks.

Bought my 2012 Equinox here in the fall of 2011. I moved out of state 6 years ago. I will miss this dealership, it is the only one I have found in my 63 years that treats you with respect and integrity after the sale.
My Salesman Chris Bower was a real awesome guy to work with. Recently I filled out a survey based on my same purchase experience. In that survey I had made a complaint that I had to remove a large screw from my front tire, and repaired the tire myself with only 43 miles on it. I didn't mind that so much, but when I brought it to the attention of the service department through Chris, they said that even though the truck was brand new, they would not replace the tire. I am now very happy to report that as soon as the "right people" learned of my unhappiness, a new tire was ordered within hours. I have an appointment to have it replaced next week, and I am quite pleased. Thank You to McCluskey Chevrolet for a good experience, and helping me acquire the exact truck that I had wanted.
Holly was very personable and made the car buying experience very easy. The overall atmosphere of the company was amazing and I would recommend anyone to come here before going to any other dealership.
I have been looking for a service department that doesn t let me down for awhile. And I hope I found it with McCluskey. Have used then a couple times now and I m very pleased. I especially LOVE the late hours. I brought my car in at 730pm and had it back the same night. So nice when you work and you just can t do without your car!!

I ask for a car wash. Poor job... They were still bugs on the front of the SUV. It wasn't clean. And I was sad about that.
It was great and fast. I like the new addition more with the video of your car been worked on but better if they can see real time working on the car cause it shouldn't be a problem if they doing a great job expressed by the manufacturer
DO NOT TRUST!!! I trusted them and was lied to and left with a damaged vehicle. I am a nurse with four daughters living in South Carolina, working 50-70 hours a week, and purchased a car from McClusky online. I was originally interested in and was finalizing a deal on a Ford Explorer. However, just as the contract was to be written, I was told it was no longer available, bait and switch? They then offered up a GMC Acadia and said I qualified for this car but no others. I agreed. The car was driven from Cincinnati to South Carolina on 3/23. It was supposed to have been delivered to me the following day. However, it was delivered after 9pm 3/23, after dark. Was this intentional because of the multiple dents although I was told there was ONE? I was told the car had a 3 day/300 mile return policy for any reason. This was not mentioned when I reported a problem. Instead, I was instructed to take it to a mechanic to be fixed and they would cover it. Not true. I ve included the key texts from the multiple days of correspondence. Needless to say, I am very disappointed and feel as though I was taken advantage of because of my situation. 3/23 1000: small dent on the front wheel well and small key scratch on door. In fact, there were multiple dents on the vehicle. The vehicle was delivered after 9 pm, making inspection virtually impossible 3/25 1502: Within the 3 day/300 mile return time-frame, I contacted McClusky about a considerable front-end shimmy. It was not suggested that I return the vehicle if I had concerns. Instead, I was told it probably just needed an alignment, which they would pay for. Me: hey, I get a lot of shimmy in the front when I get around 65 mph. 3/26 1332: Mcclusky: Probably just alignment I ll have you take it to a mechanic that works with us near you and we will cover the expenses. McClusky: Alright so all you have to do is go to a tire discounters and I ll give you a number to call we have an account there that will pay for everything it might not just be an alignment, have them check out everything and it will be covered by us. 4/16: The car was taken to a shop (It took several days to coordinate with McClusky). It was only minimally out of alignment on one wheel in the rear. What the mechanic did find, however, was that both front struts were busted and both front wheels were warped. 4/16 1652: McClusky: So we will cover balancing but we would need to inspect the car ourselves in order to get approved on fixing struts because we inspect the vehicle before it leaves our dealership. 4/16 1750: McClusky: we need to get the inspection report but she s (the service manager) not in today so I ll see what we can do first thing tomorrow. Payment was never arranged, so I ended up paying the bill. I later sent a text asking if something happened enroute. 4/17 0943: McClusky: He we are goin to help you out our service manager is out until Monday but we will definitely help you out, I ll get back to you on Monday. 4/20 0934: McClusky: Hey so I just talked to our service manager and she said your Acadia was fine when it left our dealership and said the struts in the GMC usually leak a little even if they are brand new. So we will cover the balance/realignment but not the struts. 4/20 1044: Me: so, the care was delivered late Monday night. I reported the shimmy Wednesday (the first day I drove it at 65 mph). Could it have happened in transit? The alignment and balance did nothing to fix it. McClusky: my managers are in there Monday meeting I m going to see what we can do to help. 5/5: I still had not been reimbursed for the alignment/balancing. 1350: McClusky: I m extremely sorry my finance manager is sending you a check for the alignment and balance today. 5/17: I still have not received reimbursement.
