the only issue is the same one I deal with every time... the plastic caps that go over the wheel lug nuts are not always tightened down all the way. I have to check them after every service to make sure they are, and most times there are one or two on each wheel that aren't all the way on... picky, I know, but losing one of them takes away from the look of the truck...

Everyone there is really nice. It is always a great experience coming here to get our cars worked on. They have free snacks, free drinks, and free WiFi-what more could you want? They have a pool table upstairs and a kids area downstairs. They even have computers and a massage chair !! If you need to charge your phone or computer they have outlets as well. I love coming here !!

Great experience with McCluskey Chevrolet. A great staff. Everyone one was very friendly customer focused and family friendly. Tamarah Riley was wonderful to work with. I did not go in expecting to walk out with a new vehicle but we could pass up such a great deal. The McCkluskey team saved us a lot of time checking out other vehicle options. The service throughout the departments including service has been superb. Thank you I will continue to come back.

I m not the bank, that s what they ask for this is why I quit shopping at Mccluskey several years ago. One of the number one rules for sales is communication. Mind you we got approved for $750 a month payment but he will not tell me what we can get for that. I ve asked 3 times. Someone please train your sales people. Communication is not that difficult even if it s not what people wanna hear. I d rather hear a sir we can t help you at the moment but come see us in the near future than just ignoring people. Especially with me being 9 hours away and not physically seeing everything for myself. But Glen was an absolute blessing! I contacted this dealership about a used Toyota base model truck to test drive. This was via text. Person texting said they would have a salesperson, contact me. Then I was contacted and we set up a meeting time that afternoon. Later on I was contacted again and told truck had a dead battery, it was at their Paddock Rd (?) location, and I couldn't test drive it until Monday. Apparently there's no one at the dealership who can install a battery.

Finally Monday, I arrive and take the truck home for their 24-hour test drive. Decided not to buy it as it seemed to have some electrical problems having to do with the door locks. I probably would have bought the truck if the salesman would have acted like he gave a $@!& about the issues I pointed out to him, and offered to have them fixed, but he barely listened to me, like blew me off. It was then that I realized he already KNEW about the issues and was just being dishonest in his dealings.

Also, as a female visiting this place by myself, there was a very weird vibe I got from the salesmen that work there.
I probably wouldn't go there again unless I could deal exclusively with a female sales person.

Every employee was especially courteous in making sure that my father and I had whatever we wanted to eat or drink and that my baby s needs were being met as we went through the process of buying a new truck. Before we even arrived Tony Bellafonte was especially prepared by making sure that the truck we were interested in was waiting for us as soon as we pulled up for us to test drive. Everyone there was extremely personable and friendly and went through whatever questions or concerns we had throughout the process. Although I wish the process wouldn t take hours to get through I absolutely understand why given the extent of everything we were taken through.

I usually do not fill out surveys because most companies do just want you need and do not go above and beyond with customer service. McCluskey Kings Auto Mall has almost become family (not literally). Everyone at that location from sales to service has been nothing short of amazing the entire 5 years that I have been coming to them. Although my warranty only requires that I get my oil changes and tires rotated with the company, I have been so impressed that I bring my car to them for other mechanic maintenance. The service center is very informative and speaks to me in a language that I can really understand. I have never left the dealership with any confusion and I brag on the staff and dealership each time that I visit. I love the fact that I can now schedule my appointments online, which makes doing business so much easier. I have never ever been unhappy with the services provided and I can honestly say that McCluskey is customer friendly. Keep up the great work :) I will be getting my new car from McCluskey!!!!!

I was initially exhausted because this went back and forth for so long. It was draining, as it is now. There were serious family illnesses and then with covid-19 upon us. I have talked with numerous individuals along with a referral attorney and they advised that there is no doubt I pursue this. I have also filed with the Attorney General and sent a certified return receipt letter to Keith McCluskey, which has been received and signed for. The BBB is working on this and in addition, In talking with a local television station that helps consumers, they not only strongly encouraged me to pursue this, but also provided guidance, along with GM Corporate. Showing my mechanic and others along with another dealership the emails, estimates, and service videos, they were shocked.

The real question is, why did YOU call and say it was ready to pick up it was all finished and ready to go !! and then the next morning you call and say the pistons, cylinders and possibly more were damaged? YOU drive it and THEN all of these serious issues have to be done? Something this serious would definitely be found on the initial diagnostics and your multipoint safety inspection you completed - the service video you provided said nothing else was wrong. It was a well taken care of vehicle only needed the harness repair.
And then upon picking the car up to be moved/towed, the service tech states an engine rebuild is necessary? Even other employees of yours were dumbfounded.

It is without question, this happened while in your possession. You keep saying how many thousands of satisfied customers you have,,, you have an equal amount of thousands if not more, that are DISsatisfied.

There are no words to describe the incredible experience I have had at McCluskey Kings Auto Mall with Bill. Working with Bill was the most painless and quick experience I have ever had at a dealership, no haggling or the run around. I told Bill exactly what I wanted and my budget and by all means he made that happen. I highly recommend paying a visit to him and getting into the car you have in mind.

Standard oil change situation. Their policy is to get it done 1hr from your scheduled time which is good. Free car wash which is great. The only reason this is not 5 stars is because the coupon that I received 2 weeks ago for a $31.95 oil change was refused by the cashier because a tire rotation was on the bill. The rotation was included free with this oil change. I didn t even have to ask for the rotation. Be careful when you get a coupon from these guys. Prepare to pay full price.

Went in to get a new tire, they did change it quickly, but the customer service was not great. I asked if they could look at a problem I ve been having with my convertible top and Charles (I believe is his name) told me they did not have time and were short staffed. When I asked how much the tire would be he said I ll know here in a few, instead of politely telling me he wasn t sure and would look it up for me then he asked if I wanted a car wash and I said yes, if you have time. When I picked up my vehicle they did not give me a car wash.. so I guess they did not have time, although they had about 4 people just standing in the service area.

Got an oil change. It was quick, expensive but quick. I was supposed to get a wash and vacuum with my oil change. The front passenger seat was vacuumed but not the rest of the car and yes, I cleaned it out beforehand so there was nothing on the floor. The service guy wasn't overly friendly or customer service oriented. Good hot chocolate... not a horrible experience but nothing I'd go out of my way to reccomend to a friend.

I have brought my vehicle in several times to get something fixed, my son has brought his vehicle to you twice and always worked out well, I thought I would try to get mine fixed there too since my independent mechanic hasn't been able to figure out why my truck stalls while driving and also I had another mechanic look at it and he couldn't either along with my a/c , I had the two other mechanics try to fix with no luck so I thought I would give you guys a try and guess what you said you repaired both items, I paid out approx. $3000 to you from June to September and nothing is fixed except my tailgate after also bringing it back after you said you fixed it, I'm told I need to put in another $2000 to fix the two items that I had already paid to get fixed but aren't , $5000 dollars is what you want to fix a19 year old truck , I feel like I have been taken so I will look for a used truck to purchase somewhere else.

I had a remarkable experience! Not going to lie, pulling into the parking lot I was overwhelmed and nervous about being pressured to buy a car I could afford or like. But within minutes of walking in the door I felt so much relief. I didn't have salespeople jumping down my back. They were super busy, and I had a small wait before getting a sales representative. BUT the lounge, snack, coffee, kids area and friendliness of the employees made the wait seem not so bad. Tony my sales representative was amazing! Made me laugh, didn't pressure me and made buying a car painless and fun! This will be the only dealership I buy a car from until the end of time!
