This time whin Ben at kings Auto. Was Bad i was up front with him .looking for a used van .did not go will tunr down.just fpumd out. Out he was going for a 2020 Chev trax. .not goodjust show on my cread reports he did this woth out talking to me. Not good. I need to know a name. To talk to I call 2 times Bank Fraud. Put my name on a crediy app. With out me knowing it .Im call the Banks Monday. UP. Date no call backs just called 3 banks to report on this .

I scheduled an appointment on a Sunday for my power steering recall and for transmission issues on my camero, my husband arrived on time and they took the car back, 45 minutes later he was told the part for recall was not available and the powertrain technician did not work on weekends, we do not live close. Spent over 3 hours on the road round trip. They knew part wasnt there and technician was off on weekends!! Why didnt I get a call to reschedule??? Very unhappy with service and communication. If I was purchasing I'm sure those calls would have been made

And thanks to Jordan, I was able to leave in the exact vehicle I wanted, no settling for what I could get. And their warranties are just fantastic. I think I ll always come here to buy my vehicles.

Josh Mullins was very friendly and extremely helpful he made buying a new truck a very pleasant experience. He answered all our questions.
The dealership was a very inviting place to check out vehicles. We have leased our vehicles in the past from Joseph Chevrolet we won t be going back there in the future. The experience at your dealership was so much better. The people we encountered during the buying experience were all so friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable.

No one bothered to tell me that my car was ready. ...

No one bothered to tell me that my car was ready. Original person who checked me in left and gave the paperwork to a coworker who dropped the ball. The text video system they are using has no fail safe to make sure that this doesn t happen. When I texted the number they gave me for status updates I got no reply. The cashier sent me to a station that no one was there instead of at least apologizing. I went from being annoyed to fuming. It took two or three minutes for anyone to realize that I needed help getting my keys.

Very accommodating wait area for customers and service was pretty quick. The only reason I m not giving 5 stars is because when I walked in no one greeted me... as a matter of fact at least 3 employees just stared at me rather than ask if I needed assistance. Once I explained that I had a service appointment the woman at the desk said just pull in & pointed to the garage bay door. Thankfully a much friendlier male service agent assisted me from that point forward.

It doesn t get any better than Mc Cluskey Chevrolet, I was well taken care of when I purchased my new Silverado! Have never been to a nicer dealership. Friendly and willing to go that extra mile. Great service department l, texts updates to you if your vehicle is in for service. Shout out to my boy Josh Mullins! He took care of not only me, he also took care of my son. His first car purchase, found us both what we wanted in a matter of minutes. Helped me get my credit report on point. If you re looking for a new car, be sure to ask for this guy, he s great! Was charged an additional $70+ than what I was told before they did the work (was explained that included tax and labor). Never offered an explanation as to why. That work, which cost over $1000, was only valued as $39 in parts by my insurance company. Complete ripoff in cost. 100% would never recommend anyone going there to get their car worked on no matter how good of a job they might do. The same perfectly good work can be found for half the price at multiple places less than 3 miles from this dealership.

I purchased a used Sienna on December 11. There were a few things that needed to be tweaked before I was willing to take it home. When I went back two days later to pick the vehicle up, the repairs had not been completed. In fact, they gave me the keys and I got in the car to find a low tire warning light on and a rear brake light that was non-functioning. It was late in the day so the repairs could not be completed. I ve been told that my salesman will deliver the car to me on the 18th. I have my fingers crossed that the items of concern will be resolved. One of those items is a squeaking steering wheel. They didn t seem to be able to figure out how to remedy that. I looked on YouTube and found what seem to be simple ways to resolve that. I did send the information to the service department. I m looking forward to coming home from work on Wednesday and finding the van, repairs complete, in my driveway.

While waiting for the service to be done/completed, I was approached by Mr. Tipton (Sales), asking if I was interested in trading cars, with him giving me a print out of options to consider. I said "No thank you, not interested."
Then when we were given another print-out and business card for Mr. Tipton - by the Service Rep.; and upon getting in the car, a 3rd, identical document with attached business card (for Mr. Tipton) was in the car.
When I said I wasn't interested in trading vehicles, I didn't mean maybe!
I totally abhor this behavior by your employee(s).

That's what made my car break down. Craig the service advisor was very patient with me as I was in somewhat of a panic and helped me as much as he possibly could. The customer service is always good and I m satisfied with the work. However, this is the 2nd time within a year to year and a half where I have been told by this dealership that I needed maintenance for my car, only to take it to a reputable car maintenance place and tell me that work I was told that was needed was not needed at the time. Also, outside of maintenance I have to get done here to comply with my warranty, I never get work done here because it is always more expensive.

Came in for oil change. And whatever recommended maintenance on my truck. As I do every oil change. I usually get a reminder that maintenance is do when I check in. I did not this time had to specifically ask about it. So my trucks maintenance stays up to date. No video about my truck during the inspection. Do you all still do that, haven't had that service the past 4 times I've been in. After paying for my services and asking the service tech for my inspection sheet. My breaks are in the red up front and yellow in the back meaning they need to be changed immediately.. i would of happily payed for the brake service if it was brought to my attention. But im taking the lack of communication from the service professionals that your dealership didn't want to replace my breaks or make the extra 1000$ in service during my visit. So thank you for properly doing bare minimum of service. But not very happy with the lack of communication and sending me back out on the road with pretty much shot brakes.. puts a pretty bad taste in my mouth of how "professional" your techs really are.

I have nothing but great things to say about the people who work at Mccluskey Chevrolet. Especially Bill Stouffer. He went above and beyond to help me find a vehicle that I liked and felt safe in. Something I could feel proud about driving my son around in. I can't thank Bill enough!! There truly are some really good people still around, and Bill is one of them!

Wayne was great, I was looking for somthing cheap and did not want to spend all day looking. Wayne found the perfect car (newer & cheap) and the paper work was done much quicker than expected.

i scheduled my appointment online for the oil change package, to look at my Rearview camera, to vacuum and wash my vehicle. As soon as I pulled in I explained to the guy what I was having done and he stated I couldn t have my camera looked at because I would have to schedule in advance to make sure if they needed to keep my vehicle. My oil change experience was fine. I get to my car and see dirt on my Car that was there prior to the wash. The only reason I could tell my car had been washed was the water spots on the windows. I get into my car and see they only vacuumed the front and the floor matt in the back. My third row seating was obvious that it wasn t vacuumed.

I had no issues buying. The service was great and they help you through every step of the process right down to updating your insurance. They even give you a tour of the building and show you the excellent waiting areas you can hang out in while getting your oil changed or whatever. My issue is with how much they charge for services/maintenance. I know taxes and labor are added but I feel like I was being taken advantage of. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. That was $60 which I feel like is a lot but I can live with that. When they came to update me on the progress, however, I was quoted $512 to change the front brakes and rotors on my vehicle. The brakes did need changed but I was told they were eating into my rotors. I told them there was no way I could do that that day. A couple minutes later a customer service agent came to talk to us (I felt like he was sent to "buddy chat" me up to keep me happy after the ridiculous quote I was just given). He was nice but my car was ready 3 minutes after he sat down so we didn't get to talk much. Luckily I know a mechanic so I had him look at my car for me. He told me the rotors were fine. I bought new brake pads for $52 at AutoZone and he changed them for me in 30 minutes. So I'm concerned as to why McCluskey wanted to charge me to replace something that didn't need replacing and, on top of that, charge me hundreds of dollars for, what I can only assume, is labor. It makes me not want to trust them which is unfortunate because they do have a nice facility.

Bill has offered me more than enough support from the first time we ve met and has always had my best interest at heart. I work with many people on a regular basis in my professional life and I must admit, Bill is absolutely incredible at what he does. He s friendly, enjoyable to work with and easy going. On top of that, Bill s follow-up is amazing! He sincerely enjoys helping others and stops at nothing to make sure each customer is extremely satisfied with his performance as well as their latest purchase. FRAUDULENT BUSINESS. They are sending out mailers stating that people are already approved for a loan through their head start program. We sent in all our information to Glenn and Glenn never contacted us back. What is he doing with our information? He stated he didn't need to run the credit but he did in fact run our credit!! Then Glenn calls us after we contact his manager, who by the way won't speak with us and Glenn states, " You should have figured out we can't help you" Extremely fraudulent and illegal behavior behavior. You must have authorization to run credit and if for any reason you could not assist us, then you should have stated that. We will be taking this further!!!!

Limited lifetime warranty is a joke. I always got my oil changed at the dealer when my cars oil life got 5 percent. Never any issues about i should be getting it changed at 5000 miles, until my transmission went bad and then I was told I needed to have it done every 5000 not when the car said to change it. Due to the fact my 2016 Malibu had a sealed transmission and could not be checked what does my oil getting changed have to due with the other. Therefore when I needed the warranty all of a sudden I was informed it was voided never any previous mention about doing changes earlier especially since it was done every other month cause I drove a lot. To me it was just a gimmick to have me returning to the dealership to have oil changed. Not to mention I had to to a tire rotation with every oil change to keep the bogus warranty intack.

They put me in a loaner car and fixed my heat on my new one. No hassle. They had to order the part so it was a couple days. But they kept me posted. Very friendly staff. Bj was very helpful. And when it was time for me to pick up my car the temp plates had expired so they put my new ones on for me. Very nice place. If anything thing else happens with my car I will definitely take it to them.

How do you know if the mechanic is doing the maintenance? There is a text message sent to the customer, a short video and explanation and a narrative from the technician.

I came into McCluskey with a specific car in mind but mostly because of your lifetime warranty. We were greeted by Brad Pope and he stayed with us beginning to end through the month long search. I can't say enough about Brad, he answered my emails and calls looking for the one car I wanted. When we found it, he had it brought in, detailed, checked over and even gave me a full tank of gas. Oil change was great no problems at all. Car wash it might as well just rained on the truck. Bird poop still all over. Inside they did not vacuum the driver side.
Also I don t know what is going on a McCluskey's but I have bought 8 or 9 cars there now. I have had a very good experience and great deals. But just went there last week and had terrible experience. We look at a Malibu and loved it. No trade in we lease. We are also GM family first. We tried to deal and ended up $15 apart on payment and they would not move. So we ended up going to Kia getting a car with more options for less money. I have also sent my brother in law there and he has bought 2 cars. He tried to deal last week with them and they low balled him on his new truck. He said he would never go there again. I am of the same thinking I will not return to this dealer ship again

Had a bit of a blunder in the beginning but they have more than accommodating in getting the situation fixed. They picked up my car and dropped off a courtesy car so I did not have to keep going back and forth. They were very nice on the phone and said they'd bring it back clean with a full tank of gas. Much more than necessary, since I really just needed the sensor fixed and just could not imagine spending several more hours trying to occupy my toddler and make sure he doesn't touch cars, haha. Thank you for everyone who handled my situation for me, very happy with how it has gotten fixed.

I placed a van on hold, scheduled an appointment, got confirmation of my appointment the day before, called 3 time just to make sure it was still on hold and when I get there for my appointment I found out they sold it the day before while it was "on hold". So if you live far away make sure they still have your vehicle. Didnt work for me

My dealing with the initial salesperson wasn't bad. The dealership itself is quite nice. The problem was the sales manager, Gregg Hoffman, who talked over me, raised his voice, and refused to negotiate the price of the vehicle. (At one point he came back with an insulting offer - a free oil change. I am pretty sure I laughed out loud.) He finally agreed to knock off $300 (after insisting over and over that he couldn't budge because he would lose money - again laughable) but as I sat and reflected, I knew that I could not buy a vehicle from this dealership. I have participated in the purchase of somewhere in the neighborhood of 15 or more vehicles, both new and used. This, without question, was the worst experience I've had. It can be a tense situation, no doubt, but Mr. Hoffman tried to bully me. The price was good but not great, and it certainly wasn't worth buying from a dealership with rude employees. We bought a similar vehicle the following day (today!). It was almost the exact same vehicle, including mileage. The other dealer's list price was cheaper, they negotiated, and they were good humans. I'm SO GLAD I walked out of McCluskey Chevrolet, and never again will I walk in.
