I was introduced to McClain insurance by my girlfriend 12 years ago they had been helping her grandparents for years so I thought I would give them a try. As my family got bigger and needs changed they were there to help get me with renter's insurance, multiple cars and crashes, and insurance when we bought our home. I've called them when something came up to get the situation resolved, not having to deal with the the direct insurance and their automated phone service, but actual people i can talk to. They are always friendly and most importantly patient in explaining everything.

Mclain insurance is rare company now days, in that they actually recognize customer loyalty and treat you like you are their only and favorite customer they have every time you call them.

Someone is ALWAYS available to take my call and answer all of my questions. Additionally, when our home was burglarized they called a couple of days later to check in on the progress of the home repairs, the losses, and even asked how we were doing personally! I m extremely happy with the level of service I receive from McClain, especially in a times of chaos. It s nice to feel like someone cares and is looking out for you.

When we were in an accident recently, we were contacted by someone at the office shortly after to see if everyone was alright and ask if we needed anything or had any questions. Everyone I have ever had assist me has been great as well.

McClain has been great to work with, always quick to respond to questions and make any changes I need (which has included having to switch insurance providers). Recently I had an auto claim and when they received notification of it, they called and sent a card just to make sure I was doing alright. It feels like a rare thing these days to find a business that seems to truly care about it's customers.

McClain Insurance Services is more than a place of business. The agents treat you like family and are always looking out for your best interest. They also do a ton of outreach events (i.e. flag day, e-cycle, school supplies drive, etc.) that have nothing to do with insurance, but provide additional value to customers and the community. I can t recommend them highly enough!

I recently moved to California. McClain insurance doesn't work there. Laura Paradis helped me with the transition. Within minutes she connected me with an agent there and sent out my previous insurance documents. This is definitely the best insurance agency in WA area!!

We've been extremely pleased with the services we received from McClain. For many years I had been a "loyal customer" of the first insurance company I ever used and, looking, back loyalty did not buy us much. With McClain we get a regular, independent review of our policies. We've save a lot of money by having McClain perform these reviews. We also like to see McClain's involvement in the community.

Nick Pembroke and the team at McClain Insurance are incredible. They have been SO helpful as we refinanced and moved to their agency with new insurance at the same time. Our mortgage servicer has had some issues, and Nick and his team have handled each thing as it has come up, and we haven t had to worry about any of the details. This has been such a breath of fresh air after moving our coverage from a different agency that was impossible to deal with. Cannot recommend them more!

Loyal customer since 2002. I've been a customer of McClain insurance back when I first bought my first home in 2002. Whenever my policies were about to renew I would always get a phone call or a letter of the new policies. The best part is that in some years the team was able to help me lower my rates on insurance. That is always a big help especially after the 2008 financial crisis. Recently I sold my home and became a renter an sure enough the team had the right renters insurance available for my needs. Over the years I've worked with Laura. However, anyone is available when you call and inquire. I can advice to go with a professional team rather than going solo for your insurance needs. What's helped me the most is to write and ask as many questions regarding changes in life, work, home, etc and I've always received a reply from the team.
