I was introduced to McClain insurance by my girlfriend 12 years ago they had been helping her grandparents for years so I thought I would give them a try. As my family got bigger and needs changed they were there to help get me with renter's insurance, multiple cars and crashes, and insurance when we bought our home. I've called them when something came up to get the situation resolved, not having to deal with the the direct insurance and their automated phone service, but actual people i can talk to. They are always friendly and most importantly patient in explaining everything.
