McClain has been great to work with, always quick to respond to questions and make any changes I need (which has included having to switch insurance providers). Recently I had an auto claim and when they received notification of it, they called and sent a card just to make sure I was doing alright. It feels like a rare thing these days to find a business that seems to truly care about it's customers.
