We have been customers of McClain Insurance for 33 years ( I only know how long because they routinely thank us for our business) and could not be happier with the service they provide. Thankfully we have not needed their assistance often during that time, but when we have, they always make the experience as painless as possible by being prompt in their response and guiding us all the way. I feel they are always trying to provide us with the best coverage for our needs and never overselling. Plus, every team member there is always cheerful, from the receptionist to the founder!
