Their free repair service is a lie. Their reps know what to say to the customers like it's in a script. There's no fee for the service itself but they have thought of other areas to put fees on. It's all lie.

Terrible customer service. Store employees are poorly trained. Can't resolve problems on the phone. Wanted me to go their store to have my laptop fixed. Went there only to be told to factory reset my laptop. They don't even try to find the solution and fix it. Maybe that's their always solution to every software problem to avoid hassle.

Store employees and customer service representatives are poorly trained. they can't resolve problems on the phone. It was very hard getting a hold of them in the first place. When they can't fix your problem, they will put you on hold to listen to irritating music. In my experience, it took 30 minutes on hold and it's very frustrating.

2 years ago I bought 2 BenQ screens for CAD work at around $700 or $800 and It was one of the best investments on tech I have ever made and certainly the best monitors I have ever owned. We run these monitors hard via color and resolution and we have never had a problem. BenQs monitor are the only in the industry that I recommend.

The Projector only worked intermittently and then not at all. The manager was rude and didn't listen and staff were not helpful in trying to figure out where the issue lay. No refund has been offered. So we are now left without a projector for who knows how long. Disgusting service and attitude, won't get another penny from me.

Malfunctioning products and this place won't take responsibility at all. They insisted that it's our fault that the projector that we bought from them was damaged. We were really furious and disappointed with how they'd dealt with our concern. We thought that they will offer replacement or free repair service. But no, they don't want to have anything about it. Not recommended.

Terrible customer service. I tried contacting them to refund the shipping fees which were charged to me that I think was very unfair. They didn't confirm with me before charging those fees and I would like a refund. The customer support personnel kept on transferring me to other departments until the line was cut. They were obviously avoiding dealing with my request.

If you're thinking about buying a quality product, don't waste your money on BenQ. We spent over $1000 on a brand new, high quality projector with a 2-year warranty. It stopped working after a year and a half, and the company wouldn't even honor their warranty. The customer service doesn't either. In fact, they just told us is "We can't help you" and they hung up the phone.

I should have listened to the other reviews I was seeing before I purchased ours. Do yourself a favor and research other brands don't buy from BenQ.

What an awful company. The worse experience I ve ever had dealing with a manufacturer. The projector I purchased has an inherent design malfunction. BenQ is aware that many many customers that bought this projector are dealing with the same malfunction. Yet they hide behind the warranty. If you make a defective product, you have to make things right with your customers. Instead they accept no responsibility. I am a certified AV engineer and have dealt with a dozen different projector manufacturers. No one in the industry would do this to customers. I will never buy BenQ again.
