No bad experiences and zero regrets about switching to McClain Insurance Sevices

These guys are the best! Whenever i need any changes i just fire a quick email to Nick and he takes care of it for me. In over 20 years, i have had nothing but excellent expierences with McClain Insurance. They even review my policies for me every year just to make sure i have the best deals available and they can get me better rates than going straight to the providers themselves. The personal touch and quick responses from Nick and his team is THE BEST! I don't leave reviews for things very often but if there is one company that I have been extremely satisfied with and worthy of a 5 star review, it is McClain insurance. You will not find a better option out there and you will be glad you went through them for all your insurance needs. I couldn't be more happy and pleased with their services. The fact that I made this long of a review should tell you something. The are the best!

Outstanding service and prompt response. Finding insurance for an ebike was easy. Laura from McClain Insurance did a great job responding and offering her expertise on the right coverage. She was professional, responsive and honest. I felt confident I received the best advice every step of the way.

They have always been helpful in the past. Never had a problem and I barely hear from them unless there's a reason. Helped me find earthquake insurance when my carrier stopped I just haven't had any issues at all.

as I said before, mcclain insurance staff is relentlessly conscientious, timely, pro-active and friendly. they are thinking about my insurance when i am not. in fact, I rarely think about it at all because I know they are all over it. when they haven't heard from me in a while, they will call and ask how things are, if there are any changes that might affect my policies or insurance needs - that sort of thing. and of COURSE they do this as a way to create more business, but it is always done in a way that conveys genuine concern.

I used to hunt around for my own insurance. I have come to realize that makes about as much sense as doing my own surgery. let the pros take care of it. and in this case it literally costs you nothing. beat that!

I switched to McClain Insurance about 4 years ago. They are always responsive when I have questions. Always willing to take the time to make sure I am fully covered as well as saving me a TON of money on my premiums. I have 2 teenage boys driving now....! I always speak to the same agent (Caitlin) so I never have to explain my needs over again. I even got a Nothing Bundt cakes gift card when I got in a car accident!! I am a customer for life!!

A very trusted friend suggested my wife and I contact McClain Insurance and I am really happy I followed their suggestion. It was very easy to set up my initial consultation with Nick Pembroke. He reviewed in detail all aspects of my insurance requirements and I knew I was in really good hands. First we obtained my Washington homeowners policy, then my Washington vehicle policy followed by boat and jet ski coverage. As an agent representing multiple companies, Nick was able to obtain insurance for our Arizona home as well as for another vehicle we keep in Arizona. We reviewed our umbrella insurance coverage and Nick s associate Dova Smith was very helpful in explaining options to consider before we purchased earthquake insurance. While multiple companies provide our insurance coverage, I only need to contact McClain insurance and they take care of the rest!
