Working for MC has been such a great experience for me! I have been working for MC for over 11 years and each year is more rewarding than the last. I've been working with MC Companies for 5 years now and it is great company to work for. Giving back to local communities is a huge part of the company which you don't see that often. Employees are given opportunities to grow and advance.

Living in an MC Companies property has been one of the worst living experiences I've encountered. I just recently moved to San Antonio, Texas and this has been a disaster since day 1. I've been in my unit for six months now and my work orders that were put in at that time are just being addressed. I went to the rental office several times with no response and I've called the corporate offices in Arizona with absolutely no response. My building is living with rodents and that has not been a priority either. I had a leak for months that wasn't addressed and my bathroom ceiling collapsed damaging everything. This was not high on the priority list either. The office is poorly ran and there is absolutely no accountability. My unit did not cone with ask the bells and whistles as advertised.

'The Place at the Village in the Foothills' of Tucson, AZ property-management seems to have a poor-snarky-attitude and is not very accommodating for any possible move-in... Like I stated: 'Snarky-Attitude' can do without and will post unbiased ratings and reviews on an as needed basis while you do the venting lmao!/lol! Too little too late as requested a credit/refund a while back for the hold-reserve-deposit will follow-through with...

MC Companies- It doesn't get any better than this! This company is more interested in leaving a powerful mark on the industry by having powerful values, great returns for investors and philanthropy.
