They send a mail regarding interview call but they process are very late and recruiting process is not good because they giving same sheduled date giving for all candidates but finally they are telling today you can leave we will inform on next day.

Supportive management, good compensation & appraisals are above the average in the industry. Employee stays here for longer term so there is good co-ordination between them. Lively atmosphere. Opportunities to learn a lot. Knowledgeable colleagues.

I do not understand why the position would go on hold after giving 3 rounds of interview. This kind of practice has to be stopped from every company. Please do not ask for documents if you are not really interested to offer. Tell the candidate upfront whether he will be offered or not. No generic answers such as On hold etc.

Very bad process of investigating candidate's sala...

Very bad process of investigating candidate's salary and after knowing that you cannot provide. I don't want to blame the HR for this, they just do what the higher authorities guide. JUST keep a fixed salary percentage for experienced candidates like ranging from 20 to 30 percent (basic norm everywhere). So, Techwave and the Candidate both can be happy.

Very poor recruiting process. The HR team does not have the basic etiquette to respond back email/phone call and give a clear indication of the application status. As others have stated below, they say that the role is 'On Hold' or we are waiting for the client interview schedule. HR also has the art playing the ball game of CTC negotiations even after we mention our expected salary.

Cleared all rounds even documentation and CTC negotiation , joining date also discussed on call.
After that she said you will get offer by tomorrow. But still no response it's 2 month later.
They are making candidate fool by saying your profile is on HOLD at last day or at 11th hour.
very bad... disappointed.
Candidates are travelled long distance for interview and you guys are treating like this.....

I gave an interview for Devops engineer role on 21st Dec 2019. Finished 2 rounds of technical interviews and they told me that I will be having a client round and I can leave for the day. That afternoon I got a call from the HR dept for salary discussion and all.Everything went so well and I got a mail for submitting the documents required. I was waiting for the client interview schedule.As there was no update from the team,after 2 weeks I gave a call to the person who has scheduled the interview. He told me that my role was on hold and he stopped answering my calls there after!! Such a worst recruiting process I have ever seen. If they have no openings, why should they even schedule an interview? If they are not going ahead with the candidature, why should they ask for the documents? Why shouldn't they pick the call and just give an update?
Luckily, I didn't get into such an organisation which don't have any respect towards the candidates!
