Pretty good stuff here, including some Italian imported products. The bakery is great too, but stay away if you're allergic to nuts!! The eclair's basically all you can get.

This is the quickest route to Italy from Tampa Bay. Mazzaro's feels like being at an Italian market, it's usually crowded, noisy and fun. The cheese and wine room is sure to please any connoisseur, wine and cheese tastings are common. The deli/cafe is boss. Salami hanging from the ceiling, pizza being tossed, home made vermicelli, salads and then the bakery... fresh baked bread, colorful pastries and gelato. But that's not all, they have a full coffee bar and a charming patio adorned with sculptures where you can linger while sipping espresso and melting over your just out-of-the-oven milanos. It's a trip to Italy.

Great sandwiche food options! Never disappoints. Weekends do get packed but it's definitely worth it.

A locals favorite, and of course a tourist Must List. An extremely special Deli, coffee and fresh food market with a surprisingly large wine list and craft beers, whether by the bottle or by the six pack. Great place for pictures. They also have a large specialty store next door

Its honestly just okay nothing special like people are making it out to be!! Thier desserts are nice looking but are nasty!! I tried several ones and wasn't impressed what so ever!! The ready togo supreme pizza and pepperoni pizza are good!! If I lived close by I would only get the pizza and their butcher meat selection is good and good quality as well!!

What a great place! So much delightful fresh, frozen, canned Italian style foods. Desserts, breads, meats, salads, coffee, a cafe...so much!! And the decor was great, inside and out! We will be telling everyone about this place.

Fast paced lunchtime location with spectacular food and enjoyable atmosphere.

Can't say enough good stuff about this place! Everything you need under one roof, friendly staff and awesome deli! They no longer have the portobello mushroom wrap on their menu but they can still make it, my absolute favorite!!! Worth the drive from Bradenton to stock up on all our favorites from homemade crab and cheese ravioli to their cannoli cake, a little something for everyone.

Wide selection of food and wine..a go to place for locals and visitors alike!

This is one of the most authentic Italian markets, very similar to the Italian pork stores in Brooklyn New York. The hot food is excellent, they also make fresh pasta daily, that you can also take home, and they have all the fresh bread, pastries and Italian cookies. I drive all the way from Orlando to go to this place for lunch don't miss it....

Great Italian market, deli bakery plus cheese and wine store

Simply put, wow. Don't go anywhere else for Italian food or groceries or you will likely be disappointed. The meats, the breads, the cheese, the gelato, the prepared food ... everything I tried has been entirely amazing. I'm Sicilian & even I could not match wits with this place.

Mazzaro's is flat out amazing! The best market in Tampa Bay period. Pastas are wonderful with a huge selection, the bakery is fantastic and the pre-made dishes have never disappointed. It is so worth the trip regardless of what type of food you are looking for.

Good food and great prices but the take it or leave it our way attitude and long lines still exist...The flow layout of this business as well as the deli counter employees need a bit of work....This is an old school business but certain customer focused changes and upgrades need to be made...they have no competition and so status quo prevails.

What a cool place to stop, have lunch, impulse-shop. The sandwiches are huge, big enough to share. Coffee, deserts too.

These folks know how to make Italian bread not to mention pastries, sandwiches, pizza and everything else they create. One deli sandwich is enough for two people and very reasonably priced. There's so much to choose from. Don't miss a chance to experience this "destination" for Italian food.

The weekly sandwiches are amazing. The staff is very helpful. The bakery items are delectable. The soups are superior. The variety is vastly. I totally recommend this a St.Petersburg treasure.

What's not to love. Yummy food at very reasonable prices, fresh pasta, wine, cheese, bread.

Service and food is always fresh and good.
Glad the family moved from McKees Rocks to St. St.Petersburg. It would be great if they had a couple of bakers from Mancini to make bread.

We purchased a fig and almond cake that was dense, just sweet enough, and delicious. Elsewhere, there were more cheeses, olive oils, and pastry than one could eat in a lifetime, but it'll be fun trying. The place is a bit of a maze (be sure to check out the spice section tucked away between walkways) and some aisles can get crowded during lunch time. So go early or go late.

This was my first time there. The place is huge, the service was great, the people were very nice and the sandwiches are very good and priced very well.

It's like being back home ( The Bronx) Arthur Avenue. The food, the deli and "forget about it" the bakery. Amazing

Love this place, you don't have to be Italian to appreciate all the items they have to offer. It's always busy, at least every time I've gone, but that's a good sign I suppose. You won't be disappointed!

Way to crowded not safe, pretty sure it was past the max amount of people that can be allowed per building.

There's one main reason I come here every couple of weeks: the European-made Nutella, and I keep coming back. Other markets stock only American Nutellas (which are produced by Hershey's, not Ferrero) which dilute the original taste of the recipe, and isn't as good as the original Ferrero version. Mazzaro's keep them in stock constantly and I am ever grateful that they do; avoid the tourists, get an espresso, maybe something from the deli, and of course don't forget the original Nutellas. La belissimo.

Excellent fresh pasta and good meats. Try to get there early as it does get crowded.

The Food is Amazing! Love the Freshly made Sandwiches and fresh frozen food and sausages! There's one girl I can't remember her name that had an attitude about touching bread without a glove!

This place is amazing. It's like Disney for Italians. They have everything and more. The food is hot fresh and the staff is top notch. Wish i lived closer. If your in the area dont miss this one.

Grocery yes but the Deli has more quality offerings than I have experienced anywhere. Gets busy at lunch so go early or late if you can. Great sandwiches and salads. Eat on the covered patio and enjoy a beer or wine. Try the spagetti pie or a pasta salad. Portions are huge.

It's more of an ambiance thing. Italian market.. wine, cheese, olives, bread, pastries, all kinds of fresh pasta, Italian spices, coffee, sandwiches. You name it. Choose your hours to go it gets crazy inside.

We go for buying dinner after the VA. It's a hike for us we live about 50 miles away. We stop every time because you can't go wrong at a real itallian deli.

I am pretty sure this place does not need another review. I ll just say this, if you haven t been there, don t call yourself a local. And if you are not a local, why are you not there YET?!!

Authentic Italian market style shoppe with meals and food made to order. Dining in is an option. Huge wine room and cheese assortment. Dozens of types of chocolate and coffee to buy. The Atmosphere isn vibrant and fun, energetic and crazy. It's an experience all in St Pete must have!
