If you haven t been here you re missing out. Because I would live here if I could. Don t mind he crowd, they just love this place as much as I do. From the handmade pasta, to desserts to meats!!! You ll never leave their disappointed. Get the prosciutto chips first thing in the morning, then sit at the coffee bar and relax for a bit in the mist of the hustle. Try the cheese, don t forget the olives. You cannot leave Mazzaros without a smile on your face.

What isn't there to love about this place? Even with the tight spaces and parking woes, the charm and quality make it worthwhile.

This is a hidden gem in St Pete, but I don't think it is very hidden with all of these reviews!! Somehow I have just discovered Mazzaro's after two years of living in the area. It is now one of my favorite places to go, as the selection is unlimited. Everything is homemade, service is fast, and the vibe is excellent, even when it is busy. Just make sure to grab a number and listen for when they call you! I am from the northeast, so this place is a bit of home with all of the hustle & bustle, as well as variety and quality of food choices. Highly recommend you stop in.

This is such a unique place. Everything is fresh, and some items in each department are hard to come by. A true gem. We love to stop in anytime we're in the area.

Not just one of the best Italian bakery and dine inbut it s also a small grocery store.

Wine and cheese tasting, fresh food, fresh produce, amazing meats and condiments. The only drawback is that it s a small place for the amount of people. An expansion is needed. However I had an amazing time looking at everything they have to offer.

Great place! A good selection of wine both European and American and good wine sommelier to aid in choosing the right one for the occasion. They also have a great selection of cheeses, food to go (not the
mass produced kind), Overall it is just a great market.

I love the cheesecake. I am so glad that I found this place. The butcher was very helpful and knowledgable. The cafe was very busy but I was able to get my cup of coffee in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Italian food.

Great Italian market! This place is very busy and crowded. Consider ordering ahead. They also have a lot of things already prepared so you can just pick it up and go. Fresh pasta along with many other Italian meats, cheeses, sounds & condiments. Everything you need is here. I can't wait to return.

Ordered a Rubens meat was sliced wrong with the grain instead of across to much dressing very disappointed been there before all was great

You have to go to Mazzaro's at least once, you'll be hooked after that! Great selection of baked goods, fresh pasta, wines and lots more. You must try the rum baba it's one of my favorites! The sandwiches are amazing and so well priced, my favorites are the meatball one and the shrimp po'boy. It is always pretty crowded and hectic so I always try to arrive really early so I can grab my stuff and avoid the crowds. This a great place for grabbing picnic supply's and then heading off to a park or the beach. The pre made stuff is also great for parties and get togethers. Everyone always gushes about the food when I get it for a party. Last time I got the premade bruschetta, an assortment of cheeses and crackers, some sweets and wine. I didn't have to do any of the work myself!

This restaurant is donating 100 meals twice a week to all the healthcare workers at our hospital!!! The nurses and all the staff are appreciative and the food is delicious- we have all inpatients units, ICUs, Med/Surg, Housekeeping.. share this donations and THANK YOU

Don't get any better in Florida than this. Trust me. I am 100% Italian, my parents were born there.
This place is like a NY deli, pastry, wine cellar on steroids.
You need to go there to shop. Outstanding!

Food is amazing but it's very chaotic in there and make sure if you order a sub that it's correct. It took 2 times and still got a totally wrong sub. Also the lasagna is the best in the area !!

Great market ir you are looking for a different place to buy quality food. The bread here is delicious. There is a nice wine selection and the meat is very good as well.
It is very busy during weekends, but it is totally worth the experience

They have the best meats, olives and prepared meals. They make their own fresh mozzarella. You shouldn't miss the deli or baked goods. Don't forget to grab a number at each counter... The place gets very crowded.

Muffaletta for 1 could have fed 2, my bad wouldn't share. This was a work trip will be making a special trip there with my wife.

Great breads and a great market. Stop by for a cup of coffee. My only recommendation is turn at the corner before the market. Parking is in the back! My sister forgot to tell me that.

Wonderful Italian/Italian American food and grocery items. Very busy when we went Saturday before xmas, but lines moved quickly. Their fresh mozzarella is fantastic!

Awesome selection of Italian deli items but we went there for lasagne and pizza, both of which were stodgy and nowhere near hot.

First off, before you even go inside, the property itself is so enticing with the paintings on the buildings, the lawn decor, and vintage vehicles.
The moment you walk through the door the authentic aromas of Italian spices and foods envelopes and intoxicates your senses!
This place is more than just a deli or a bakery and if the pictures on the site grab your attention, it's so much better in person. We picked up some cheese stuffed and some lobster stuffed manicotti for dinner & paired it with our families red sauce and it was phenomenal!
I highly recommend Mazzaro's. We live in Brandon and this place is definitely worth the drive and we will be back. When you go for the first time make sure you have some time to check it all out, there is a lot to see!

Any time we are in St Pete this is our first stop! From the fresh pastas to the authentic cans of tomatoes for sauce it's everything my Italian heart loves! I've come here several times over the years and always walk away with something new and delicious. A few favorites are the frozen lasagna, the soups and of course everything at the bakery especially the tiramisu!

I drive 30 mins. to get there, their coffee is the best I've ever had. They have a big selection of food that they make.

Best Italian market around. It has fresh bread, olives, cheese, pasta, wine, meat / seafood as well all other gourmet foods. There is mini restaurant and seating available. Highly recommend.

Best Itallian food in Florida! Reminds me of Federal Hill in Rhode Island. Always fresh and authentic. Very busy so plan ahead but so worth it!

Love the Chicken Parm Sandwich (approx $5.50)! I get it everytime and eat it outside. Highly recommend checking out the pastries, take home pasta, the wine and cheese selection and the dry aged steaks. Get to Mazarros early as there is always a crowd

Amazing selection, great deli counter, very reasonable prices on food cooked or made on site. A must stop for lunch and extras. Wish we had something similar in our area

This is such a fun place to visit! I know it's a market but there are so many good items to browse thru. The place is always busy so grab a number! The selection in every department is amazing. The staff is always friendly and smiling. It's an adventure to go into this store. You never know what yumminess you will walk out with.

Normally I tell everyone about this place. Lately I'm seeing changes in the food. I stopped buying the Pignoli cookies because they use to be covered with pignoli nuts and now they are just scattered. Today I ordered two Ahi tuna sandwiches and they were sparse with the tuna. Normally everything is fantastic. I'm just disappointed lately. I will still come to Mazzaro's regularly but with an eye looking out for quality and value.

Fun to visit. All types of italian goods, bakery goods. Excellent homemade pasta. The sauces are Devine. Just had ravioli with gargonzola and walnuts. Delicious.
They have gotten pricey come from Bradenton but the prices have escalated.

It's like an adult candy store. Wonderful staff, amazing aromas, and incredible variety and quality. Wow, wow and wow. DON'T go there hungry. Enjoy!

The best meats in this area. Great quality, taste, selection.

Put on your waders... This place is loaded with people ALL the time. And with good reason. Food is to die for. Get the #20 hot Italian if you want something traditional, or the wasabi tuna sandwich if you need a kick... Definitely make time to try the espresso and get a gelato to finish you off. Your doctor won't thank you, but your palate will!

Came here to pick up food for a company event. Luckily, I got there at 9am on a weekday. Hear how crowded it gets. Definitely get a number for service.

Lots of variety, delicious deli and backery items, precooked items. The person at the deli counter was super helpful and gave me a good tip for a bakery item that I enjoyed immensely. Would love to go back.
