The employees were very nice and gave me a fair amount for my trade, got me into the vehicle I wanted, and at payments I felt comfortable with. Only thing that was a little bad was the windshield wiper flying off the vehicle on my drive home.

They are a great place for a great deal. Check them out for your next new vehicle.

Bought a used car there. Found out after buying, there was only one car key. Also, discovered on the drive home that one of the tail lights was burned out. Poor job of inspecting by dealer. Do not appreciate having to replace key. They aren't cheap.

Sometimes when I am looking for a used car at a large dealer it is hard to get "the time of day." Marty was courteous and helpful. Even though I did not buy that day, I'll be back...and look up Marty.

My husband and I recently purchased our fourth vehicle from Mayse. The salesmen/women were knowledgeable when we had questions and were never "pushy" when we were looking and discussing options. The buying process (including the financing aspect) has always been very pleasant. However, until this last vehicle, we have never had a reason to communicate with the salesman after we drove off the lot. We had negotiated the installation of a home-link system, and trying to get it set up has been less than ideal. Our salesman now sounds "put out" when we reach out to him, and coordinating a driver and a loaner vehicle has been very disorganized. The loaner we received is filthy and low on gas, so it will be interesting to see if we are charged to clean it and fill it up. The purchasing experience has always been phenomenal, but we can't say that we're overly impressed with the "after purchase" customer experience.

David helped us find a truck we really liked. Helped with everything, we greatly appreciate it. Shop there again if we are ever again in need of a vehicle.

I flew in from Wisconsin to buy a new Challenger. Salesman was both knowledgeable friendly. The Business Manager found me a great rate, and didn t overly push the add ons. All in all, my best car buying experience ever.

transaction, he worked with my bank had the truck ready to roll out
on Friday the 6th of March.

Just called to see about a car they had online and some RUDE Kid couldn't and Wouldn't find out some Basic info on the car I asked about. It wasn't a High priced car so I Guess he didn't want to mess with it. I will NEVER bother checking here again for a car.

We were looking for a specific Traverse with many options and had to have leather and 8 passenger seating. Mayes had 3 of the 4 I was able to find within 100 miles, most have 7 passenger seating with leather. Our salesman Sam was great even though it was rainy, snowing and cold he was happy to show us all 3 vehicles. The staff in the showroom and finance were friendly and we never felt pressured. Nothing like Reliable that just want to sell one car to as many people as possible and could care less if you ever come back. We truly felt like they wanted us to come back and we will. Thanks guys for being real and answering all of our questions and most of all serving us.

Mayse Automotive was awesome. The most important thing to note is they had the lowest price in the country on the car I bought, and one of the few dealers with the color combo I wanted.

Kelby Parks was the salesman. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating as I was driving from nearly 4 hrs away.

I purchased a new Bolt. They had it fully charged for me and had checked for charging stations on my way back home.

Matt was the finance guy and that was painless and he found me a private interest rate that gave me a better deal than going through GMAC.

Overall great experience! Would buy from these guys again. Check autotrader. My guess is if they don t have the best price, they will beat it.

Shortly after purchasing our GMC Acadia (like 3 days later) my husband just happened to be driving behind me and noticed the light above my hatch was super faint so when I stopped and looked. He speculated maybe that s why none of my radio stations were coming in. Turns out there was a huge chunk missing out of the plastic cover over the light. I texted some pictures to Greg Poe (in management) and spoke with Eric (our salesman) and they informed me the reason my radio isn t working is because the antennae is GONE. Greg texted me back almost instantly and said he d take care of it. Just a few minutes later Eric called and said they d send a driver for the vehicle and give me something else to drive while they fixed it we live a hour and fifteen minutes from Aurora AND I have a daughter who needs brought to school, dance, etc, so this is a huge deal! They didn t question my word for a second and immediately made sure it would be made right. This spoke volumes to me! Not only will it be fixed but it won t interrupt all I have to do as a mom. If for no other reason, I will recommend Mayse to friends and family just for this service.

We purchased a vehicle and have been very pleased. The team was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in getting us what we wanted within our budget. The waiting area is much better than the service centers at the dealership where I purchased my car. The service technician actually quoted me a time frame in which my vehicle would be done unlike my dealership where I got the car, and the car was done within the time frame he quoted me. It took my dealerships service center nearly two hours! The only thing I wasn t thrilled about was that it costed me $20 more to have the same things done to my car at Mayse versus Corwin where I went to purchase the car and for the first oil change.

This is a review as well as a HEARTY THANK YOU to the Mayse Automotive Group and in particular, Zac Feith, Steve Shively and Rob Bieber. I reached out to Zac all the way from Los Angeles after spotting a very well priced 2016 V8 Camaro SS convertible (in a rare midnight blue color and stick shift--tough to find brand new let alone low miles used!). Zac was SUPER professional, tirelessly accommodating, and never dropped the ball. He had to take off for a week and Steve Shively treated me like I was his biggest customer and when Zac returned, we just kept moving forward with this process. I've never bought a car out of state, but all these guys--including Rob Bieber in finance-made it as smooth and easy as could be possible. I swapped out the rims and Mayse gave me a real nice price for that while Zac helped set me up with a buyer for the old rims. Then he scored a phenomenal deal on the shipping of the vehicle right to my house here in Los Angeles (my kids went nuts when that big car carrier pulled up with this bad-ass Camaro begging to fly!). All I can say is, we don't have guys like these in L.A.--responsible, professional, and frankly downright kind. So THANK YOU ALL!

Viewed a truck on their website, called about it to verify it was still available talked to Eric in the sales office he asked where I was coming from, I told him Joplin (55 miles), he told me he would pull it to the front and have it ready. When I got there, he had already had someone else there looking at the truck I was interested in he went over the truck in detail with every feature in attempt to try to sell me the truck. Until he found out I wanted to trade in my current truck, then he insulted me with a $4000 offer in the same breath of telling me it retailed at $9000. I attempted to continue to try to purchase the truck without a trade in but at that point I felt like he did nothing to find a way to sell it to me. Poor customer service and lack of sales effort!!

I have purchased several vehicles from them over the years but after this time I will never go back to them after what they did to me on 11/17/18 the sale person was Eric Perryman they lied to me from the time I got there to the time I was going in to check on financing the truck I thought I would buy that day they did not work with me to get me into the truck and also they sold the truck I was to test drive before I got there I have perfect credit history and they treated me like a crock also they told me that checking my credit would not do much to my credit history and it lowered my credit history by 10 points

I will never shop at mayse automotive ever in my life. The service was so bad. I got charged for something I never authorized. I wanted to speak to a manager but the cashier lady was so rude and hateful. Do NOT ever take your car to mayse automotive or shop there. The rudest service I have ever had in my life.

We drove 5 hours one way because (obviously) we were very sure of the vehicle we wanted to purchase. We had already shopped around and knew what our trade was worth. When we arrived, they offered us $3000 less than the lowest of any of the other SIX places we visited. Yes, I know that it depends on the mark-up of the vehicle you're looking at purchasing. We had done a tremendous amount of research. When we saw their vehicle it had two large dents with scratches down to the metal. I think they thought that if we drove that far, we would settle for anything and we decided that a wasted trip was better than being ripped off, and so we drove home without purchasing a vehicle. The salesman repeatedly told us that it was "the owner's fault" and that everything would have been different if "the owner hadn't gotten involved". That brought us no comfort on our 5 hour drive home. We purchased a much nicer, newer vehicle for a great price and got $5000 more for our trade than Mayse offered us. I would encourage people to shop around or just avoid this place all together. It was a terrible experience.
