It was straight forward no hassel, working with these guys. When I got there I was not bombarded with a salesman when I first pulled in. Not even when I got out and was looking at the different cars. I found what I was looking for. Then I walked up and in the building I was met by John Ellis with answers to all my questions , then a key and he said see ya in a few and I took it for a spin by myself sp no pressure there either.
Then it was to the finance department. And Matt Monica sat down and we went over all the different insurances and warranties. He was very pleasant and helpful through the whole process and explained every detail. I went in the morning and signed papers and I took the car home brought wife up after she you off of work and she signed her side and they gave the car a bath while she signed and wall la it was done and ours. Very polite people and professional as well as intuned to our needs and they had the answers.
