I have always had an attitude about Chrysler autos, because of an used town and country that gave us slot of trouble, and the reputation the Ram trucks had for years with there transmissions. But today has changed my whole outlook. The Van my daughter and son-in-law bought is super nice. And the salesman was very professional. The finance man was probably the best and most personable one I have ever met. Very good experience. I just bought a new Honda Odyssey, and if a need arrises I will consider mayse for sure.

I brought my truck in for maintenance and the service manger Chris identified other issue that needed attention. The wiring harness had been damaged by an animal and he brought me back to show where the damage was. Glad to see that they have attention to details as this could have stranded be somewhere on the road. Great service team and manger. Had the repairs made and the time it took to complete the necessary repair was shorter than first told, the plus was it came in a little under the estimate. Very happy with Mayse Automotive and Chris s mechanics.
I drove 6 and a half hours to buy a new pickup they had listed online. To clarify, the truck was a Dodge Ram, but we were in the GM dealership working with a GM salesperson for some strange reason. First, they couldn t do the advertised price because I didn t qualify for certain rebates. So why advertise it at that price? Second, they forgot to mention that the truck was on their lot when a TORNADO destroyed part of the building until I was halfway there. When I got there we discovered a few issues. Nothing major, except one of the fender flares was cracked and would need to be replaced. I called around and found out it would cost $600 to replace and paint it. They wouldn t discount the truck or pay to have it done. I wasted 13 hours on driving there, put 800 miles on my truck and spent $200 on fuel. I would stay away from these crooks at all cost.
In response to Mayse Dodge s comment, the issue is I wasn t told about any of this until I was 4 hours into my drive down there to pick the truck up. Furthermore, I was told there wasn t any damage on the truck at all from the storm. That was a lie. And as I started noticing all the small rock chips and the fender on the driver side of the truck, your salesman was pretty quick to get the truck into the detail shop so I couldn t see anymore of it. Who knows what else is wrong with it. Every 2018 3/4 ton and 1 ton Ram in the country is discounted $15k so that has nothing to do with it. Yours just happened to be the closest one to me with the options that I wanted. I m a business owner and do you know what we do when we have an issue? We own up to it and make it right, even if that means eating the cost.
I stopped in to get warranty work done while I was 400 miles from home and even though I was not a "regular", they treated me as one of their regular customers. Great friendly service!
Very disappointed in the Service department. While getting the oil changed in my wife's new Enclave I was waiting in their waiting room I had noticed a particular employee acting very childish. I watched him walk into one of the glass enclosed offices and very clearly "passed gas" while the other gentleman was on the phone. He proceeded to walk out rather fast while the gentleman on the phone opened the door back up and fanned the air. I later found out from another employee that it was actually the manager Bill. Is that professional? I could see that in elementary school but not in a professional environment. I have lost complete trust in this dealership simply because of the childish nonsense. It is completely unnecessary and changed my outlook on Mayse. I hope the issue gets addressed as we will not be returning.
Bought our new Jeep Unlimited from John Kieny here. He is a great sales consultant with good knowledge of the vehicle. NO PRESSURE! I usually dread going into any dealership, but this was different. I would buy my next vehicle from them, no problem. I would suggest you go to John for a for a calm buying experience. The business office was a breeze also.

Be very careful buying a used car, they push that extended warranty on you, but when you turn it down and get home 3 hours away, you find out your air conditioning doesn t work, have mechanic put gauge on it, and it s bone dry no Freon, put 2 cans in it and they left overnight, salesman s says when can you bring it back, um since I own a business and it s 3 hours away I have no idea, here s an idea how about you let me take it to another gm dealer closer and pay the bill, when you buy a used car with 46000 miles you kind of expect everything to work, why would I check to see if ac worked it was 50 outside, if they fix the problem I ll fix my review

Bought a car with post sales promises, they'd fix a few small scratches and a little dent. I should of known better, after months of phones calls I got the shaft. I should of known better, I thought I could trust this dealer. Wrong! Repeat customer, lost.

We had an issue with the new car sales manager but the general manager quickly corrected it. Other wise the experience was excellent. Salesman John Kieny was knowledgeable about the products and was excellent to work with.
I was impressed with the sales staff at this dealership - they work remarkably well as a team. I visited several times during the peak business hours when trying to make my decision, and when one was busy taking care of other customers they were always careful to ensure another team member stepped in to assist. I initially contacted them per a special they were running on new half ton pickups, and I think I received one of the best deals around at the time.
The only complaint I have is with regard to what I was offered for my trade in - it was unbelievably low. Much lower (to the tune of thousands) than I had been offered for the same truck at other local dealerships. Needless to say, I didn't do the trade and will sell my old truck myself. I took one star off my overall rating for this dealership because their offers on trade-ins is so much worse than everyone else in the area.
One final mention: I had a couple accessories added at the time of my purchase, and found the service department very helpful. They were knowledgable and very prompt with the installation.

We just bought our car today from Mayse. The experience was unlike any I've ever had before with any dealership. As soon as we got there, we didn't get jumped by a pushy salesman. The dealer was extremely helpful and had great customer service. He gave us time to get in a proper test drive, answered all questions, and made sure to keep us informed on each status. The financial side was great too. The "Russian" was very kind, honest, and charismatic. He explained everything extremely well and got us a payment that was less than what we expected. I was on a trip and on the way home my chevy malibu started over heating long story short this was not the first time this has happened! Mayse was the closest chevy near went in and they checked the car and we were told the same issues we had last month was happening again! So we were going back and forth trying to get paperwork from another chevy that we had went to when this problem occurred before, Chris was very very helpful with explaining what was going on my boyfriend was a little upset because this car has been in and out of chevy since day one, but Chris stayed calm helped us understand and even was able to lower the cost on repairs! We were back on the road in 4 hours! Great place great people! Chris was great!
