I like it. Be what it is about I know that the pools are lazy and that everything is the golf cart. But you know that. The place is beautiful

Concierge as well as some of the staff were not proficient at their jobs. Accommodation and restaurants good not top notch

Although we stay only few hours in the Mayan Palace as we were moved to the Grand Mayan suits, the place is amazing, very comfortable, good views, nicely decorated and plenty room all around the suit.

Huge beautiful and clean property. The restaurant situation is challenging because all 5,000 go to eat between 5:00-8:00. Reservations available at three restaurants but need to book a week ahead

I found it extraordinary and very beautiful, it is full of excellent atmosphere, !!! His people (employees) are very friendly and courteous !! I congratulate you for your great effort and dedication, in carrying out this project, of recreation for all of us who have had the opportunity to visit it !! Beautiful resort, doesn't have an all inclusive option. I have stayed here multiple times. Great place to visit, DO NOT BUY A MEMBERSHIP. The sales staff lied to us and we are now paying and stuck in a contract for a place I never want to visit again. They promised us a place was being built in the Dominican Republic, and we found out today that there are NO plans to go outside of Mexico. We were also told that we were taking over a contract at the Mayan Palace, and that was a lie. They were really good at selling the membership and everything that they told us was a lie. If you are just looking to go on a vacation, I would recommend the resort if you are not looking for an all inclusive option, but I would stay as far away from the sales staff as possible.

Very bad I ask for my car an hour go it s 9:17 plus it s my old mans birthday I have to a restaurant my dad had to go to the bathroom 3 times who knows what they have in there food my dad went back to the USA by walking very rude I would sleep outside

Great place, giant pools, very good service but a lot of mosquitoes and a bit expensive for food, drinks and parking. But I'd have a great time with my family.

Post covid vacations are very different. It was not very pleasant

I haven t even checked in to this place and in already receiving the worst customer service. All I did was call the lobby to get some shuttle info and the lady hung up on me as soon as I said do you speak English? How is that even possible? I m so scared to check In to this place and now that I m reading the reviews I m terrified since this my first time in Mexico I hope you guys read this and make it right for me when I get there or my review will stay the same.

Very friendly staff and very nice outside but the rooms very run down and with bad bad holor to humidity, except for the staff I did not like.

Very picturesque, excellent attention, but too big ... The groups delay ... It is not comfortable to move inside the complex.

Expensive. Beautiful grounds and rooms. Food over priced even in on site store. Wouldn't want to have feed a family unless you are doing your own cooking.

If this very nice, pleasant stay, however very little control by the hotel in consumption, we wanted to charge a consumption that we did not make, and someone tried to falsify our data with everything and signature!

Have the Poutrine at this Bar. Excellent location to watch Hockey, especially Montreal Canadians.

Expansive Resort, great/many pools. Super clean, friendly & helpful staff. Try to avoid sales presentation, high pressure.

Beautiful condo and pool. Very polite and helpful staff.

The employees here are very helpful and very efficient. After parking, they had our groceries delivered to our room, and we typically ride carts from station to station, or walked on wooden boardwalks. This place was really fun, we did lots of swimming in pools or at the beach. Tons of restaurants to choose from, and everybody seems very happy.

Very nice hotel, you can see the animals everywhere and they treat then with respect.
I wish prices were a little lower, but other than that a nice experience.

Excellent quality in spaces ... 2x1 in several bars at different times ... you just have to identify which one is active.

An incredible experience, an excellent service from all the staff, the 1st Level facilities, its restaurants, an excellent and delicious food, we will be back soon.

This lovely place is definitely a great time, between super friendly staff, accessible facilities and great food it is a great place for friends and family. My only complain tho is that when it comes to checking in and speaking about accounts it takes a god awful long time, we have made our issues known, should i ever return I will update. It is a little expensive

I LOVED that place, I want to live there. The JOYA team with all the activities is so fun - water aerobics, Zumba, pool side dance lessons, Spanish classes! I love the gym too. So much safe walking available, pallapas at the beach are perfect. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Easy to get a taxi to town.

The attention and the facilities are very good. The beach is very bad, full of corals. The restaurants are all very good and of excellent quality!

The place is very beautiful but the service system is abusive, we were there because of RCI and the costs are excessive and they lack maintenance, I prefer Pueblo Bonito or Dreams

my Cancun Mexico vacation was high pressure/threats and such presentation timeshare. Also lots of things they don t tell you like 1000$ hold on true CC not a debit card and cashless ways to pay where you just give a room number when ordering food around the resort pretty sure we got had there... the first rooms smelled really moldy and second one only had one bed and it smelled just as bad third one smelled better but was much smaller and shock here it was again one bed we were charged 16$ for each room change even though they downgraded us in every way possible. Will never go out of country with out talking to a true travel agent.

We really had a great time in March 2020,when pandemic started we were there.All staff was very nice taking precautions. Our room was excellent we had our own private pool. Food also was great as well entertainment. We love so much that we decided to buy .

Great large resort with plenty of food options around the grounds. A variety of pools depending on your interest in noise or relaxation. Plan on a long dinner if you have a large group and arrive early to nice restaurants, before 6pm. The employees were all fantastic and extremely friendly.
