Not sure where to whinge, so head office will do.

Not sure where to whinge, so head office will do.
Called service centre yesterday as fibre internet was down, they said they ll investigate and arrange to check on it. Nothing happened. Called again today and they said still investigating. All this while I m still paying broadband subscription.
Still 10 months left to the contract, I should really terminate this on grounds of breach of contract (no service) but it s too much hassle.
Please improve. Waste of time Maxis.
