I have had point alarm for a while, the best thing I like about them when you sign up with them for alarm system. You get point alarm installer, not a third part that call to handled the job for that day .
You get their people to do the work. Not some company has contracted the job to. You do not know anything about them. You go with Point Alarm for your alarm system and you get Point Alarm employees who are clear through their company to work for them. No one else come to your home but the people who work for Point Alarm .

If you are in search of an alarm system for your home, Pointe Alarm is the place to go. We originally had chosen a different company who had installed our system for our colonial. Once installed we were disappointed with it as it didn t allow a pad to be placed in our bedroom upstairs. We have small children and we wanted to be able to hear the warning beeps if any doors were opening downstairs from our bedroom. This company claimed it couldn t be done. We called Pointe Alarm and not only did they provide the key pad for our bedroom but they also upgraded our equipment to make sure the beep would be loud enough. Along with the great system, they also hard wired a carbon monoxide detector into it so it would send an alert to them should it detect carbon monoxide. This feature actually saved our lives last month when a generator we were using to gain power to our home after a storm began to pump exhaust back into our basement from our driveway. When the system detected the carbon monoxide, even without our home having power, it beeped loudly through the pad in our room and also called the company which contacted the fire department. We have 3 small children including a new baby at home. Our system from Pointe Alarm saved our lives. They even came back the next day to check to make sure the detector was working again after the issue and they did that for free. Thank you to Pointe Alarm for saving our lives and continuing to keep us safe!

We love this company. When we first went looking for an alarm company, they were the only ones who didn t try to sell us a package full of things we didn t want. They listened to what we needed and then gave us their best advice. We ve never been sorry we chose them. When we ve wanted to add features or change things, they come out quickly. We d recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and responsive alarm company.

Owning a restaurant and being in the service business my whole life, I must say that I am extremely impressed with Pointe Alarm. I had various problems with my smoke detectors due to a manufacturer defect, and Pointe Alarm came out to my home within an hour to troubleshoot the problem and fix my system. Not only did they react immediately, but their degree of professionalism was a 10. Thanks Pointe Alarm, you do a great job!

Tim was very accommodating.
He came out multiple times to walk around our facility and made suggestions to improve our outdated system. After the install was completed, Tim met with our staff to explain the new system and made sure they were comfortable using it.
I believe everyone was pleased with the transition and are happy with the new system.

Pointe Alarm has been a great and reliable alarm service that has provided us with added comfort at home and peace of mind while we are away. The service also has been pretty much setup and forget about it. I have never had to contact them for any service related reason at all, other than the initial activation when we moved in. Really awesome company and I definitely recommend them over many of the other big names!

pointe Alarm is the best! My keypad was beeping and I called their office and they walked me through it. They showed me how to remove the motion detector and replace the batteries. Saved me a service call!

Always available to help, no matter the problem. Web-based alarm system works reliably, and we're always called if there's a power outage, or one of the sensors needs a new battery. No complaints at all. Plus the owner's a nice guy who remembers his clients.

Where they truly excel is the personal service they provide. One example is when we were traveling our alarm panel activated. The local police were dispatched, looked around our property and determined there was not a break in. Later that day it activated again. After discussing the situation with the owner Tim, he personally went to our house and thoroughly inspected the perimeter to confirm that we did not have a break in. He was able to solve our issue with us out of town giving us peace of mind that our home was secure. Additionally, Tim does not up sell at all. Point Alarm is a very professional company, and patient when helping me with my new home security system. One night, my alarm went off, and I received a call from Point Alarm, to let me know the alarm was coming from my sump pump. I didn't even know I had an alarm on the sump pump, so I was pleasantly surprised to know they are even watching my basement for flooding issues. The program is easy to use. I usually operate it from my cell phone, no matter where I am at. Point Alarm has given me peace of mind, and a good night's rest, every night, since my installation!
