Maximum Collision

Work quality is sometimes dubious (breaking clips and double sided taping vanity parts back on), but they have always fixed their mistakes. Customer service is a wash, makes it all kinda average.

I would have given a 4 possibly 5 star review. The customer service is what did made it a two star. I took my car in for a back windshield. They needed some tint to get that in they made me extremely happy getting it in fast, this is the 4 or 5 stars. Got me in cleaned my car for me. Gabe me a courtesy car for their mistake. Thia is why they get a 2 star rating. Installing my window they broke my motor and wiper making a 4 hour or so day into two daua without my car. No real apologies from the person who called me instead it was hey yiy get a new part ouyof it. How about you my car instead? I didn't get my car till late in the day, being that they made a mistake you think they would try to get the parts as early as possible. I get a phone call to get my car. When I ahow up, no apologies for the mistake, no acknowledgement of anything really. I was even told that they would buff some scratches out. They washed it. That's it. Had they been like hey sorry, here's an aiefrrahnair I wouldn't be writing this 2 star it would be a 4 star. Hell just a acknowledgement would have been nice.
