his and team did an fantastic job. Anytime I called for info the receptionists were polite and helped me in a timely manner. My truck looks brand new and they went above and beyond to detail minor aspects! Overall excellent experience and I would recommend to anyone!

Don't waste your time here... they do horrible work, find a different place.

Did a excellent job on my car repairs when my car got broken into at work

I've used this shop on two separate occasions, one for an ICBC claim and one for a small dent from brushing a tree. The shop dealt with ICBC quickly and I really felt that they 'had my back' representing me fairly and reasonably. For the self-inflicted injury they did an excellent repair job which was very competitively priced. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again should I ever need a good, honest, local bodyshop.

Brought my car in for an icbc claim. Got a call back saying the detailer wrecked my car because he was playing with my keys and used my remote start when the car was gear and it hit another customers vihicle.
Carl the owner would take 0 responsibility for his employee and said it was completely my fault for not telling him about that function. In the end I had to fight with him and icbc. After he makes me waste my time and energy with him and icbc it obviously wasn t my fault.
After all that Less than 6months later every single panel he touched was fading really bad. Like really bad the black paint started to turn grey. There was many other issues with the craftsman ship like Glueing plastic tabs back on my headlights and my license plate was hanging off one bolt when I got home.
Overall do not recommend. Cannot give 0 stars unfortunately

My car was in a hit&run, and didn't know how to go about getting my car repaired. After filing claim with ICBC, I dropped by Maxiumum collision by superstore. The front reception was very kind, and took care of everything for me. They provided me with a courtesy vehicle while it was in repair, and they did a fantastic job replacing my bumper.

I had a great experience here. Staff were always pleasant and Carl was very attentive and easy to communicate with. I would definitely return and recommend to my friends.

First time I went here. My experience wasn't super, but that was several years ago and the last 2 years I have taken my car to them because they are open and most reliable to respond in Abbotsford from my experience. Every encounter in the last 2 years I have had have been great, friendly, and very responsive from the staff to my concerns, questions, and issues. I would recommend this business as my go to as a student and local.

Work quality is sometimes dubious (breaking clips and double sided taping vanity parts back on), but they have always fixed their mistakes. Customer service is a wash, makes it all kinda average.

They were great having gone above and beyond to accommodate my tight schedule. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend this friendly and efficient shop; after replacing my windows they detailed the vehicle and replaced a blown out dashboard bulb at no extra cost.

After my girlfriends car was hit and run, they did a fantastic job fixing the fender and door. Door and hood gaps were spot on, colour match was perfect, friendly customer service and as a bonus it came back completely detailed. A+

Derrick was awesome to deal with. Saved us close to $1600 on a repair. They tried their hardest to keep the costs low and definitely came through with their promise. I would highly recommend maximum collision.

Fantastic Company! This is where you want your car repairs done.

Great team that does work extremely fast. They even took it upon themselves to touch up some rock chips despite me bringing my vehicle in for a totally unrelated incident. Second time I've used them and there will definitely be a third!

I have visited this shop twice. I don't think this shop deserve such a good rating at all.

The first time I brought my car to Maximum Collision without shopping around and and paid $1500. People told me the price is too crazy to fix a wheel but since I paid it already, I don't want to overthink it.

The 2nd time I hit my rear left lights, Maximum quote me at $1200. Again people told me the price is insane. So I shopped around and other shops quote me at $500-$700. Eventually I was able to have my car fixed and only paid $520.

I don't know why this shop ripped me off? Could it because I'm a new drive that doesn't know much about the car? or I'm an international student that don't know much about the local market?

AVOID this shop if you don't have much experience. Shop around and find an honest one.

Carl the owner is an amazing, helpful and sincere guy. After a couple visits, I would never take our cars anywhere else!

I would have given a 4 possibly 5 star review. The customer service is what did made it a two star. I took my car in for a back windshield. They needed some tint to get that in they made me extremely happy getting it in fast, this is the 4 or 5 stars. Got me in cleaned my car for me. Gabe me a courtesy car for their mistake. Thia is why they get a 2 star rating. Installing my window they broke my motor and wiper making a 4 hour or so day into two daua without my car. No real apologies from the person who called me instead it was hey yiy get a new part ouyof it. How about you my car instead? I didn't get my car till late in the day, being that they made a mistake you think they would try to get the parts as early as possible. I get a phone call to get my car. When I ahow up, no apologies for the mistake, no acknowledgement of anything really. I was even told that they would buff some scratches out. They washed it. That's it. Had they been like hey sorry, here's an aiefrrahnair I wouldn't be writing this 2 star it would be a 4 star. Hell just a acknowledgement would have been nice.

Terrible. My bumper took over 10 days to fix. It was just a simple bumper replacement, and paint.
That's not the worst part though. They sent me to Hertz for a replacement vehicle instead of giving me one of their vans.
They neglected to inform me that even with my road Star giving me free rental there was a daily insurance fee.
I ended up paying an extra 160.00. maybe it was my bad for accepting the extra insurance, but when I mentioned this problem to the staff I got the brush off and actually felt like I was treated quite rudely.
The receptionist just kept repeating that "we typically inform the clients of the extra charge".
Based on my experience, don't go there. I felt like I was bothering them by visiting their shop.
Not very welcoming at all.
I will never go back.

We've done business with them four times now and they are always kind, helpful and go above and beyond. Great customer service, they're our go to shop with our cars!

Excellent customer service, all staff were very helpful and professional throughout the process of dealing with a glass replacement issue after a vehicle break-in. Would recommend for any repair matter, and convenient that they are open on Sundays for dealing with any unfortunate weekend incidents.

After having our truck window smashed on a Sunday, we were struggling to find any shops open to help us before returning to Kelowna. We contacted Maximum Collision and spoke with Carl who was fantastic. Great customer service that got us back on the road right away. Highly recommend.

When I went to pick up my car, there was a misunderstanding around a work order that was not authorized. I had made the mistake of not carefully reading what I had signed, despite what I had understood from my discussion with the estimator.
I felt that Carl (owner) and his staff were excellent in resolving this misunderstanding.
The work they did on my car is perfect, and they really looked after me with their service. I won't hesitate to return when I need autobody work in the future.

CRAFTSMANSHIP.... unbelievable, 'bang for your, buck'... on a $600.oo job', (done for $300.oo..) They ALSO; did a complete detail of wife's S.U.V. inside and out.. inside doors frames ..etc..100% .. and all just bonus ..no charge. .. We won't go anywhere else ..ever! FAST, Fabulous 1950's service !.. at a price you can afford.. and done under their original estimate

My biggest complain: they did an amazing cleaning job!
Its cleaner than when I bought it at the dealership.
