I have been working for ICE for several years and am happy to be part of an innovative, forward thinking company. ICE has been constantly updating their software and training programs to improve exponentially with the growth of their business, and the new work campus is stunning! I am proud to be part of an organization with leadership that cares about giving back to the community.

I agree with the review that this company is unethical.
I used my Marriott vacation club points to book a cruise. The company's web site showed a cabin cruise credit of $75 which the cruise line did not honor even when I showed them the printout of the promotion from
ICE web site. My wife called ICE about the cabin credit of $75 when we got back from the cruise. To make a long and agonizing story short, we got scammed out of the cabin credit. Their excuse was they can change the term of the offer at their discretion. Bad company. Don't waste your Marriott vacation club points with this company.

We were promised 4 days in Cabo if booked cruise through them. After booking with ICE, Cabo was not an option. The problem is still not resolved. We have not been given the same bonus offers the actual cruise ship is offering. We have spent hours of our time dealing with these issues. This is a bad reflection on USAA!

I booked a cruise and airfare through American Express Travel Online. The booking was ultimately handled by I.C.E. It turned out that the class of cruise cabin I selected was not available, but the website still allowed me to select it and place the order. I received a call two days later, once the airfare could not be cancelled, from a travel agent with I.C.E. Enterprise, who stated that the room was not available and I would either have to cancel the booking or upgrade to a class of cabin that was $800 more. As the agent put it, that was "good news because it is only $400 more per person." I don't know what kind of clients she routinely has, but $800 is not a trivial amount to most people. The cruise was already at the very top of our budget, a once in a lifetime opportunity. Regardless, I was forced to upgrade because my airfare could not be cancelled. This is the very definition of bait and switch. She then admitted that this is a known problem with the website, but that it was my fault because the site says that the booking will not be finalized for 72 hours. It does not, however, state that there is a chance the booking will not go through because they are offering cabins for purchase that may not actually be available. The agent then proceeded to give me a lecture on the importance of booking big trips in person or over the telephone. If that is the case, why even offer the opportunity to book online? The company should either keep the website updated or, if this problem is as well known as the agent stated, require guests to call to make the booking. In any event, I do not think I deserved her condescension when I am the one who is ultimately bearing the cost of this misadventure. I did not receive any concessions or even a direct apology.

We have been members for a few years and recommended them for years but customer service the last year has been very ugly and we bought premium package.....we have spent hours on the phone with them... Still couple big issues... We are traveling now owner but will email u. UPDATE SEEMED TO HELP A LITTLE BUT BALL DROPPED AGAIN...GRRRRRRR

Representatives tell you one thing and when your almost finished paying for the services they come up with some more BS so you can spend more and so they can lie to you again. Talked to one of the reps ( Tim) and the guy argued with me. To hell with them and their services.

ICE is a great company to work for, it has a full ...

ICE is a great company to work for, it has a full gym, shower, nail salon, massage therapist, cafe, doctors office. They give full benefits and 401k. Also there is opportunity for career growth.

Just to give a quick answer to the negative posts here on Google. It is a sales job, but if you did not know that before you applied, well... that is a problem with your intelligence not ICE's practices.

I am now out of training at ICE (90 days) which in my opinion is one of the best training programs out there...

If you are thinking about applying give it a shot. I did and at my 104 day now.....and...... well it rocks.

As I approached the dates of my vacation to Hawaii...

As I approached the dates of my vacation to Hawaii-Big Island, I read TripAdvisor and tried to fulfill all the suggestions from fellow travelers. I called International Cruise & Excurstions, Inc (ICE) to confirm my reservation 2 weeks out and requested specific rooms at the resort. They took my request and sent it to the resort, no problem. Three days to the trip date...I decided to call ICE again to just make sure everything was good for my upcoming trip. Unfortunately the representative then begins to tell me that my trip was scheduled for different dates that were not on my reservation. After several call-backs and spending hours on hold, a representative tells me that they cannot change my reservations to the original one and I can spend two nights in a hotel until the other reservation begins. Needless to say, I am soo upset and now have to find accommodations for myself and my party for the time I originally requested. I have all the documentation in my email...(Thank God for timestamps and online correspondence. I am now seeking legal counseling on this issue. SO FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR REVIEWS OF THIS COMPANY, DO NOT, NOT, NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE...

Worst agency I have ever dealt with! They are complete scammers! I booked a cruise with them and was told I would receive two coupon booklets valued at $500 each. I was told the coupons would offer savings on excursions, drinks, casino, etc. These booklets were supposed to be in our room upon boarding the ship. They were not. While on our cruise, I contacted this agency three times and sent an email. The third call, I was told we would definitely receive the booklets in the evening. But guess what - never did.
Got home and called. Their solution to this $1000 value I never received is $50!!!! It is insulting and clearly they do not care about customer service. I have placed a call with the BBB because I was deceived and not given what I paid for. I have also asked their management staff to call me and no one has. Stay away from this agency!!!!!!

For example, you basically try to extract as much money as you can from a customer for a so called "vacation package", but then when the customer tries to book a trip, there are no dates available. There are no bigger group of scam artists out there. Clients own time share properties at various locations around the world. They are falsely lead to believe each trade company is different yet they are run by ICE and share the same platform. San Francisco Exchane Westgate Government Vacation Rewards ICE Rewards and many others. As an employer they encouraged the management to belittle the employees and treat them like trash.The mmanagement sleep with each other cheat on their spouses with each other because they all went to high school together. Thisplacee is the most disgusting excuse for a scam on the planet. These people should be brought before a lot of agencies for their fraud but clearly they have enough money to buy the authorities off.

Worked here for almost a year, the training was great but the supervisors weren't really there for you when you needed them. My commissions were always wrong to the point HR knew why I was in their office. I was being sexually harassed and they did nothing about it but fire me. Very disrespectful how they pull you aside in a random office in the front of the building to fire you and not let you get your stuff out of the desk. The company doesn't care how far you drive to work everyday or how hard you work if a manager doesn't like you they fire you. I gave this company a 0.

Have a concern about something I was told by the travel agent was included in the rate switched over from Carnival that turned out not to be true. Have documentation on it, plus (according to the company) the calls are recorded. I have called the travel agent I worked with and left messages and the customer service line where I was told a Supervisor would look into it and call me back. I have not received any calls back.

I have been with ICE almost 3 years now. I began in customer support as a supervisor where I grew tremendously!! Management was supportive and truly cared about you as an employee and a person. I moved to accounting less than a year ago and I absolutely LOVE my job and those I work with. I am encouraged to learn and move up. Upper management as well as my direct report are SUPER supportive in my career moves. Since I have come to ICE I have grown as an employee as well as an individual. ICE has truly been good to me. I also love the fact that the owners are hands on and speak to employees as we pass by. Such a family feeling at ICE.

After reading many of the comments it's obvious the "Love of Money" by this company is causing many of its problems with customers and employees. We paid $2000 to them a few years ago to "upgrade" Many promises were made as to how we would benefit by upgrading. We upgraded and the extra benefits lasted a couple years but as time went on all those "upgrades" disappeared completely.
Now guess what! they are promoting a "new upgrade" program again. The salesperson explained the benefits and they were exactly what we were promised when we upgraded before and the price is around $2000 this time also. We dug out our original notes and receipt to compare and sure enough they took away what we paid for and are trying to sell it to us again.
Obviously were not going to fall for that spheel again when trust has been broken.
I see they have left general reply comments for dissatisfied customers about how they would like to resolve the matter.
We have tried with them through phone conversation but to no avail. We have kindly asked for our upgrade benefits to be restored and that has not happened. What's next? Legal action? Have not ruled it out.

8-11-2020 Follow up to ICE reply: Went ahead and did email them at the email they provided. No response so far. Wasn't expecting any though. Just wanted to confirm their reply was just for show.

I worked for the Company for almost two years. During that time, I was most often the top Sales Rep. I got sideways with one of the Managers, and before I could go to HR, they fired me. I had never been written up. This was their way of protecting their own. Then they spread false rumors concerning my release. Pay was never accurate, or they made it difficult, (at best), to follow up on Commissions. Since I left the Company, they fired most of the outside Sales Force. They no longer work Festivals or Events, (which is strange for a Time-share Company).... I believe they are going Belly-up. Watch your investment of $$.

Don't buy anything from these people at all they are a scam. They pretended to be carnival cruise line and ripped me off for $1500. They are a very shady place I have since files a Better Business Bureau complaint and now I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office.
Recently these people called me again pretending to be carnival cruise line. The owner of this company is a con artist be very weary of these people they will pretend to be major companies that they are not.

Worst customer service ever! On hold for an hour and the customer service rep couldn't even help me. They have changed my flight scheduled 3 times and now having my going to London to Stockholm without air flight to get me to London. Idiots!

Be careful when booking with Royal Caribbean they will transfer your booking to this company with no notification and you will get an additional charge of 400 dollars per room for no extra services.

Done. The fact that they service USAA accounts for veterans is an insult to anyone who expects good customer service. Wow. Haven't been this frustrated with a company ever. They're terrible and USAA should be embarrassed to affiliate with them.

Short story is this is an amazing company. I have been with the ICE family now for just under 4 years. From day one the thing that really struck me is the amount of people that had been here for 5+ years and still loved coming in to work every day. It is a fast paced environment in which you are given the opportunity and trust to grow for the betterment of not only yourself but your team and the company. This company has definitely changed my life for the better!

Working at international cruise and excursions has been nothing short of life changing! The people here are amazing and aways willing to lend a hand, the owners have been nothing but pleasant everytime I've talked to them. Most importantly the company treats you like family, yes there is a sales floor, yes thats where they start you, if show you care and are willing to learn new things everyday they will give you a permanent position. This is why this company has been the leader in travel for several years now, we strive for best in class customer service day in and out. Thank you ICE for all you've done for me I dont know where I would be today without your support

to comsumers do not do business with RCI travel its all a scam from what i could see first hand and what many members / coworkers said to me , as well as the repsonse from the owner you think 11 dollars an hour is good considering your company makes alot of money , and compensation starts at 4% and if they cancel you have to pay it back....i dont see how that is good compensation. it looked good on paper when hired i give you guys that... but its funny all these people make all this money there and yet it doesnt show i dont see high end cars parked outside i didnt see it in the attitudes from the workers there most people seemed like jerks / depressed. and i was told by many workers there even the ones who make sales that most they have made in a year was around 30-36k not 50-75k as promised by the trainers and recruiters. and yes trainer Micheal is well aware of out training class being lied to about alot , so you may want to talk to him to see what kinda of bull is being spewed to new hires. and when this was brought up to curtis he was telling workers after i had left that i was lier too , but when shown proof he wouldnt appoligize , terrible company to work for

i was hired to do inbound sale calls ( ended up being hard transfer calls and outbound ) , the recruiter painted a very good image of the company made it seem like all these amazing things were available when you get hired ( after you get hired you'll see nothing is included when you work there but the gym ) when you do a walk around and then the meeting with the sales manager ( who when asked what the base pay was didn't know )

so they hired me along with 15 other people , training was 2 weeks classroom and 3 weeks on the floor. training sucked didn't learn anything from this company other than how to make people mad and annoy them. they love the people who forget they signed up with a package and we were told to sell sell sell even when they person wasn't interested .

to graduate training you need to make 3 sales and then there a 25000 revenue each month you have to meet too. and if you actually make a sale and person cancels in 6 months you have pay it back . you start at 4 percent commission ( not 10 like they will tell you ) . they will tell say youll make all this money doing this job thats not true at all youll be paid 11 an hour plus commission. and youll have to fight for your bonuses too they are promised when hired. and no-one in payroll will respond to you when you leave messages and when you email them too they ignore you.

and youll see tons of empty desks they will give you a line a bull as to why . and btw out of the 16 people in my class 3 stayed with the company

they dont care about you or anything they care about the bait and switch and pushy sales and preying on old people and if you have any sort of integrity or respect avoid this company .

Beware. They made an error in my cruise booking-their fault, not mine, and then they are attempting to charge 500 to cancel their mistake and fix it. Nowhere in their terms and conditions does it mention 500 and I have filed a complaint with the BBB, blogged on 3 sites so far and am anticipating blogging on several more as I wait on hold for their Customer service (48 minutes so far)

Terrible company! Unethical business...Based off of scamming people to cruises vs their timeshares...Makes u wonder how legit this program "really is"? Technical Recruting agency that placed my husband was also scammed out of their fee of $20k! Software engineers be aware that they will hire and then fire before one month as to avoid fee then put "fired"...On record so he cannot even collect the measly $200 per week of AZ unemployment? He's been making over $100k a yr...For over 15 yrs! Seriously wrong as I.C.E. did the technical interview...And I'm told the people interviewing did not know what they were asking...So many mgrs...that are not technical and just do nothing! So...They made my husband work over the holidays on salary...No overtime...Very stressful for our family...But he was told he was doing a great job..And the whole team said his work was great. FYI...Their is an owner "TED"...That it should be known is the one responsible for this unethical business behavior within the software department. This man is very sick with some disease but should not have the right to fire with no notice or severance...Just because "he feels" suddenly someone is not the technical fit for their business? Take some responsibility I.C.E. Show some ethics and humanity as we have a child with CP...Who has seizure s beyond so many other unknowns and since benefits run out...Can get unemployment or state aid...(govt aid programs hang up on us after they survey us and learn we r white?!?! The system is so rigged...And I.C.E. should not be allowed to run their scamming "business" in the state of AZ that cannot help a family when they go without income for one to 2 months when fired without any notice warning. Play ur sales and marketing scam game in a state like NY or NJ so your employees you fire can at least get benefits in between! Or hire refugees and fire them...So maybe they can't get the benefits that US American citizens can't even get! We have moved and been moved 8 times in 14yrs as to the level of my husband's software skills...Northroo Gruman...DOD...Navy contracts...Bank of America...Intel...NIH... SunTrust...He has so many certifications and is highly regarded by Microsoft as an expert in their newest technologies. All documentation of his technical skills have been tested...Very offended that you had the "nerve" to claim this and do what you did?!?!? You are evil...Down to the core as should be in jail for stealing ...And I hope and pray your game ends soon as so you do not harm any other families....Or recruiting companies or sales people...Recruiters have heard if I.C.E....And as to the one that placed my husband that you tried to scam out of his fee...We will give all technical info and all recorded conversations to their attorney with pleasure when ask so they can get paid...Wrongful termination suits are piling up against this evil company that will be relocating near Talking Stick...Be aware...This company is an unethical business...Do not do business or work for them!

This place made it seem as if I walked right into ...

This place made it seem as if I walked right into the future with a Zen filled entrance and high tech screens along with an aquarium that needed more of an artistic touch, the first floor helped me get out of my comfort zone. Met a guy who's name means Beloved Pure and he probably doesn't know that. I'll probably never see him again along with his boss who's last name I couldn't catch but first name Barbara like Barbara Bush (RIP) which she passed away the day I met her so that will be unforgettable. Just getting to meet some amazing people is worth all the effort. This place also keeps Vanilla Ice's song current in my mind and ICE like diamonds in How to Lose a Guy in 10 days. This place was pretty inspirational with owners who have their own wine after hours on the property, I didn't sample and neither did the guy who told me about it. Anyway, all in all its really ashame I won't get to continue my adventure there. Maybe a good place to start a book because the tour didn't extent to the other floors and it will forever be a mystery in my mind what was up there? #randomobservations

I have worked at ICE for awhile. A lot of management hired from the sales ranks. The commission is among the best in the valley. The new building is fantastic! ICE has been a place to grow inside a company, or earn top dollar as a producer. Anytime a friend is looking for a job, I get them in to interview as soon as possible.

When I first filled out the app I read the reviews and didn t know what to think..Now since I been working there for 9 months, I ve accomplished more in 9months here than I have in 10 years..like this company provide us with the tools to succeed...hands down the best place to work rather you have an collage degree or not.. ..I love this place..

Don't bother to call for any information or assist...

Don't bother to call for any information or assistance, unless you like being put on hold for hours at a time. Nobody can help, you constantly need to be transferred to someone else, and eventually you just end up being forgotten or something. How can it be that every single time you call it's more than an hour? Who calls that customer service?

They are happy to verify all your personal information and let you take the time to politely explain the reason for your call over and over. They happily play their inane recordings about how wonderful their vacations, resorts, cruise deals are, and it's just an endless loop.

I have to say I've never experienced such poor service. Considering my cruise and flight cost several thousand dollars, you would think they would enjoy the chance to make my experience one that might happen again at some point. I will just say right now, that will NEVER happen.

I worked here. I wouldn't recommend open members of the LGBT community, or the people I keep in my social circle to ICE. This is despite decent benefits, good onsite amenities, an awesome group of lateral coworkers, and good software.

Management was disorganized, poorly trained, and there was a culture of acceptance and/or indifference toward some pretty extreme personal/political/save-it-for-the-weekend-please type speech when it would come up. It takes real effort to offend me (I'm a computer gamer) and I was rendered speechless a few times!

I've enjoyed and learned every day since I joined the ICE team. My roles have not always been easy and I have not always been number one, but i have always had the support and opportunity to be great. That's what ICE is about. It's about personally developing yourself in an effort to help the team achieve it's goals. Most companies want everything you do to only benefit the company. That's what attracted me to ICE and that's why I'm still here.
