When I went to pick up my car, there was a misunderstanding around a work order that was not authorized. I had made the mistake of not carefully reading what I had signed, despite what I had understood from my discussion with the estimator.
I felt that Carl (owner) and his staff were excellent in resolving this misunderstanding.
The work they did on my car is perfect, and they really looked after me with their service. I won't hesitate to return when I need autobody work in the future.
