Brought my car in for an icbc claim. Got a call back saying the detailer wrecked my car because he was playing with my keys and used my remote start when the car was gear and it hit another customers vihicle.
Carl the owner would take 0 responsibility for his employee and said it was completely my fault for not telling him about that function. In the end I had to fight with him and icbc. After he makes me waste my time and energy with him and icbc it obviously wasn t my fault.
After all that Less than 6months later every single panel he touched was fading really bad. Like really bad the black paint started to turn grey. There was many other issues with the craftsman ship like Glueing plastic tabs back on my headlights and my license plate was hanging off one bolt when I got home.
Overall do not recommend. Cannot give 0 stars unfortunately
