One of the most beautiful museums in the world, both the building and the collection. Not only the Vermeers and Rembrandt, but also the Jan Steen, Rogier van der Weyde, Potter, .... The bistro is on the Plein, the only thing missing. Also visit the Painting Room Willem IIi.

Great small museum with all the great paints from Rembrandt and other Dutch painters. Staff is attentive. Not many people around. Do not forget to bring headphones. You can download the Mauritshuis app and listen to the audio-guide from your mobile (and save like 3.50e) haha.

Home of many great paintings from great Dutch artists. You can see paintings like the girl with the pearl earring and the goldfinch. They also have a great cafe with good service. The staff here are friendly. This comes with a decent price and if you have a museum year card. The museum itself is also a work of art. The museum got recently renovated.

Lovely exhibition which is well presented. It's not too big and you could go round and see all of the paintings in an hour if you were short of time. Worth visiting if you are in the Hague. It was 15.50 euros for entry.

Great collection of famous Rembrandts and Vermeers plus other Dutch Masters. The staff were friendly and joking with the guests, which is better than any museum I've visited in the Low Countries. The musueum is not too large and can be visited in an hour or two. Definitely worth the price of admission

Come 15-30 minutes before the opening with pre-purchased online tickets. Wait for the opening. Go into the central gate, to the left, go down, then - immediately to the very top and to the left, into hall 16. Then a couple of minutes you can alone enjoy a date with the Girl with an earring. Then the crowds will catch up and it will be difficult to consider something. A very good collection of paintings dating back to 1500. Recommended for special visits. We came specially from Amsterdam to The Hague. From Haaga HS Station - by tram, buy a one-day pass at the HTM office, at the same time you can reach the sea.

A beautiful well maintained building, the works of art (mostly paintings) are very well preserved. To be considered as a small museum, I visited the collection (not the temporary exhibits) in less than two hours.
In addition, the museum application is available for free for Android and Apple devices.

The Mauritshuis, the Royal Museum of Moritz, is the name of a 17th-century Dutch classicist residential building in The Hague and the pioneering work of the genre. The home has had a major impact on the design of residential and other civil and public buildings in England and North America in the 17th century and beyond, and is one of the classic works in the history of world architecture. Today's museums have a large collection of art. The famous "Girl with Pearl Earrings" is here.

Quite coincidentally when I went to photograph with my good friend we could come in for free since we are students. It was a really nice place to observe. Service at the desk was good, security is good.

Amazingly beautiful interior design of the building, everything is well-thought of, the collection has some of the greatest masterpieces of the Dutch masters. I have spent an excellent afternoon in this museum. Also their cafeteria offers very tasty food at affordable prices, I recommend having a lunch there before going to see the exhibition.
