Great collection of Rembrandt, Jan Steen, Vemeer and other Dutch painters. Vemeer's Girl With Pearl Earring was our main reason for this visit but the whole collection is well worth the visit. Interesting history about the building as well. Would definitely recommend a visit, will take most people perhaps a couple hours or so to see entire collection.

A very nice permanent exhibition with well-known works by the Dutch painters.

Great place especially if it is not too busy. A piece of Dutch history and almost all Dutch 17th century painters whose name you know from your own painters' neighborhood. Clear, not too large and many masterpieces (girl with the pearl of Vermeer, the bull of Paulus Potter, many Rembrandts) A must, especially for a rainy windy day

A wonderful museum full of dutch art. Good lay out. Disabled friendly. nice staff. Easy to navigate. Next to the old president's official residence.

I was able to watch slowly, such as Vermeer, Rembrandt, Rubens, I had a luxurious time. We also sell the catalog of Japanese version of the exhibits and it is possible to remember again after coming home.

In a building like a big mansion rather than an art museum, I could appreciate famous paintings close by. I was free on a weekday evening visit.

Small museum in an ancient restored building. It contains some masterpieces of Dutch art. Excellent services.

Although it is small, you can see Vermeer and Ren brand with many Japanese fans at once. This is great! When I visited, there was an exhibition by Rembrandt artist, and it was so good that I couldn't say anything!

Wonderful collection!

Very nice museum whose size we can not imagine seeing the building from the outside. But the interior, which begins in the basement, is modern, practical, and big enough. Do not miss it, especially if you want to see Vermeer's "girl with pearl"

Fantastic art you need a few hours to see everything, definitely recommend it.

It is a small place but extremely cozy .. The super friendly staff, there are not so many people, or at least not in these dates, so you can read and observe quietly .. And of course! Take your respective photograph with the famous picture of the Lady of the Pearl Earring or the Anatomy of Rembrandt! Personally ... I liked the museum enough! A definite place you can not miss! And there is an App that you can download at the same time and with which you can guide you on your journey .. The app could improve .. But it is certainly a very useful tool!

Beautiful museum. Gorgeous paintings. The Goldfinch wasn't there though, it was temporarily in Scottland and therefore we weren't able to see it. I also loved the architecture and the views.

It is certainly beautiful. I recommend to download the app (with earphones / headphones) or rent a sound set ( 3.50). With this you can listen to a story of each painting. Entre under 18 is FREE.

It is for me The Louvre in The Hague. In Paris we have La Joconde, in The Hague, there is The girl with a pearl. Similar presentation. This museum is a jewel case.

If you're in Den Haag Mauritshuis should be at the top of your list of galleries to visit. It's not a huge gallery like.the Rijksmuseum but it's collection of Dutch masters is formidable. Of course there is The girl with pearl earring but the rest of the collection is a great insight into the ditch golden age painters. I recommend getting there early to beat the crowds and to head straight to the second floor and work down whilst the crowds start at the bottom and work up. The building itself is a work of art with its marble floors painted ceilings and staircases. The outside is just as magnificent!

The decoration is very advanced and stylish. There is Vermeer's masterpiece "Girl with Pearl Earrings". Not many people go in the morning. You have the opportunity to meet the "girls". Many exhibition rooms can be visited alone, compared to other museums in the city center. Can appreciate the work well. There are also a lot of Rembranbt s masterpieces. Those who like oil paintings are worth a visit, and there is a big lake outside, there are many swans, plus a beautiful scenery of the whole building, go for a walk around the museum for a day Now!

Very pleasant, the place is magnificent and the paintings are memorable, the visit turns out to be very short if one does not use the audio guides or the application offered by the museum.

In a word great ....... Nicely renovated, extensive collection. Sit in the cafe / restaurant.

If you like to see some paintings from Jan Steen, Van Gogh and other great artist. This is the place to be.

The scale is not large, but there are many famous works. Souvenir shop items were also coveted.

We visited a beautiful Rembrandt exhibition. Nice ambiance right in the historic town centre.

Museum with traditional art near the Binnenhof. There is, among other things, The Girl with a Pearl Earring. Museum has special windows so that less light enters. From the outside, the windows appear black, and you cannot see in.

Loved it mostly because they also have this great app that you can use for free. This audio guide and information is priceless. Very clever option. And it's free. Tip for MH: advertise this, so that visitors know this option exists.We only found out about this app when we saw other visitors using it.

Excellent museum ... The century of Dutch gold in all its splendor. It is really worth going, the most beautiful is the young lady of the pearl of Vermeer.
