Good service. Tim knows his stuff as having been in the Estate Agency game for a long time. He's thorough and helps you through the process. You cannot fault his tenacity to help you as either a seller or buyer

An Estate agent you can trust. I have lived in a number of different countries and have moved 3 times within England. I recently used Masons for my house sale in Caversham. The team provided the best service and advice while navigating probably one of the trickier times in the UK housing market. I found all the team members exceptional - Professional, Knowledgeable and Courteous. Highly recommended if you are considering selling your house, put them on your top 3 estate agents to call and judge for yourself.

I am very impressed by the professional way that Mason s handled the sale of our property recently. I was surprised that a purchaser was found so quickly and during the transaction Tim and Jake could not have been more helpful and courteous. I would thoroughly recommend Mason s and would have no hesitation in using them again.

When we decided to sell we didn't want to use one of the nationwide agencies and Mason's came highly recommended and they didn't disappoint.

Not only did our house sell in next to no time but more importantly owner Tim kept us up to date at every stage of the process which was priceless to me and my wife who had never sold a property before and he was more than willing to answer our questions.

No "false promises" or "hype" , just a realistic assessment of how to market the property and the target customer. If i could give more than 5 stars I would. As a professional property investor I have sold many properties, Tim sold my property in 5 days and tied up 3 other sales to complete the chain by knowing his customers and their requirements. Selling houses is not easy today with Solicitors/lenders/valuers covering themselves - all issues were resolved quickly and I was kept informed at all times - The Agents experience and determination meant that the sale was completed on time which is what everyone in the chain wanted so everyone was happy.

I highly recommend Masons. Tim and Jake were very professional and responsive. They kept me updated and were always happy to answer any questions and provide assistance. I will definitely work with them again.

Thanks once again to Tim Mason for the smooth sale of our house. We have lived in Caversham for 14 years and we chose Tim to sell the three properties we have owned during this time, though this is the first time he has done so through his his own company. We are now moving away, but would not of hesitated to use him again and would like to wish you all the best with Masons.

We found a property Masons were selling and decided it was the move for us. Tim had our property on the market within 48 hours and had a buyer for us within a week or so. Any questions or queries we had were answered quickly as Tim was available to speak to all the way through the process. It was as hassle free an experience as it could be and that's down to Tim, Jake the rest of the excellent team.

We bought a new build and after completion and moving in, Tim has been on hand to help with any queries we've had and liaised with the developers for us.

I would highly recommend Masons and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Tim knows how to sell houses and he succeeded in getting full value on our property. He had good contacts of what local people were looking for and was able to find a buyer almost within 24 hours. He found a family wanting our location and facilities to move in and then negotiated well until both families were satisfied. The family were in a good position to give us reasonable time to negotiate for our onwards move property and he assisted that through the agent selling (his old mentor) in getting things moving within a reasonable time. So 3 happy families all with good prices. We thoroughly recommend Tim

Masons are absolutely the best local agents and if you're looking for one at the moment I would strongly recommend you meet them. I've lived in the area most of my life and met all the other local Estate Agents. Masons are absolutely the best. The thing that makes them different is that they're nice guys!! Normal honest people, who I wouldn't expect to be Estate Agents! On top of this they're really good at their jobs. Masons valuation and straight talking approach was a breath of fresh air, they helped to achieve an exchange of contracts within six weeks which we were very impressed with.

Tim was acting for the people we purchased off and he was brilliant, always on my case i.e. when we would I be ready to complete, putting in the hard word with everyone in the chain and generally managing the whole proccess for everyone. We had a lot of issues with my buyer and my buyers buyer and then with me moving jobs and loosing my mortgage. Tim got to the bottom of the issues and held the chain together I realy wish we had engaged Masons from the start rather than using our agents. As first time homebuyers, we needed a lot of guidance and support: Jake was extremely patient in addressing our questions and concerns, and provided us with regular updates on the progress. Based on what we heard elsewhere, we originally expected the purchase to take a very long 12+ weeks. But with Masons support, contracts were exchanged within just 8 weeks. We really appreciate the level of professionalism, diligence, and knowledge Masons offered and would not hesitate to work with them again.

Tim and his team really are worth every penny. Having had a viewing with Masons at the house we wanted we decided to sell with them because we wanted the same standards for the viewers of our house sale. We were very impressed by their professionalism, punctuality and the space they gave you to view. They were knowledgeable and reliable from start to finish and always at the end of the phone, never once not returning a phone call.

We bought a house from another agent and sold through Masons. The difference was unbelievable! Masons who from the initial meeting to the completion of our property met every expectation. I would say we had a normal sale process. A few problems with our survey that both Jake and Tim helped us through professionally. Every time I called there was someone on the end of the line. If not available I was told by what time they would call back. And they did. I would highly recommend their service to anyone either buying or selling their home.
