I was worried when we started our property search as I am an Agent myself and have never dealt with another agent on a personal level. I had nothing to worry about though, as Tim and Jake where such a pleasure to deal with. They always returned calls the same day on the rare occasions we were not able to get in touch with anyone first time. Great service very personal nothing too much trouble

We couldn't have been happier than we were with the service from Masons Estate Agents. They were wholly professional and reliable from start to finish making the sale of the property seem so easy.

To firstly say, I am an estate agent myself so to find someone who has the same ethos and morals about customer handeling as myself is a great thing to see in a market that is as tough as Caversham. Fantastic service from Tim Mason and Jake Challis when selling my late uncle's house in Caversham. Jake kept the buyers happy through lots of delays caused by problems with probate, and their fees are very reasonable. Highly recommended to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home.

The assistance my sisters and I received from all the team at Mason's whilst selling our mother's house could not have been improved.
