Great staff and customer support. I worked with John to purchase my AWE Touring Exhaust for my Audi S6 C7 at their HQ in Horsham, PA and couldn t be happier. John gave me his honest answer regarding going with Track or Touring regarding my preference of daily driving. The customer support with Christina was also amazing. There was a slight imperfection on one of the black diamond tips and the warranty process was a breeze! They are top tier in R&D and quality of their products. I m just lucky to live 10 miles away from their HQ. I highly recommend their services for any European and Domestic cars!

Your phone service is horrible your customer service isn t bad once you can get you on the phone the follow ups from your office are also horrible your employees are not following up with customers. I ve called multiple times and waited for over two weeks after talking to you last for someone to call me back I m getting a little impatient. You know who I am this is Patrick Audi RS 5 2018. What do I have to do to get a call back

Ordered the touring exhaust with quad tips and resonator for my 2016 Audi with the assistance of John V. He has exceptional customer service skills!

We've been corresponding back and forth for several weeks He's been very patient with me. He answered all my questions within 24 hrs. Can't wait until my exhaust arrives!

Update: It's been about a month since the exhaust installation. I had 3 different issues with the exhaust. First the rattling, had spacers installed to get rid of the noise. Then the driver side exhaust was tilting because the bracket closest to the exhaust wasn't sturdy enough to hold the weight. They installed another bracket to distribute the wt.

The last issue is purely cosmetic. The driver side exhaust tips are protruding out 1/2" more than the other side. I can't push it back any further because the weld is in the way. Other than adjusting the passenger side to match or cutting 1/2 " off the pipe to match both sides.

Didnt get the part that I needed but Dave was very polite and tried to help as much as he could

Customer service is amazing. I had a issue with my exhaust tips and Michael was very helpful and was able to fix my problem. I have this exhaust on my Mini Cooper and sound/quality of it is amazing.

I had my exhaust built and put on at AWE for my BMW 435i. I got the touring exhaust with the performance midpipe and it sounds great! It's the best sounding exhaust. I've had people ask me what exhaust I have because nothing compares. I highly recommend AWE.

Absolutely amazing. Friendly service from the second you walk in. Gave a tour of the facility which is amazing. You also get to sit next to a McLaren in the waiting room which is nice. Absolutely amazing cannot wait to go back for the next thing! Blow pop and stickers on the console are a nice touch also. Will be back for sure.

Been trying to get a replacement part and they never reply to emails, did some some follow up emails and each response took 3 weeks. Worst service ever!

Terrible customer service !! Will never recommend AWE to anyone.. I had my brake pads ,rotors replaced , and bedded only to have them continue to squeak.. And all they can say is oh well that does happen we can take a look and charge you another maintenance fee.. For what I paid they should of taken care of any problem without ADDITIONAL COST !!! No excuses
