Tim knows how to sell houses and he succeeded in getting full value on our property. He had good contacts of what local people were looking for and was able to find a buyer almost within 24 hours. He found a family wanting our location and facilities to move in and then negotiated well until both families were satisfied. The family were in a good position to give us reasonable time to negotiate for our onwards move property and he assisted that through the agent selling (his old mentor) in getting things moving within a reasonable time.
