We recently purchased our first home through Masons. During a week where it felt like every little thing was against us completing our purchase, Tim was there offering solutions and going out of his way to be helpful and assist us. With the somewhat unhelpfulness of our solicitors in the situation it was great to have somebody who was on our side and made time to help us out.

We were pushing for a quick turnaround between offer and completion - and if it weren't for Masons I do not think it would have gone through on time. We are incredibly grateful for the service that we received, as it saved us massive inconvenience and cost in finding somewhere else to stay.

If you are looking to purchase a home, then I absolutely recommend you do it through Masons. There is a level of customer service which we have never experienced with other estate agents.
