BEFORE; 2* - My car went in for some recall work but came back to me with a fault, hence only two stars.

AFTER; 5* - Once I'd contacted the After Sales Manager the service was excellent. They collected the car, rectified the problem and went the extra mile to ensure the car was in tip-top condition when it was returned to me.
