A fantastic, professional experience from start to finish. This is a true family-run local business with quality people, products, and service. The showroom is massive and well stocked. The salespeople are no pressure and work with you to make quick decisions if necessary, or allow you to pore over all the options. We were on a deadline, so David helped us make the best and most cost-efficient selections for our basement, kitchen, stairways and bedrooms. Joyce and Kim scheduled and coordinated the installation dates to work with our schedule. And we can t say enough about the crews who came out to do the installations. Working with Marshall Carpet and the Wien family was a breeze from start to finish. I m always surprised how affordable they are given the quality. It was easy to set up to have measurements at my house and then I felt safe and socially distanced going into the store where I could make selections. Ryan offered great advice on what would work in which area of my house (stairs can bedrooms etc) and the installation was quick and professional. I love my new carpet and the entire experience.

Our sales associate was Nate and he took so much time out helping us find the right carpet and always was so prompt with getting back to us with any questions we had. Once we got our carpet installed, the installers were very friendly and professional and very mindful of not scratching up our walls or trim. Good selection, fair prices (not cheap but good value) and quality products. Installers arrived when they were supposed to, did work well, looks pretty good (although too early to really tell how durable it will be). So happy with service and will use again.

Marshall Carpet is our go to place for any of our carpet, rugs and flooring. We recently remodeled two rooms in our home, and found the perfect luxury vinyl flooring there, that looks exactly like gorgeous hewn wood, and wears like iron. Not one to (ever) post reviews about things however the spectacular service I received at Marshall Carpet One is definitely worth making an exception for... I recently moved cross country and our new living space was in need of some TLC. Marhsall Carpet was recommended by a contractor which was great because being new in town we weren't privy to all the local vendors. That being said, Matt was incredibly kind, and was a pleasure to work with. He made us feel super welcomed to the store (and to Cleveland at large) and helped us pick the right carpet - for a price that was surprisingly much cheaper than the box stores we were previously considering. In addition to helping with the carpet selection, he went out of his way to give us trusted names for other contractors - incredible! The carpet is fantastic (my cats LOVE it too..) I cannot say enough good things about the grand service we enjoyed while working with Marhsall. 10/10 would recommend and use again for future services.
I have had a working relationship with Marshall Carpet for 35+ years and three different homes. The most telling thing is that I have used them continually without regret for so many years. I would love to share the experience I had with Marshall Carpet One. I tried working with Home Depot for over 13 months to have my carpet in my bathroom replaced with no success....My husband & I visited Marshal carpets and from the first visit until finishing my bathroom floor it was seamless...I worked with a sales person named M. Banner...he was a very caring sincere person...he listened to what we were looking for, made a few suggestions and waited for us to make our final decision. He explained their process and it happened just as he said it would. The installer was out at my house for roughly 4 hours...he said he needed another piece as he was disconnecting my toilet...He went to hardware purchased the piece and completed the job. I was very impressed with the work and the quality of the floor. It is truly a 5 Star experience working with them. .We've used Marshall about 5-6 year back and was happy with the work...Yes I would refer them to someone else ..Excellent Service!
I went into Marshall Carpet One knowing exactly what I wanted for a stair runner and Matt Banner took me through hundreds of carpet samples until I found it. The fabrication of the runner is extremely high quality. The end result is absolutely beautiful! The entire process was simple and easy. I highly recommend Marshall!

Their product selection is vast from high-end designer to rec room room budget friendly. I really liked my sales person, Murray, as he is very professional, knowledgeable, super patient, and wants you to be very satisfied with your final selection.
The wall-to-wall installation went well and best of all, I love the carpet; AND to top it off, as a courtesy, they bind the edges of the remnants at no charge. They will cut to size the leftover piece(s) and bind it for you; all the work is done at their location, so turn around is pretty quick!
Everyone I ve talked with, whether it was in person or over the phone, are all very sincere and make every effort to make sure you are taken care of and any questions are answered.
Six stars, if that were possible! Wow, am I glad that I chose Marshall Carpet One. From start to finish, Marshall did an incredible job for me, and my project was a real challenge. I turned a "sow's ear into a silk purse," if you know the expression.
Marc Wien helped me to select a beautiful vinyl floor that looks like hardwood. Ryan Wien measured and bid the job. Very personable people! After we agreed on a price, they removed the old flooring. Oh, boy! The old linoleum was fused to the cement pad. Leveling would be a big job, yet Marshall held to their original quote. I am so impressed.
Next, Eddie and Chris installed. Eddie and Chris are master installers, that is all I can say! Turns out that my trim carpenter cut all of the shoe molding upside down. None of it could be used. Marshall took care of it. Eddie bought new shoe molding, cut it and installed it. He did an impeccable job!!

The quality of service that was provided by Marshall Carpet was superior. The turnaround time was exceptional. After I initially called to get pricing they met with me within hours. My new floor looks awesome and is a very light gray white wash wide plank product. My floors look gorgeous and I look forward to lounging in that room whenever I have a free moment! This was our first experience with Marshal and we couldn't be happier. Banner (our sales rep) was extremely helpful and exceeded our expectations in terms of customer service, follow-up, etc. Installers were great...very respectful or our space and furniture which isn't always the case. Finished the job in less than a day and a half. All in all, awesome experience across the board and will definitely use them again if we have any flooring needs in the future.
This is top of the line quality and customer service - the selection of carpet and rugs cannot be beat but the pad they use when installing carpet is truly what sets their service apart. We get compliments all the time about the comfort of the carpet in our basement thanks to this pad and quality of work! Also, John was extremely helpful in selecting the appropriate carpet choice - very knowledgeable and took his time to explain the process. Had an 8x12 area rug made from carpeting. David was great to work with. I told him which carpets I was interested in, and he ordered samples and had them shipped to me. It helped me choose the style and color that went best with my furniture. The area rug was ready for me to pick-up within the time frame David gave me. It seems to be really good quality and it looks great in my living room. Will definitely shop at Marshall Carpet One again.
We had a recent experience with the Marshall One Carpeting company which was nothing short of outstanding from beginning to end. From the assessment of our need to shore up the subfloor to the selection of the carpet and padding to the installation, the process was personally and professionally handled throughout.
We not only had to replace our 13 year old carpeting in our bedroom, but the plywood below the old padding needed to be more securely fastened to the joists below. The installers expertly and carefully removed our furniture, took up the old carpet and padding then proceeded with the repairs. The two installers were truly amazing. I am very particular and they and the rest of the Marshall Carpet One team were terrific. Not only were the padding and carpeting then laid with precision, but our furniture was put back into the room wonderfully.
If there were and option for 6 stars, they would receive it.
