I have had a working relationship with Marshall Carpet for 35+ years and three different homes. The most telling thing is that I have used them continually without regret for so many years. The professionalism and the customer care they offer is rare in this day and age of thank you and good bye. The true testament of a company is not so much the initial job but how they follow up if there is a problem. I recently had an issue and the Marshall team met with my wife and I to hear our concerns and they promptly offered a fair and reasonable solution. That is the value that Marshall brings to any transaction. Integrity!
