I would love to share the experience I had with Marshall Carpet One. I tried working with Home Depot for over 13 months to have my carpet in my bathroom replaced with no success....My husband & I visited Marshal carpets and from the first visit until finishing my bathroom floor it was seamless...I worked with a sales person named M. Banner...he was a very caring sincere person...he listened to what we were looking for, made a few suggestions and waited for us to make our final decision. He explained their process and it happened just as he said it would. The installer was out at my house for roughly 4 hours...he said he needed another piece as he was disconnecting my toilet...He went to hardware purchased the piece and completed the job. I was very impressed with the work and the quality of the floor. It is truly a 5 Star experience working with them. .We've used Marshall about 5-6 year back and was happy with the work...Yes I would refer them to someone else ..Excellent Service!
