This is top of the line quality and customer service - the selection of carpet and rugs cannot be beat but the pad they use when installing carpet is truly what sets their service apart. We get compliments all the time about the comfort of the carpet in our basement thanks to this pad and quality of work! Also, John was extremely helpful in selecting the appropriate carpet choice - very knowledgeable and took his time to explain the process. John and his team were amazing on install and Chuck is always wonderful to work with.
