I sent a follow email looking for it and the response was again a tracking number.
I have been to the post office and nothing, I have security on my house with video and no delivery.
The company has been slow in responding.
Their website only posts selected reviews. You can t physically review them there.
I do not suggest dealing with king brand as they don t respond to customer issues quickly.
I ve asked for either a refund or that they find the product and ship it.

I ve gone to the post three times having to leave work. I ve shown them the correspondence from king brand and they do not know what to do.
Again, do not purchase from these people. Their reviews on their site are all screened as you cannot comment or provide one yourself. We all know what that means.
It s now September 11 and no resolution.
I had purchased the KB tape. Everything in their website indicates 100% quality guaranteed including in the begining of the description of their KB tape. I emailed customer support to explain that the adhesion of the tape was coming of easily. I used the brand KT tape in the past so I compared the performance and KT tape hads down has better adhesion and can stay on for more than 3 days. The KB tape barely lasted a half of day I tried 3 times. They responded saying that after description of the product "as a seperate sentence after the paragraph with 100% quality satisfaction" that it says KB tape sales are final NO REFUNDS. I replied back and asked for credit towards another item. The came back to me with the same answer of all sales are final.
They sell a 3 part system for torn knee cartilage (meniscus) that is supposed to "HEAL" your knee, and IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!! My wife works for AN ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON, and the meniscus HAS NO BLOOD SUPPLY (arteries, veins, and capillaries) therefore, it is PHYSIOLOGICLY IMPOSSIBLE for it to HEAL ITSELF! It requires surgery to remove the torn flap, otherwise you knee will completely give out at random, due to the torn cartilage obstructing the joint!
