Not one to (ever) post reviews about things however the spectacular service I received at Marshall Carpet One is definitely worth making an exception for... I recently moved cross country and our new living space was in need of some TLC. Marhsall Carpet was recommended by a contractor which was great because being new in town we weren't privy to all the local vendors. That being said, Matt was incredibly kind, and was a pleasure to work with. He made us feel super welcomed to the store (and to Cleveland at large) and helped us pick the right carpet - for a price that was surprisingly much cheaper than the box stores we were previously considering. In addition to helping with the carpet selection, he went out of his way to give us trusted names for other contractors - incredible! The carpet is fantastic (my cats LOVE it too..) I cannot say enough good things about the grand service we enjoyed while working with Marhsall. 10/10 would recommend and use again for future services.
