Do not waste your money for this total disappointment. Unless you want to live out your fears of getting trapped on an elevator.

TL;DR: Gross, broken elevators, terrible food.

I would expect this level of quality from a bargain motel, not a Marriott. When I checked in, I was shocked to discover that the room was obviously not cleaned. The counters were covered with some black splotches food or drink residue. The bedside table had a layer of dust on it. So much so that I can tell there had been some object sitting on the edge closest to the bed. I was able to wipe my finger through the dust and see the mark from it. The plastic rod for one of the curtains was missing and a chunk of the back of the door was missing. The floors weren't clean and the area behind the corner chair was housing trash and dust bunnies. I notified the front desk and was moved to a different room. It was much better but still not as good as I would expect. One of the biggest pains however was the elevators. It's a 12 floor hotel with 4 elevators. When I checked in, only two worked. It caused a lot of delays. The next day only 1 worked. ONE!!!! So you can imagine the wait time for an elevator. I chatted with a few lovely guests - that weren't there together - and both had gotten trapped in an elevator during their stay this week. In different elevators. The gentleman also had a coworker that had gotten trapped in one. I have serious concerns with the management here. My coworker also dined at the restaurant, it was unappetizing and overpriced. I will never be back.

Great place to stay I actually had a sinus infection after arriving and they brought me how water for tea and let people up with deliveries and I felt totally pampered.

Wedding reception that I attended was nice, and the staff that tended to the reception was curious and nice.

Fantastic room and staff. Couldn't ask for better service and accommodations.

We didn't sleep very well. AC doesn't feel colder than 70 degrees. Even after setting it lower, it just blows air. We called valet to pick up our car in the morning and expected it to be ready and they forgot to pull it up. Sure, it may be bad luck but this establishment feels more of a 3-hotel than a 4-star.. will not return.

Always lovely to come to this hotel. The hotel is situated next to shopping area (Walmart, walgreens, Best Buy, Whole Foods). Rooms are big with comfy beds and staff always friendly. Breakfast buffett has everything you can think of. Glad to come back anytime.

The lobby area is very busy, you arrive to the feeling of an exciting place. The staff are very friendly, I was helped whenever I needed something. In the room the TV setup was pretty cool with Hulu and Netflix built in, and the television was a nice 50" flatscreen. So that made unwinding at night pleasant.

The rooms are spacious with nice attention to detail. Slightly dated carpeting and overall look. Small problem getting connected to the Internet.

I went here for meps and it was awesome, its so fancy here, dinner was great as well as breakfast

Anytime I come to Dallas this is where I stay. They have a lively bar every night and the staff is very accommodating. I had a knee injury once and they made me a vaccum sealed ice pack.

Bed was comfy, the room was modern, clean room and bathroom. Good paid breakfast.

Located in an area close to restaurants and shops, they even have a shuttle bus that will take you to them. Nice, clean and friendly staff.

Very basic hotel, staff are very friendly and professional

My family was visiting this area and decided to stay here based off the positive reviews. The bed was very comfortable. Our room smelled very musty, and there was a lot of mildew in the shower. Service was also lacking. We had to pay an additional $15 to park our car on the hotel premises, and at check out, they failed to explain I couldn't leave the garage without a room key. They took both my keys, so I was stuck with people behind me at the exit gate with no one answering the "call" button for the gate. I had to return to the front desk just to get a card to be able to leave. I will never use again nor recommend this hotel to anyone in the future.

Overall a nice facility with great garage parking, friendly staff and good price.

I will NEVER stay in this hotel AGAIN! It took me an hour and a half to get clean, after I FINALLY gave up on housekeeping bringing them I went and got them myself! They charge for parking!! The coffee and refrigerator area was so dusty, coffee pot was nasty...housekeeping never came to clean it so I had to clean it myself! Coffee cup lids DO NOT fit the coffee cups and by it being NO microwave in the room I had to go all the way down stairs to heat it ! I should've went to the Hampton, much better rates, cleaner rooms and at least a free full breakfast

It was extremely nice and the staff was also nice. The only thing that bothered me was that housekeeping didn't knock they just walked in to the room thank God I wasn't naked or anything

Was asked to come in for an interview form human resource. I arrived on time and waited for 30 minutes to be informed , not by the manager but by an employee that the position is filled and I can go home. Sad Sad management. I always thought the Marriott was more professional of a corporation than how I was treated.

The location is nice. They offer a free shuttle service to Galleria Mall, Walmart only 5 mins drive away. Whole foods, Walmart & many restaurants and fast food like Chipotle is about 700 meters away. The hotel is surrounded with green nature. There is an outdoor swimming pool. I didn't get to go as my stay was short. I tried their buffet breakfast. The lady chef who was making the fresh omelette and waffles is very nice. She made the best bacon and waffles. It's so delicious. The breakfast cold counter has salmon, cheese, fresh berries and fruits, yogurt. The hot counter has potatoes, pork sausage, crispy bacon, Scrambled egg and an egg and waffle section freshly made on request. Breads and some whole fruits like banana and apple on the other side next to the fridge of yogurt and milk. The bed so very comfortable. There is a Starbucks coffee in the room. A minibar.

This place was beautiful. The staff helped me in every way possible.

Well run location and great flagship Marriott branded hotel. I especially appreciate the attention to concierge, makes a travelers time on the road more of a pleasure.

Dropped off my son at his hotel it was very nice. My son is joining the U.S. Army.

NOONE WILL ANSWER A CALL. I left my watch there and they keep going delaying me getting it. I don t want to make the drive and waste time if they will not answer the phone. Ugh!

Room didn't cleaned ,no ice, bare minimum interaction

The investment in renovations over the past several years is definitely evident. The hotel property and amenities are now second to none. Probably one of my favorite Marriott properties at this point.

Very nice hotel. The front desk peeps we're super friendly and helpful! It was a comfy stay. And I loved the fragrance of hotel shampoo/conditioner/bodywash.

Nice looking hotel. Came here for a training class for 6 days. The $15 parking fee each day is pretty annoying but whatever. I'd leave 5 stars if it wasnt for that. Even a viable free place to park a couple blocks away would be appreciated when I'm not staying there overnight.

Reception was good. Receptionists told us what to do, how to do it then got out of our way. Room was clean and stocked. Free smart tv was a plus!

Excellent venue for our event. My company hosted Casino Night Party for about 90 people. The Marriott staff made the ballroom look great and worked well with the casino and photo booth vendors. The buffet dinner was awesome! Multiple compliments on the quality and presentation of the appetizers and main courses. The planning was easy. And the Catering Manager was fantastic! Excellent hospitality. Thank You!

Hotel all over the world. Excellent service,got a good brief about the service provided by the hotel on arrival by the staff.Very good location with Walmart into walking distance and the hotel provide shuttle service to the Galleria mall and Walmart throughout the day.The room had a very good size TV and comfortable bed.Standard amenities and toiletries.The bar area at the lobby level serve a wide range of alcohol and snacks.Had a good time.Looking forward to visit again. Loved the hotel, self service parking, the restaurant and room service are great. The front desk folks can learn some manners.

Here for a meeting, arrived early and went to 1841 Kitchen, food was good, very distinct and good portions. Service was friendly when engaged, I assume it is just the culture of hotel restaurants, not wanting to be imposing on tired travelers or something. I came to the hotel to eat not fall a sleep waiting for someone to seat, serve, and check on me... Sweet staff none the less.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We thought the parking cost was a little excessive, however, charging $15 dollars a day to self park, especially since we were there attending a conference. Rooms were nice and clean and service was great. They were also having some issues with the elevator.
