For the price I wasn't pleased, your paying more for the aree of town then the establishment. Spring break weekend might not be the best time to room here. I did enjoy the bar no food but they did have a gym that was pretty nice. Overall if your in the Dallas/Addison area its cool for a short business trip.

The hotel itself, and amenities like the restaurant, bar, and concierge lounge were nice. The room looked pretty recently renovated, with the bathroom and shower being the highlight of the room. It was one of the better showers I've been in and it had one of those lights that doubles as the mirror frame. The layout of the room was a little iffy, with just a giant blank wall across from the bed. While nice, the concierge lounge was actually closed both times I went there, even though both occasions were within their posted hours

Was there for a conference, the food provided was fantastic.
They had trouble with keeping the room comfortable though.

Nice Marriot in the center of Addison. The rooms are clean, good was good. I'd recommend.

Great spot loved my experience at it gym is completely functional with almost to brand new equipment as well as elevators and all areas indoors are kept clean. Restaurant and bar was a relaxing very open area to enjoy a drink and get some fairly priced quality food. Would definitely come back.

Love the place, good walking location to restaurants and night life, plus good staff and clean rooms!

I ate at the restaurant twice food was ok I just did not like they pre-charged my credit card 15% above my bill amout. I did not stay in the hotel but was there for a realestate class.

The food was just okay. Everything came out cold and my burger was charred!!

We spent many week-ends with the old Quarm, now we love the remodeled M.Q. Retired Sysco, spent business and personal time at this location, so happy to coming back to the M.Q.

Hotel is same like other usa hotel. Big and nice..however setvice was is not that great..breakfast buffet can be litter bigger and better (staffs are great specially Alexis was amazing)..most ridiculous thing is they have a thing called package charge ..so if you shipped anything in the hotel they will charge you $10 for every pack!!

Good rooms, good service. Rooms have really nice TVs with streaming apps including Netflix etc. Only bad thing is that the Internet is paid.

Excellent service overall. Don't use the chat feature after certain hours because they don't monitor it and they don't have an auto-response setup to let you know that either. Moderate / average rooms. Great location if you're needing to travel around the greater DFW metro area.

Manager was really nice and accommodating. Restaurant and facilities so so. Did love the peleton in the gym and the workout area was nice. Wish that the cleaning staff was more consistent and thorough with tidying up the room and cleaning each day.

Every employee I saw was friendly and spoke to me. The area around the hotel was quiet at night for sleeping. I would not hear much in the way of honking or emergency vehicles.

Everything with my stay was ok until after I checked out. They have charged my card for a second time 3 days later and I'm being told basically tough . Not my idea of a customer service. As a gold member I expect better

It's a nice hotel and the staff is very professional. The hotel isn't hospitable in terms of offering breakfast early in the morning.

Big fancy high end hotel. Very nice place to see and be seen. Nice meeting rooms and all. They had a little restaurant in the lobby as well as Starbucks. Staff was very friendly. Nice place. $15 a night to park.

Attended a weekend conference there and things went well. The conference rooms were comfortable and eat to locate. The facilities were clean and will maintained. The hospitality team did a good job with the provision of the meals and snacks. As a nice bonus, parking was free for conference attendees. Overall, excellent job with the event.

Quick check in. Recently renovated. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great light in the bathroom. Shower pressure was low. Free Starbucks for Marriott Platinum which was a nice perk! Loved the new room decor

Overall good experience, the beds were small and uncomfortable, and I wasn't a big fan of the glass bathroom doors, but worked for our weekend stay. Lots of amenities, and close to lots of restaurants.

Very good food. The rooms were spacious and accommodating. The event was organized very well.

I wished they had better room service. Took they a while to deliver my order. Almost an hour. The hotel was clean and comfy. Location might seem great with Galleria being next by but the traffic is terrible in the area.

Sixt is a wonderful place to rent a car from when you going out of town. The only problem it is. They have to many customers for just one person to in there helping people's. I waited two hours in line just to rent a car. I had reservations too. And then when we got to the desk, they didn't have a clean vehicle for us. That's just ridiculous

WOW, just amazing! The view, SUPER clean, the bed was comfortable, everything was very fancy and impressive and for a rate barely higher than the nearby 3* hotels...at least for the Saturday I was staying there...will DEFINITELY stay again!

Service Was Fantastic, I Was There For MEPS So I Could Swear Into The Army, And They Were So Nice To Us The Whole Time We Were There. 10/10 Would Visit Again.

The beds were the softest I've ever felt and the food and service was fantastic!

Staff is very friendly. Room was clean and nice had everything I needed for my trip. Except the coffee machine didn't work. I am actually sitting in my room niw writing this review because I can't sleep due to road construction right out front of the Marriott for the second night in a row of my stay. It's hot in my room and the air conditioning doesn't work. Went and got a bucket of ice and construction ended at 1130 pm. Other than that have enjoyed my stay. I would come back for business again but I'd ask for a room away from the road and for a room with a coffee machine that works and A.C.

Can't say enough about the great service at this hotel. The staff is great!!! It is clean and has definitely been remodeled recently. Love the fact that the rooms have tile rather than carpet. Would highly recommend this hotel!!

Always a great experience. Especially having breakfast. Blanca is my goto waitress. She is the best. But I recommend the marriott.

Staff a little confused about what they were allowed to do for guests. It was a little frustrating after a long day.

Excellent stay. Guest relations were great. I would recommend staying here. I was very impressed how our family was accommodated. We were there for a reunion. Our large party was accommodate well. Clean. Bed bug free. Great food. They also have a bar, so there's no need to leave. With everything at your tips. I would recommend this Marriott to anyone.

Bathrooms were cool, was there for my baby shower. Food was nice, loved the chicken and waffles..rooms had Netflix and Hulu etc and it was pretty interesting, they changed alot in two years. Would definitely go back

Hotel was lovely and service in the rooms was great. However, the service in the restaurant was awful. My group had lunch there and we were almost late returning to our conference sessions due to how long it took to serve us our burgers. I would not recommend eating in that restaurant again. Order room service if you must eat inside the hotel.

Enjoying my visit at the Dallas/Addison Marriott for the TASP conference! Staff are very helpful at the hotel, there is a shuttle that can take you to surrounding areas for no additional charge, there is an excellent Cafe in the lobby area and rooms are great!!

Really nice place. Wouldn't really use it for weddings.
