I was very impressed with the service, my room, and the food. The concierge lounge was nice. And the hotel restaurant was fantastic. No need to head out for lunch if you don't want to. I recommend the club sandwich.

Was only there to pick up a rental car. Hotel looked good though.

Very nice workers. We were loud in the lobby at 12am on Friday night and they didn't care, even kept the bar open. Good breakfast too for it being corona terms.

Nice clean rooms, comfy beds, and the key cards look cool.

The building is an older construction but the interior has been redone. The rooms are nice.

We went to visit friends who were staying at the hotel. We had reservations at the Addison grill. The restaurant was empty and the service was seriously lacking. We got our drinks served after our food was on the table. And one of our friends was served after us because they forgot to put our prder in, just like they forgot our drinks. I gove ot 3 stars bc i loved seeing friends, and the manager was apologetic.

This is the best hotel we've stayed at in Addison, and we've been coming here annually to see the Christmas lights of Dallas for years. The Marriott Quorum's staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The decor is gorgeous and the rooms are very comfortable. The parking situation is a little confusing (we had to call the front desk to be able to get out of the parking lot after we checked out!) but that was the only trifle we had to deal with. I definitely plan to make this hotel our home base any time we come back to Addison.

I m giving it five stars because the location is spectacular and the guests service is on point. I checked in and was preparing for night when an issue occurred in the room. Front desk staff were quick to issue me another room and emphatically apologized for the inconvenience. Great place, when I come back to the area, I will definitely choose it again.

I will never stay at this hotel again! Beware of incompetent employees! Valet is subcontracted and needs to be trained on how to keep it moving. Had to move cones myself twice to get around parked cars when valet was no where to be found or could t figure out how to move a parked truck out of the way. Front desk staff were rude, not helpful, and incompetent at even the smallest of tasks. Talked to the manager which did nothing in the long run. I was there on a business trip and they can t seem to be able to bill the correct CC and now I m dealing with getting a refund and getting the correct card billed. This is a hotel and should be able to do this with zero issues!! Stay somewhere else!

Beautiful hotel. Room service was excellent. I had the BBQ chicken flat bread. The bar and bar service was great. The rooms are nice as well as bathroom. I was on the concierge level (Marriott Points Platinum member) so I have been on a few. This one had the best service selection etc. Highly recommend this hotel for staying. Only negative is if your coming for an event, the lunch they served was horrible. I did not rate my 5 star on that but as a hotel.

Bathrooms need a some paint and care, and could have been cleaner.

Bed was comfortable and the room levels were quiet.

Front desk and door staff were nice, as was the lobby ambassador. The lobby bar was ok as well.

I am not sure if my room in particular had no insulation, but I could hear every movement of the person upstairs. I get being able to hear louder sounds next door, but I've never been able to hear above. They did offer to have me change rooms but I doubt any other room would have more insulation. They were polite about it and tried to fix my issue, though.

The high standard of service was refreshing. The family area had plenty of seating near the pool and table games. We'll definitely stay again.

Great rooms, food wasn't that great, I was here for a conference and it was packed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and always helped out.

Modern, new, clean. Good size space. However, more AC would have been appreciated since about 400 people were in 1 room. Overall would recommend for professional events.

Great place for a dirge. Probably cost a fortune but it was pleasant. I would have chosen park with tables and a grill.

Clean, easy acess, well maintained. Parking was high, $15 per day.

Always a great stay! I stay for work weekly and leisure on occasion and the staff makes me feel at home. They call me by name when I arrive and they seem to genially enjoy their jobs. I always recommend this hotel to coworkers and friends. The pool area is roomy for sunbathing or under covered areas for just relaxing with a pool side wait staff that is super fast and friendly.

The room was nice and clean. The buffet was ok but the plates that were out for use were dirty. I went through 5 plates before I found a clean one.

Lena at the restaurant is very attentive and professional. She provided a prompt service and even remembered my drinks (Apple juice & Tea) next day when I arrived for breakfast. Nice clean rooms and close to Galeria Mall & Wal-Mart.
Negatives : Very loud and tasteless music in the lobby, very unlike Marriott's lobby music to my surprise and rough staff(one female staff in particular who looked out sourced as she was not wearing Marriott's uniform or logo shirt ) at the concierge which lacks the basic manners on how to address hotel guests. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

I always stay at the Quorum when I got to Dallas. It is convenient being right off the tollway and close to everything. The rooms are update, clean and nice, the shower was powerful and the rates are good. I like the restaurant and the bar. It is a great middle of the road place to stay!

Nice and clean hotel close to a few restaurants but must pay for parking.

Lovely place, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at from their employees always having a smile to the friendly atmosphere. (Only reason for not 5 stars is because they posted on a sign that breakfast everyday was from 6am-11am but was refused breakfast at 10:35 with the excuse of "it's from 6am-10:30am even when I showed them the sign.)

The pool is really nice. I like that you get 500 points for every day you don't use maid service.

Came yesterday for a wedding reception. The couple payed for an cocktail hour and the hotel staff attempted to shut it down early until ppl complained. Later on the night they had open bar, I had a shot of tequila and a total of 3 grey goose on the rocks. I was not even buzzed and I barely drink. They watered down the bottle for sure.

Everyone are very friendly. Walking distance to whole food market, a shuttle takes you to Wal-Mart mall and the galleria mall every hour. Nice walk at nice to other restaurants and pubs, check out the flying soucer, a fun place with live music.

I have been waiting for a reserved room for 1 hour and 48 minutes and still do not have a room. This is the worst Marriott I have ever been to.

The rooms are clean & comfortable, lobby area has a nice bar area with TVs. The staff are incredibly nice and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone in the North Dallas area.

Would've been 5 starts but the girl at the front desk at check in was incredibly rude. Enough to make me want to book somewhere else when I extended my stay in Dallas. I will say the staff at the restaurant gave 5 star service at breakfast lunch and dinner. Too bad your front desk isn't as friendly.

I came for a three day Phill Grove real estate seminar. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and beautiful! I didn't stay overnight but ate at the restaurant. The waiter was very nice and fast but my salad took 20 min.
